Too many associates/managers just making money. No one is invested or takes pride in what they do. Managers dodging you to avoid fixing the mistake. I plan to stick to online ordering from here . Unfriendly , carefree and not helpful at all.

Stopped in at Barnes & Noble this afternoon at glenbrook with my wife. Every time I walk in I always think how much I miss Borders book store that used to be around the corner. Missing more even Little professor from years ago at Covington plaza. Yes Barnes & Noble has a nice large selection of books, they have a movie and music area, a little coffee and snack area shoved away on one side. They have a small selection of cards a small selection of magazines. What they don't have is cozy. It lacks atmosphere. It feels less like what a book store should feel like and more like you're in Walmart. They weren't very busy when we were in, two customers were not wearing masks. The store was clean. They looked understaffed. We would have liked to have asked for help finding an item but couldn't find anyone. Didn't feel like bothering the cashier who was ringing up a customer. I like books on art which they have very little of. I also read a variety of topics. I enjoy the occasional graphic novel and gift item. It's such a drab store I try to avoid it but we go now and then. If you're looking for a specific book and just want to go in and grab it and leave then Barnes & Noble is the place for you. I'm not really sure what other bookstores are even around anymore.

This Starbucks cafe is very nice and fast. You wint find such bagels, pastries, cakes, brownies at any other Starbucks except this one. Perfect place to read a book with coffee!

ery well stocked with new titles and organized displays plus a Starbucks inside too. Very well maintained and spacious of the stores I've visited. Plenty of walking aisle space but did not notice a lot of seating as some other stores have? Nonetheless impressed by the new titles and tabke display theme book idea suggestions.

Walked right in and bought my book off of the shelf because sometimes you just can't wait. The lady that checked me out was very nice. Store was clean and picked up.

With so many independent bookstores gone, I'm so glad that B&N is hanging in there. I was so disappointed when they closed the Jefferson Point location. They are trying to promote the mini version that appeared in the Target strip mall across Illinois Rd as my new neighborhood bookstore, but there really isn't any reason for me to go back there. 😓

Haven't been there in a while but I shall soon. It's a great place to find Christmas presents! And on cold chilly days the coffee shop inside with it is a cozy place to eat and warm up before leaving.

Oh, let me spin you a tale about my delightful expedition to Barnes & Noble, where books reign supreme and laughter fills the air. It was a literary adventure that left me with a smile wider than a novel and a heart brimming with bookish joy. As I stepped into Barnes & Noble, I felt like I had entered a labyrinth of words, a treasure trove of knowledge and endless possibilities. The shelves towered over me like literary skyscrapers, and I couldn't help but feel like a kid in a candy store, except the candy was made of paper and ink. Now, let's talk about the books themselves. Oh, the books! Barnes & Noble is a paradise for book lovers, a place where stories come to life and characters leap off the pages. They have books for every taste and interest, from thrilling adventures to heartfelt romances, and even those quirky niche topics that make you scratch your head and say, "Who knew there was a book about that?!" But it's not just the books that make Barnes & Noble special. The cozy reading nooks scattered throughout the store are like secret hideaways for bookworms. I found myself nestled in a corner, engrossed in a novel, only to be interrupted by my own uncontrollable laughter as I stumbled upon a particularly witty passage. I couldn't help but wonder if the bookstore fairies sprinkled comedic magic on the pages. And let's not forget the joy of stumbling upon unexpected treasures. From whimsical bookmarks to book-themed socks, Barnes & Noble is a treasure trove of bookish goodies. It's like a game of hide-and-seek, where you never know what delightful surprises await around the next corner. I left the store with not only a stack of books but also a mug that proudly proclaims, "Shhh... I'm Reading," much to the amusement of my fellow coffee-drinking bookworms. But what truly makes Barnes & Noble a unique experience is the camaraderie among book lovers. It's a place where strangers strike up conversations about their favorite authors or eagerly recommend hidden gems. I found myself engaged in passionate discussions with fellow bibliophiles, bonding over our shared love for the written word. It's a community that celebrates the joy of reading and embraces the quirkiness of bookworm life. So, if you're in need of a literary adventure that's equal parts laughter and bookish bliss, Barnes & Noble is the place to be. They'll whisk you away on a journey through the pages, surround you with bookish delights, and introduce you to a community of like-minded readers. Trust me, you'll leave with a heart full of stories and a grin that declares to the world, "I've found my happy place." Barnes & Noble, you've earned yourself a permanent bookmark in my heart and a spot in the Bookish Hall of Hilarity!

Awesome book store, workers are very friendly, decent food & drinks, atmosphere decent when not as busy. The Starbucks is not a regular Starbucks, a separate entity business! It was allowed to partner with/inside Barnes & Noble but they regulated, decided that certain features of the other stores "would not" be allowed to function inside here.

This place will outlive us all. If you want books. Come here. If not in store they can order. Definitely for old school readers not into the digital age. Just something about having the actual book to read makes it better.

I was looking for a specific "how to" publication on a familiar subject matter. The young lady at the register was cheerful and pointed me in the right direction in their massive store. When I didn't locate any, another helpful clerk helped me look and while there was none to be found, offered to order one. When I hesitated, she proceeded to name their nearest competitor and even gave me directions! Now that's service!

A great place to get a coffee and read a book. Every time I walk into this bookstore, it gives off a nostalgic vibe as if I'm entering the proverbial gates of Narnia.

Always one of the best places to find something for everybody from kids to adults. You will find varieties of little and big things. It's a great place to shop, to read, to take advantage of their coffee shop and a lot more.

awesome selection! Had tons of Volume ones of manga and light novels. Great amount of fantasy and sci-fi and again always seemed to have the first book. Just ask and they were extremely helpful.

95% I adore the books I get from there. Wide selection. A Starbucks inside, so if you ever are in need of a snack, you have very nice options to choose from.

I prefer to enter the mall from B&N because it feels so nice to be greeted by hundreds of books. The staff are always so nice and I've had several great conversations with them. A lot of them are passionate about books which is always great.

Lots of books to choose from! Definitely a great place to kill time with a girlfriend that loves to read. They have books ranging from many genres to topics. I like a lot of the topics and informative books, but my girlfriend loves a good story, and we were able to find everything we could ever want in this store! They even a have a media section for things like vinyl records which I’m definitely a fan of. A greats store all around.
