The first time My husband and I went to this place for pizza, we loved it! My husband went for lunch to grab slices while on the road and after eating his first slice, realized that there was something wrong. He found fly eggs on his pizza. My husband has worked for an Italian restaurant for 15 years. He went back and spoke to a kid who was at the counter, not looking for a refund or a new slice but to alert them that there was an issue to be taken care of. The kid went back behind the counter and spoke with the pizza guy and told him what was wrong and he totally dismissed him saying that it was cheese! And then throwing another slice in the oven for my husband. My husband did not want to make a scene and responded “that’s not cheese” and the pizza guy kept saying it was cheese so my husband walked out. I’m hoping no one got sick and they threw out the contaminated pizza. Maybe they should listen to a customer who’s trying to help and not make a scene for the other customers. But you can all be the judge of the so called “cheese”.

We order food from here a lot as it is our go to pizza/Italian food place. I'm from queens so i have had all the best Italian food throughout new york city and I must say, this place is really good and has amazing tasting/quality italian food for upstate. Pizza is the best we had for the area and pasta is delicious. we will continue to order our pizza and pasta from here as we haven't found any other place that is this good in the area. Dine in is also extremely nice with a wonderful setting, very cosy and elegant with wonderful staff all around.

In the past I rated this place four to five stars but due to my experience tonight they are getting one star. I’m not sure in what world this is ok but we left $20 tip in cash on the table and our waiter who apparently did not look on the table followed us out to the car to ask me why I didn’t tip!! I explained I left $20 cash on the table and he said “oh sorry I didn’t look.” What in the world??!! How is that appropriate?? The younger people that work in there were much nicer and attentive but this older man needs to move into a different career. I have never had that happen anywhere and can’t believe he thought that was appropriate. To make it worst…The service he provided was truly not worth the $20 tip however I was trying to be kind especially to the bus people as they deserved the tip. Food was so mediocre also this time and it used to be really good. So sad.

Horrible Service, Great food. We had to ask for every little thing, and she did not stop by our table unless we flagged her down. starting from getting us seated to taking our order, to getting us water, and even getting our bill, it felt like we had to fight to get it. Hopefully it was just a bad day and a one time thing. But I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Amazing food. Everything we get from here is simply delicious. Pizza is great entrees are superb. We do the dinner for 4 and it is a huge amount for 4 people.

Pizza is always top notch. Went in for dinner at 7pm on a Sunday, was told to pick a table/booth. Unfortunately none had been cleaned and there was food on tabletops and seats. Also, a large pile of debris that had been swept into a pile that never got disposed of for our 40 minutes there, 4 or 5 feet away, a bit off-putting. Food was great, though. Will def return, just not for dine-in.

This might be the best place to eat especially after a day of skiing at Thunder Ridge. 😜 Everything on the menu is great!

Margherita pizza is delicious! The tomato and cheese flavors are rich and well-seasoned.
