YOU MUST CHECK IT OUT. I came in not really knowing what to expect. I was greeted and guided and was also given a sample of their dairy free, gluten free, pineapple mango soft serve. It was amazing! Then my order arrived. My taste Buds went to Hawaiian Heaven. This was the perfect meal, the portion was very generous. The deliciousness and the portions make it well worth your money. Sweet, savory, fresh, well seasoned. The macaroni salad was something I had never tasted before! I was savory and not sweet how I expected it to be. Just perfect. My taste Buds were amused the whole time! I was dancing in my car eating 😩

Great food. Great service. Great price. So glad these guys are here. Claudia and the other front of house staff were so helpful and had great energy. Felt like I was eating at a nice sit down restaurant vs. a counter service joint. Kudos to the manager Amanda for keeping a clean restaurant, clean restrooms, and motivated employees. I couldn't have been more impressed. Big hit with the whole crew.

Found this place on Google and my first time there was a great experience! I loved the environment it made me feel like I was really in Hawaii. The staff was incredible and very helpful :) I would definitely go again! Also the food was amazing! 10/10 will be visiting again soon!

Absolutely love this place!!! . From the moment we walked in we were greeted. Tastes like real authentic hawaian food. Makes me feel as if I’m in Hawaii. Place is super friendly and clean and food soooo delicious !!! Really looking forward to being back here!! Inside it’s spacious and the staff is super duper nice. *chefs kiss*

I mean this is what food is suppose to be. Good portions, the chicken is perfect, and the whole atmosphere is nice. I would recommend for anyone in the area to stop on by. The cashier/server was extremely friendly.

Fantastic place to eat!!! Love the Hawaiian vibe. The Honolulu chicken, white rice, and Mac salad is absolutely delicious!! Miranda was a great help getting us acquainted with the place. Ordering made easy either using a kiosk or having someone take your order. Definitely coming back every time I’m in town!!

I must confess that we were a little scared to try the unique Hawaiian palette at first. It is not the type of food that we'd usually try, but the food here is absolutely exquisite! With the first bite, I had known that we had stumbled upon such an underrated dining experience. The staff here are so friendly and make you feel just at home. When we didn't understand how to order the food, the staff would be right there to help us. No sighs of exasperation, just professional assistance. And not to mention the decor! The decor adds just as much to the friendly ambiance as the staff do. Also, the bathrooms are in fine condition. Not something you see much of in your average restaurant, but this is not just your average restaurant. It is so much more. 10/10!

Excellent as always! I’ve been/placed delivery orders from here over 28 times now so I thought it was a good time to write a review. Haha! The food is always incredible and fresh whether if you order it to go/online/or through a delivery service. I highly recommend the Hulu chicken and molokai chicken mixed plate as you get the best of both worlds sweet/small spicy kick. While you’re at it, add some pineapple 🍍 and maybe even some dole soft serve 🍦 (highly recommend). If you are a sucker for passion fruit like me, I’d also order that as your drink. It is from concentrate but quite tasty. Now on to service and atmosphere. Well, you feel the aloha spirit from the moment you walk in the door (on arrive at the drive thru) until your last interaction as you leave. It’s truly a very welcoming place and unlike any other fast casual restaurant in Dallas due to this alone. Why did I write this review today finally? Well, after so many orders I obviously like this place but for the first time ever, there was a mistake in my delivery order (incredible right!?). Mistakes happen and that’s fine but it’s how a restaurant responds to that which is important. I called the order and let them know that my passion fruit drink and my pineapple skewer were missing from my order. Really not asking for anything but to let them know as like I said, they don’t ever seem to make mistakes. The manager apologized right away and asked me to come back to the store last night or today and they’d remake the entire order for me for free. Wow! What a response and so very kind of them. They’ve obviously earned my business and that of my families but even more so now, they’ve earned a stellar review. I hope everyone reads this and knows that this fast casual concept actually cares about their clients (and they didn’t even know I’ve been ordering here since they opened). Highly recommend! What are you waiting for?

Pleasantly surprised by this place. Bought a mixed chicken plate with rice. It tasted very fresh. Mac & Cheese came with the dish and it just wasn't my style of M&C. I'll substitute veggies next time for sure. Great first impression.

This was my first time here and I wanted to compare them to the other Hawaiian grill that is local. I was very pleased with the spicy chicken dish I got (can't remember the name) and the portion size was fantastic. Also the customer service was great and the manager was so nice. I even got to try their soft serve as well. I will be back!

Delicious flavors! I love that they cut the meat into smaller pieces, it made the meat more moist & flavored. Good amount of food for the price. The macaroni salad was not our favorite, but everything else was FAB. Definitely give it a try! We will be going again.

We have dined in this restaurant twice already and their food were always delicious. Tasted all their chicken menus and they were all tasty. The people who work here were also friendly and accommodating. It’s all good review for me. A definitely must eat restaurant.

Our first experience at Hawaiian Bros was great (Greenville Ave-Dallas)! We ordered three different chicken and pork plates, along with the famous pineapple soft serve, and Hawaiian Sun. The pineapple sauce was refreshing. Michael help guided us through the menu and award system. Great service and atmosphere! Overall, wonderful experience and looking forward to the next visit.

Great service! Great tasting food too. Loved the soft serve, strawberry flavor is so yummy! The dine-in service here is so worth your time. I felt like my son and I were at a different restaurant, not fast food. Speaking of, our food was ready very quickly and great presentation. I got the Honolulu chicken, added pineapple. This will be a regular spot for us!

Ordered “buffet style” for our staff so that everyone could put their own plate together. Loved the boxes they came in which pop open into a nice presentation for serving. Food was yummy - we got 2 different chicken options, rice, macaroni salad & pineapple slices. Our staff loved the flavor and were glad to try something new.

The restaurant is very clean, cozy and organized inside. The food is extremely delicious and the workers are very kind and helpful. The experience was delightful and I will be back. There's also calming music playing all the time which is fun. The place was great and filled with good vibes. They even have different kinds of drinks. This is a cool place to try and the food is affordable.

Claudia did a wonderful job introducing us to the menu and options. It's our first visit to the store and she explained everything. The atmosphere is so positive, and everyone walks around, trying to see whom they can assist. Everyone was really nice and the team took ownership of their restaurant.

Amazing experience! First, the Aloha spirit was felt on this visit. Zairo was an amazing host! He helped me pick out my order and all of the food was fresh and flavorful! He checked on me throughout my lunch to make sure I was enjoying everything. Great place!

Visited today and the food was so fresh and quick. It will most certainly be my new go to. Aunzhane was so patient and helpful with explaining the menu and some crowd favorites. Claudia made sure we had everything we needed and checked on how we were doing. They both gave outstanding service and made the experience better. Awesome food and even better service.

Very friendly atmosphere here. Gave me complimentary ice cream for it being my first time. Will definitely bring my family and friends here. Cheap prices for it being a lot of food as well. 10/10 place to eat.

The lady working was so nice! Gave us great recommendations and was very attentive! The rice andmeat was really good, especially the Honolulu (really recommend this!)! We also love how casual this place is and it's a very relaxing environment!

Nothing negative to say about this place. Staff was attentive and honored my free dole whip on our first visit. Only ordered 2 dole whips, which were awesome and so reminiscent of our trips to Hawaii, so I can't attest to the quality of the food beyond that. I wouldn't hesitate to go back any time for more.
