Good hotel. Comfortable bed. Large enough room. Unfortunately no hot water pressure. Literally just a dribble. Was told by staff is same, same every room. Around $750 Baht per night. Apex hotel next door everything works and $650 per night all year round.

I told the lady that I would comment and share my negative experience here and give this place a 1 star rating .... I'm not going into the details of it because nowadays you can't even say or comment something and you might end up in jail. Just avoid this place because your money is better invested somewhere else that's all I can say...

I've stayed here before and always been happy with the service and rooms. Not this time. We were given a room without a remote for the air-conditioning and had to ask to get it adjusted which seemed to upset the staff. They refused to speak to me after this and we left as soon as was possible. Two nights in a hotel with unfriendly staff is two nights too long in my book. We won't be returning here again.

This place is very nice to stay, it's very cheap and affordable with a very friendly people.

It's a budget hotel. I have just came today @ 12 noon. Room facilities only basic standard. They have room shared facility like back packers hostel. The minus point is they Don't have any lift in this hotel building. My room in 3rd floor. And it is very tough to get up & down everyday without lift. Location is very good, On the city main road.

Spent 3 nights here with my boyfriend and I must say that it's one of the best places we've stayed at by far for 600THB a night. AC works perfectly, beds were comfortable, it was super clean and they even provide you with a small fridge, flat-screen TV, a closet and enough space to store your belongings. Staff were lovely and the location is amazing. 5 minute-walk to Central Festival and to the beach. Definitely coming back next time we're in Pattaya. I highly recommend it!

Very very nice rooms in this price I got room for 400 bath it’s double bed room without ac, with hot water in bathroom, free water bottles, free wifi, free coffee.. thank you so much madam .. overall room is clean and nicely furnished.... excellent..

Close to Pattaya Beach. They had to reclean the room as it was still dirty from previous person. Budget, basic, and hopefully cleaner next time.
