Place is super clean. Staff is beyond helpful and quick. Pro shop is on point with things. Atmosphere is phenomenal. 10/10 am always excited to head to pro bowl west! Ty Marcus Wind for brining me.!!!

This is a landmark in Fort Wayne. Check in advance for availability. I'm happy my son can experience pro bowl like I did when I was a kid with my dad.

The lanes are nice and clean. The food is reasonably priced. The front desk lady is not always the friendliest. Eli was a lot of help with our lane when the gates weren't working roperly with the little kids and bumpers. They have lots of ball options and plenty for kids.

We come weekly on Friday nights. This Friday we had 6 people and asked for 2 lanes. At the time, they didn't have many lanes available so we did 1 lane. However, as the crowd started leaving the bowling alley we asked if we could switch to 2 lanes like we originally requested. The lane remains open next to us. But, Nope! The guy at the counter was so rude for no reason. No explanation. Just empty lanes. Already have to wait to bowl until 9:30 every Friday. And 3 Fridays prior the counter guy was also rude. Bowl at smaller more pleasant bowling alleys if possible. These people clearly lack customer service skills.

Fun place. Need to improve the arcade place for young kids. Ticket machine needs fixed. Add some pin ball.machines adult favorites! Thanks

It may just have been the lane we were on but any heavy ball that I used took forever to come back up to the rack where the balls are sitting. they got stuck a few times. They had to stop the game to fix the situation! I didn't like how the tables were so far away from the bowling lanes so we stood mostly by the lanes! The atmosphere was still good nice and respectful drinks were pretty good and I definitely enjoyed the pizza! All in all a good experience! we enjoyed ourselves! 7.5

Everything is overpriced. Don't even think about drinks at the bar with the strip club prices. No wonder it's always empty. If you have to eat, don't miss the pizza.

Great place for bowling and having a party with kids. I would've loved to give it 5 stars but the recurring problem is the short staffing which leads to long waits as the one man show has to handle phone calls, rentals, shoes, lanes, party service, food orders etc.

I WOULD HAVE given ONE STAR, but most things were alright. Why only 2..? The wood floor won't SLIDE --- TO BOWL PROPERLY, YOUR BOWLING SHOES MUST BE ABLE TO SLIDE ON RELEASE OF THE BALL. FLOOR PREP and CARE here gets ONE out of TEN. Georgetown slides perfectly--- GUESS where my money will be going from now on...?

Went to Open bowl on a Saturday around noon-thirty and there were plenty of lanes available. It did start to fill up around 3-4pm. We had Pizza and the Italian hoagie and OMGoddness was it delicious! Can't wait to go back and do it all over again!

I will always love this place my first experience bar staff server. Over 40 years experience after they gave me the opportunity, I’m 63 retired. My family still continues bowling leagues and family holidays for super fun.

Just want to say the facility is very accommodating for bowlers. It is spaced out nicely and the extra space for equipment/bowling balls rivals many other houses. Spaced things out nicely to handle the influx of bowlers, coaches, parents, and spectators this past Saturday. Great job on handling the Indiana High School Bowling Semi-State Tournament for 2023.

I loved bowling here it was a great experience! Being in the bowling scene and going to many bowling alleys world wide. It was the best one I have been to! It was the single greatest experience in my whole life (I’m 58). 🤠

Went with family. Price seemed fair. I didnt eat there, but my sister says the food is good. We had a good time, the lanes and equipment were well maintained. Overall a fun family activity.

Very friendly staff, well kept lanes and very affordable prices. Best bowling alley in town. Gets pretty busy on Friday/Saturday nights after league play.

Very short staffed, so one guy tried to check new people in and fix problems at the same time. He was clearly frustrated, as were we when we couldn't get the lane reset at the start. In the end, we were able to bowl, so it was OK.

I'd LOVE to leave an ACCURATE review for this place, but when they put on their website to call for availability, and they don't answer their phone AND have a full voice-mail? They get a single star... maybe this will get their attention and FIX this. Why would anyone bother going there when their initial interaction with this business is botched in such a BASIC way?

Big fun! Pizza was great, carnivore? 16" Had budweiser beers. Ice cold Lanes were fully operational. And if a pin fell they cleared them quickly Would love to go there again Oh, and bathrooms were clean

Awesome staff and atmosphere!!! Clean bowling alley, great food and drinks too. Young lady at the front desk is so sweet and helped me out alot.

Came here with my family for a birthday party. Staff was kind, and the bowling alley was clean. Has a nice sized arcade, as well as a bar. Prices for bowling are better here than other places in fort wayne. Overall, good experience and I would come back.

Had a 14th B-day party here for my daughter. The facility was mostly clean (With a few dirty tables). The staff was very friendly and attentive. The pizza was very tasty (especially if you like it cheesy). She got to take home a bowling pin that her party guests all signed!
