I waited 25 minutes in the lobby for a sandwich, I work across the street as a nurse. I had to leave by 6:30. So I went to the counter and asked how much longer would it be, and with an attitude, I got well it’s on the grill. I asked for a refund since I needed to leave or I’d be late for work, the women said just leave I’ll refund you. I said no I want my receipt, she then preceded to then ask for my name for the return. Overal just didn’t like the attitude but it’s probably bc they’re just over worked. There was only one person in ground of me in line so I thought I’d easily have time, but I didn’t realize there were so many mobile orders.

This is a good sub shop chain, decorated in a Jersey Shore theme. It is familiar to me because I used to live along the Jersey Shore - they understandably don't show the general age and decayed look that much of the shore has. The sandwiches are freshly made and good, made with good ingredients, care and skill. The selection of chips and drinks is good. The facility is bright, cheery and functional. The staff is engaging, helpful and efficient. Overall, this is a good option for a sub.

I am writing this under email of Steve, but this is really Elvira K. I just ordered sandwiches under GrubHub to be delivered to my work, but the bread seemed to be old, it was crumbling apart right in my hands. I called the store to complain about the consistency of the bread crumbling everywhere and I was very well taken care of by the manager, Billie(?), who apologized and explained that the bread wasn't proofed properly. She was able to refund the amount that I spent and also offered to send me coupons on top of that! I truly appreciate being listened to and taken care of. I've been in the retail customer service field for over 20 years and believe me, I definitely KNOW how hard it is. I just wanted to give a shout out to the manager of this store! Again, thank you very much!!!

My search for a great Philly cheesesteak led me to Jersey Mike’s today. I arrived over the lunch hour and the line was nearly to the door. Staff were obviously well trained and worked quickly to get everyone through. I ordered a large standard cheesesteak sandwich for my daughter and I to split and a regular chicken Philly with bacon and ranch for my other daughter, a small bag of Cheetos, and drank water for a total of $24.00. The large sandwich is approximately 12 inches long with a substantial amount of meat with melted provolone, onions, and green peppers. The melted provolone and juice from the meat drip down your chin as you attempt to devour it and the rosemary bread was perfectly toasted. This was the closest I have found to the real deal in Iowa and I will definitely be back for more.

I've been in a few times recently as I work nearby and this is the third time I've had a poor experience. From the wrong sandwich, to a sandwich where the cheese was on the outside of the bread, to my mobile order not being ready until 30+ minutes after their online system said it would be ready. I had to ask for a refund and I don't think my card ever got refunded. The manager was nice about it but the card is a prepaid visa and those things are glitchy anyways. Just not sure it's work the $15 headache.

As someone with celiac who needs gluten free subs, this location has always been great about preparing my food while taking measures to prevent cross contact! I've been there both when it's quieter and in the middle of hectic lunch hour and they've taken the same amount of care each time. Haven't gotten glutened yet.

I’d rather have Firehouse Subs, this place takes forever, and the cheese overload is unhealthy. I’ve tried this place three times, from cold subs to warm, and it never hits my taste buds. Also, they messed up on the order and gave beef instead of chicken.

Everything is hand sliced and freshly prepared in front of you. The staff is kind and all smiles. I enjoyed how clean they keep the floors and tables. 10/23 update: the tall black gentleman remembered my order from MONTHS ago. 5 stars 🤩
