The staff are very polite and courteous. They address the concerns immediately. The standard twin bedroom is very spacious, you can even do a somersault though the bathroom and the room itself need renovation. As for the suite room, it is okay.. I just think that the heater doesn't work well. Overall, the hotel is fine but if the facilities were improved more.. It'll be perfect! I enjoyed the buffet though❤️

This place was pretty bad with the noise levels of other guests. Unfortunately they have a Karaoke room business in the same hotel and the people getting drunk end up staying at the hotel and begin moving their party into the hallways and their rooms. Didn't get much sleep here. Won't be back. The only thing I really enjoyed was the selection of the included breakfast. It was a buffet style breakfast with plenty of different choices.

I think it improved. Cleaner than before. I checked-in on a Saturday and woken up by a loud sound/music drums guitar singing etc. on a Sunday morning. Apparently there's a local Sunday worship in the area. I hope you work on this one HLCL it disturbs your guests. Not a good idea for a hotel. I respect the religion but guests must be respected as well because they chose your place to sleep/rest and not to be disturbed by a loud banging praisal songs. Thank you.

Rooms are OK, but not great. Location is very good as it is located about 200 walking meters away from SM Lipa. Parking is limited. Generally, ambiance is more of a high quality drive-in motel. Great for transient travellers but not good for those looking for that premium hotel experience.

Complimentary buffet breakfast is a plus, friendly and accomodating staff. Ample parking space. Best to book in advance, hotel is often full. Rooms are spacious, bed is bulky and hard. Hotel is beside the highway so expect a lot of noise.

The place is great other than their room systems - when you go out, the power will shut off causing Aircon to turn off too and when you go back, you start over to cool the room. Also, a few power interruptions is not great causing the wifi and cable to shut off lot longer.

Great staff, very kindly. Central location in Lipa City, facing the SM mall. They have a pool. Road side rooms could be noisy I guess. But I upgraded from "standard" to "sweet room". Means from ordinary to great , I enjoyed it.

This was my first stay here and the Hotel is great especially for the price I paid through a 3rd party site. Other then that the staff are very friendly and the rooms are great and clean and the WiFi is awesome. They have 2 pool tables and a very clean pool. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Lipa City. Oh and they have a big mall right across the street!!!

Surprisingly very accommodating staff. Clean pool and wide. Nice for barkadas bonding . Foods are OK and delicious. Rooms are smell fresh and clean.
