My nephew recommended this resto and to my surprise their food is great! The serving is also big for its price. Definitely a bang for your buck. The place is neat and tidy as well.

I Love the place! Their serving is big enough for 3 persons. The Sizzling Bagnet with gravy is definitely delicious! 😋 And I love the Bulalo! And the hot choco is the best. Staff are friendly and courteous. Thank you Ms. Rina for attending to us! Till next time! 🥰

A bit loweky place and hard to find but definitely worth the visit. Opens early which is great place to have breakfast. We ordered the bagnetsilog and crunchy chicken mushroom gravy, garlic rice and cucumber juice. The chicken is served in sizzling plate with lots of gravy. The garlic rice is delicious. You can choose how your egg is served. The bagnet portion is more on the fatty side and less of actual meat but still delicious. I loved the cucumber juice - legit! The place is nice, and there are kubos around the garden which is great to chill and dine. We liked it here!

Price is affordable. Taste and quality so-so. Ambience is okay but seats are so close to each other. Wide variety of food. I think i have to try more of their menu.

We arrived at this restaurant just before 5pm on a Sunday. Food is okay. I would suggest ordering their Bulalo. Its not oily and honest to goodness beef that slides off the bone. Sinigang na hipon is so-so. Tawilis could have been crispier. Nevertheless, the meal we ate sufficed our ravenous tummies. Ambience wise -- its al fresco and they have huts where you can dine in, good for big groups that will not disturb other diners. The huts are also away from the main area, which leads me to their service. The service is good although when the place is busy, its hard to get a hold of a server especially when youre seated at one of the huts. Payment wise -- they accept gcash and cash. Overall, the experience was pleasant.

The Resto is good in terms of food location and cozy. Food serve is good for 3 not the pricey in terms of its location. Very serene and food taste great. Ample parkings and tables to choose from. You can reserve in advance also if you may want to order. Come and visit Char's Garden when you come to Tagaytay.

A great cafe that is hard to find, it is off the main drag, and your trike driver might not know where it is, or try to convince you to go elsewhere. Don't make that mistake, experience Char's at least once during your stay! The food tasted great and it was the most reasonably priced meal that I had in Tagaytay.

Our favorite go to in Tagaytay. Even if we live in Muntinlupa City. We'll always travel to go here just to unwind/destress/recover. haha Their food selections are amazing. We have tried almost 50% of what they offer and everything is really good. They may not have an overlooking view, but the place is quiet and relaxing. Their menu is mostly Filipino inspired. They have delicious Tawilis as well. Their TAPSILOG is a must try. :) Would I come back? YES, every time I have a chance. haha

Food: Their food was delish. Our orders were very well prepared. Items in their menu are worth the price. I recommend their Sisig, Pansit, Grilled Liempo and Silog meals. I think their food is the highlight of this place. Service: Our orders were immediately taken once we had chosen our table. Staff who took our order have two way radios for easy communication with the kitchen. We didnt wait long for our orders to be completed. Very accommodating staff. Atmosphere: The place has a simple design and has a cozy ambiance. Nothing special but their place is clean and well maintained. I like that they have this mini store where you can buy different delicacies. Their lighting added up to the place's relaxing vibes. The place also has ample parking space. The place can accommodate large groups of customers. Two thumbs up. Will surely come back to this place. 👍👍

Chel's is a good affordable place to eat. Not the best interiors but definitely respectable. The food is so-so, it's okay. Signal can be hit or miss. Staff are very accommodating and helpful.

Super sarap at sulit! We spent 1,200 for that food in the photo with two slices of cake, 2 coffee, and a pitcher of basil lemonade

The food is fantastic! The staff is consistently friendly and accommodating, creating a welcoming atmosphere when you step into the restaurant. Their standout dish is the bulalo, featuring tender beef that's a delight to savor. Additionally, their Chicharon bulaklak is both delicious and satisfyingly crunchy. Although their space isn't spacious enough to handle a large number of vehicles. But I’d still rate the place 5/5.

Their food is really good, we ordered vegetable lumpia, bangus, pinakbet with bagnet. The place is really nice, the parking was full when we came. Good location near Mahogany. They call themselves a café but be warned that they only offer Barako and Hazelnut coffee. I think they should call it Char’s Garden Resto which is more appropriate for their offerings. Will go back for the food, only after I’ve had my coffee or plan to go to another place for coffee.

Food is superb, we ordered bagnet (superb) and sinigang na beef (they used sampalok, not sinigang mix) servers are very attentive and hospitable. Prices are cheaper than other restaurants around. Would definitely come back again!

Went here to have breakfast at around 9am when people were just arriving so it wasn't as busy and we were accommodated and served our food quite fastly. Good food, huge servings, affordable prices. Parking is also available so that's a plus. Place is also simple yet well decorated with neat, well-arranged plants. Will definitely dine here again.

Accommodating and helpful staff. Great and affordable foods. The bagnetsilog is really worth all the delicious cholesterol you can get in a lifetime. Fresh ambiance. Ample parking. Highly recommended. Will definitely be back! Keep up the good work.

It's my family's first time to eat here and we were so surprised to find such a place. We ate at a nipa hut where we were away from other diners. This gave us a peace of mind that we were more than 2 meters away from other people while we took off our masks. The ambience is great! We can't help but take a few pictures before we enter and then some more when we were seated. The food is great. Very delicious food! Everything we ordered was devoured in such a short time. What's more amazing are the prices. Very reasonable for such a good place. The crew are very attentive, courteous and helpful as well. Very nice place to go to. I highly recommend this place.

Been coming here since they opened. They've now expanded the open air dining area and added more dishes to the menu. Still a great place for a quick and affordable meal. Though they don't have a view of Taal, food is much better than those bulalo places along the ridge and they have a nice garden ambiance. Gets crowded especially during lunch hour and weekends. If you have the time, best to go weekday afternoon when there's less people. They accept payment via GCASH which is convenient nowadays.

Loved the place. Its very homey and it a nice escape from the urban life. I doesnt feel like youre in tagaytay, which is a good thing because Tags feels like an extension of Manila because of all the restos and hotels that pepper the whole thoroughfare. For breakfast I ordered the Sisilog and while its nothing out of the ordinary, its good honest food that will fill the tummy and make you think of seconds.
