We a group of 5 indians had stayed recently in the Siam guest house sha++...... The way they took care for us was excellent... The rooms, beds,towels,bedsheets were clean..."don't judge the book by it's cover" I mean do not judge the hotel building by it's looks .. it's very clean inside ... The owner was very good for us.. we were in a hurry to get the invoice from the hotel coz there were only 5 days left to get our thai pass.... At that point the owner took care of everything he sent us the invoice for the hotel booking rt-pcr test , van bookings... I prefer this hotel for test and go .. i think this hotel has the cheapest sha++ package in entire pattaya... the hotel don't run behind money.. they think about service..

the hotel SHA Extra Plus. I was there with the "Test and Go" program. Everything was very well organized. Helpful, nice staff. Room is clean, comfortable bed. I was very satisfied for everything. Good locacion .Highly recommended, very good value for money! We're glad I chose them.

A basic guest house, very clean with friendly and helpful staff, excellent location for shops and bars and positioned in a small dead end soi so almost no traffic, very quiet for a good night's sleep.

Great Location, near the beach, 7 11 and night bazaar Old facilites Homework on the cleanliness as i found dirty remote control. Overall not a superb stay.

Good money/value. Location is good and quite. A special + to the cleaning ladies. Very good job. I have been in and out there for years.

Great quiet area. Staff are fantastic! The customer service was top-notch. Housekeeping was perfect. Relaxing and comfort is the key ingredient.

Nice and comfy. Well-located. QUIET. Room service every day with new towels, bed linen, and room refreshment available. Two bottles of water are provided every day, and one roll of paper towel is also provided. The only downside is the fact that the shower is not physically separated from the rest of the bathroom.

A guest-friendly budget hotel. Room is quite small, perfect for a solo traveller like me. Easily accessible to Soi Buakhao, 2nd road & beach road. If you too frequent Soi Buakhao area then this is one of those places for you to stay.

I stayed in Siam Guest house for three nights and I had a very comfortable stay. The room was very clean and it was sanitised every day. The location is good, close to the beachfront and many street food options nearby. The only thing that irritated was the rather noisy hotel guests that would come back late night. The staff was always kind and overall I can only recommend this place to budget travellers looking for a clean and comfortable hotel room.

The biggest default are obviously the rooms. Very dark, small and quite dirty (bed sheets didn’t look very clean). However, the location is very good since you are 5 min away from the beach ! The staff are also super nice and friendly. I’d say overall that this hotel is worth his very cheap price.

I stayed here for 1 month in January 2023. This Guest House is very well run. It is spotlessly clean. The staff are very helpful and nothing is to much trouble for them. The rooms are cleaned daily. It is in a perfect location! There is 24 hour staff at the Guest House.

It is the fourth time I have lived here in the last 4 years and it will be the fifth and sixth as well. I feel at home thanks to the super nice and helpful staff. The hotel is located in a quiet alley but still central, close to the beach, restaurants, night bazaar and shopping center Central Pattaya. I can warmly recommend Siam Guest House.

Super friendly people, answer all your questions, service with a smile. Feels like arriving with family, welcoming. Clean room, and i like the bed, it's not so hard like some hotels. For 650 baht/ night you get great value!

A good place to stay. Only let down is it's pretty noisy at night. Maybe guests returning from a drinking bout Close to all the night spots. Also near the Pattaya beach front

A great budget hotel. Rooms are small but clean. Free water in the rooms and free tea and coffee in reception. Good location for nightlife. Staff very helpful and friendly. Will stay there again.

A good choice for the budget traveler in consideration of test and go packages. A little bit far from the beach but near Pattaya night market.

Very affordable. They even provide a fridge. The room, bed sheets are clean and towels are crisps and new. Situated in an alley, it is conducive for rest and sleep. There is a motorbike rental and laundry shop just opposite the guest house ( which is trustworthy). Area is also near open food court.

All in all, I was pleasantly surprised to have found a pleasant little hotel and quiet room for very little money. Room was on the ground floor, quite large with a double bed and couch with table and TV, bath and shower in one and acceptable. There was a safe at the reception, breakfast was 2 minutes away, the Nong Jai serves both European and Thai breakfast (and it always tasted delicious), if you want to have breakfast in your room there is a kettle and a 7 / 11 is just around the corner. The staff was reserved but not unfriendly. The best part was the possibility to park for free directly in front of the hotel - you don't get that everywhere in Pattaya. If you are looking for an inexpensive, good place to stay as a single traveler, the Siam Guest House can only be recommended.

Simple but good. Staight in Center but on a quiet sideroad. Ac room around 500. Friendly helpful Staffel even not that fluent in english, same me 😉

Clean, neat and always very tidy. Very nice desk staff, willing to help and answer questions and very responsive to requests. Good solid wifi. Several international TV channels and sports channels available.
