A very nice place to enjoy BULALO dish. I think this is their specialty since their name was bulalo capital. They also offers different variety of filipino dishes. All staff is very accomodating with just one call they will givr your needs.

Place is quite big, and staffs are so accommodating too. Though something to highlight is the bathroom. Mens restroom has no doors for cover. Water pressure is too low to reach the 2nd floor I think thats why you'll see buckets of water. Food selections they have a lot. Their bulalo has multiple versions that you may choose from. Price wise, I think its normal and competitive to other nearby store. Do note there is a 10% service charge on top of your bill.

Accessibility: located right beside tagaytay's main road, it is accessible to both public and private vehicles. Parking: they have parking space in front and at the back of the restaurant. It will be crowded on peak days. Wheelchair accessible for ground floor space. Going up the 2nd floor will be challenging for wheel chair Ambience: festive feel. The design is unique and gives the feeling that what you will eat here is authentic. Food: at 1650 pesos we had 2 big servings of bulalo, it tasted ok. It is served hot, clear soup. Basic bulalo. The meat is really big, but not as soft as other bulalo in the area. It includes tawilis which is really good. Sizzling sisig which is ok. A platter of rice and pitcher of iced tea. We ordered additional food such as crunchy kangkong which tasted good and Fried chicken is also ok. The food os affordable given the location of the restaurant. Videoke room: We opted to eat inside one of their videoke rooms which is 300/hr (non aircon which i don't advise, Even if it was raining during our visit, the room tends to get hot with all the energy and singing inside) there is only 1 mic, so singing duets is not encouraged. 😏 The sound of the mic and speakers is good. The songbook contains modern song. Staff and service: short waiting time, fast reaction from staff

Food are great but a little bit pricey. This place has attractions, you can take a lot of pictures and have a great view of the Taal Lake. It has enough parking space. You can have free entrance to their attractions when you show your receipt (minimum purchase of 1K). Instagrammable, great place to eat and just relax and look at the beautiful scenery.

This restaurant was a surprise. They really live-up to their name being "the" Bulalo Capital. Their Bulalo is much better than the pricey joints in Tagaytay. And the servings are really great. Fast service as well.

NOT COMING BACK EVER AGAIN. We went here last July 09 around 1:30pm and there were 9 of us. We reserved ourselves with the attendant on the entrance and even asked our phone number to call us when there is available table. After waiting for 30mins we came back and there's no table then we waited again up to an hour but when I came back to the entrance the attendant was already gone and there were walk-ins catered so where was the lady in charge for reservations that even asked our phone number to call? she's gone. then I asked the waiter if there are any available tables then he gave us like it didn't cost a minute for us to be prepared on a table. So it's like we've waited almost 1 hour and a half to be exact then be catered like no reservations for just a minute. Worst service ever! Not only that but also when we ordered their combo for about 3.5k php for like we waited 45minutes and few follow-ups they didn't even said the sisig was not available while we were ordering and when all our food was already served that was the time they said it wasn't available and we chose other options like lechon kawali which was very dry and already cold. We'll not definitely come back here never again and will not recommend stay away from this establishment worst of the worst service if there's a word for that. Have to also note there was no receipt given but only a docket which is not an official receipt.

I will definitely not recommend this place! Poor customer service! Staffs are unapproachable, unprofessional and took an hour to serve our food! Since from the beginning, staffs only gave good assistance to the customers based on their physical appearance!!!! WORST RESTAURANT EVER!!!!! FOODS ARE ALSO NOT SUITABLE FOR THE PRICES!!!! DON'T TRY THIS PLACE OR ELSE YOU WILL BE HAVING A REGRETS IN THE END!!!!!

Here are the foods that wr ordered: Bulalo is over priced. Nothing special. Chopsuey is great. Tawilis is great. Kalamares is ok. They are 24hrs with lots of parking. Restaurant is ok. We went here at night so it was cold. Not sure about the experience at noontime due to the hot weather in the PH. Will comeback if i am coming late night again and nothing else is open.

There was only 1-2 service crew at the time but they were very accommodating and quick. Place ambience was nice. Very cabin feel in the 2nd floor. Food was served faster than expected. Food is not very cheap but affordable if you're in a group and bill is split. Bulalo broth is savory than the others I've had. Meat portion is generous. I think we took the set B with some additional order. My friends said that they expected the Tawilis would've been smaller and crispier. Sisig was great. Lechong kawali is what you'll expect.

Disappointed with the take out bag they provided.. it is literally a plastic bag used in the wet market... I was also surprised when the final bill came.. i thought the price was reasonable... Until the 10% service charge was slapped on top.. the bill was bearable... The take out bag wasn't.

Place was good especially the view of taal volcano, but the only worth to get food here is the bulalo it self, the fried chicken has no taste at all, it isn't worth the price, the preparation of a place to eat was too time taking, we waited 5 hours just to get a place to eat and 30 minutes to get our food served

  • 1/5 Karla Gem E. 4 months ago on Google
Our bulalo was very disappointing. If you can see in the pics and video, almost the entire beef is fat, we only had few bites of the meat. Plus, there is a piece of foil onlcuded. Very very disappointed. :(

For a quick late night bulalo run… one of the bulalo places you should try in Tagaytay. A variety of good food on the menu… must try: sizzling sisig, sizzling bulalo, crispy tawilis, chicharon bulaklak. Suggestion: it should be standard to serve the bulalo soup boiling hot. Overall it was a great dining experience. Recommended to try if you’re in the area. Yummy! Happy tummy! πŸ˜‹πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ₯˜πŸ²πŸšπŸΊπŸ«•πŸ›πŸŒΆοΈ

Solid 5. I like food the view and the service. We ate in the front of taal lake. We order set a which is a bulalo, tawilis, rice, and a pitcher of ice tea good for 3 person. It cost us 875 pesos. Also a reminder when you want to get on the picture spot deck on the top you must have a minimum purchase of 1k in this resto. Luckily we manage to get up to 1k because of the service fee and the extra tub when we took out our bulalo.

Poor service, although some of the staff are kind and courteous but mostly as if they dont want to serve people. The bulalo is great but the soy sauce that we had was expired so its alarming. Before you go here make sure to doubke check the food.

We were here to get lunch for my father’s birthday, and we all regretted even thinking of coming here. It has the worst customer service of all the Tagaytay restaurants I’ve ever been in! We had to looked and sat ourselves as no one were assisting us. We were already in the table for about 20 minutes and still, nobody’s approaching us to clear the table or take our order. When we finally got ahold of one waitress and gave our order, we thought it will be better from there on. But, more than 30 mins. already passed and no word from anyone about our food. I checked with them and said, our order was still 3rd in line to be cooked! And the place weren’t even that busy! It was already 1pm by this time and decided to cancel our order, and no one said a word to us. They all looked like Zombies, or robot, no emotions at all. Their only saving grace is the Taal view and nothing else. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL. There are a lot more restaurants with the same view AND have so much better-trained staff.

Location is excellent with amazing view. But their staff services needs to improve. We ordered Bulalo but no knife, drinks was served but no glass. Sisig and bicol express no condiments. Everynow and then we have to stand and ask for assistance. Food is average, not exceptional. Because of the view I gave 3 stars, but for the food 2 star.

I saw the feature on TV so my interest was piqued. But when we looked for it, it's a KTV resto. Went there with kids and seniors. Menu is minimal since it's mostly bar chow and different from a family restaurant that I was expecting. So selection is really few. Food is ok. Nothing special.

  • 1/5 Rowe A. 2 years ago on Google
Poor service and staffs are not trained well. When our food arrived, they served it at the wrong table. The guests in that table are NOT wearing masks and talking which is very unsanitary given there is an ongoing Pandemic/Covid. Their sisig tasted funny. I think the pork they served is mixed with OLD stock pork. Bulalo tasted fine. Utensils have sebo build up. We went there around 8 AM so they dont have many customers yet. Just IMAGINE what will the service look like when its peek hours. We've seen bad reviews about this place but we wanted to try it because they have an amazing view of taal. But its definitely NOT worth it. Will not recommend this due to bad service.

Food is good. I love the bangus, the bulalo was just OK and sisig is not that good, you can taste the margarine literally. The KTV has no aircon and I do understand since Tagaytay is a cold place, but I hope you will add mics since many customers were asking additional mic but you have no available mic to provide. We only use one mic and supposedly KTV bars offers two mics. But I do appreciate some of the staff, they're very friendly and helpful, that's why I'm giving 4 stars. The staff deserved this.

If you want to go for a road trip in Tagaytay, this place is a good spot because they're open 24/7. The food is great and the price is fair and reasonable.
