EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you to the White Beard himself, Kuya Arnie, for free Iced Spanish Latte. As everyone's saying, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Definitely one of the best cafés in Siargao with excellent coffee and good all-day breakfast options at a great price-level. There's no signage outside (destroyed by Typhoon Odette), but keep asking around. VALUE FOR MONEY - 5/5 VIBE/COMFORT - 4/5. Open-air cafe. Indoor/outdoor setup with fans. One of the premiere places to get to your caffeine fix in the island. I say premiere because the appropriate machinery are there as well as the properly trained staff to operate them. Got some cold coffees and a dessert to go with it. And also got a quick espre-shot to wake me up for the drive to the north island. Though we didn’t eat, the meals also looked excellent! Will try the food next time.

My daughter has been to this restaurant before and insisted that we try their coffee. So we went to have our breakfast there. And indeed, everything tasted good. The place was full but we patiently waited for a table. It was worth it!

10/10! Iced coffee is amazing, we had the cloud 9 and hazelnut blended coffee, both were amazing and soooo creamy! Friendly welcoming staff and quick service. Will definitely be returning before we leave ⭐️

My favourite place for brunch in Siargao! Their house maple syrup is to die for! They make great coffees as well, don’t miss out this place if you’re in Siargao!

A must visit during your stay in Siargao, our personal favorite being the french toast and coffee crunch shake! The quality and value for money is very good, it can often be very busy so I allow for a small waiting time if you are on a schedule. We look forward to visiting again soon!

One of the best coffee I had, not too acidic, not too bitter. And the french toast..tastes heavenly - brioche bread with just the right amount of sweetness and crunch from the caramel. Must try when you visit Siargao. 🖤 @whitebeardcoffee 📍 General Luna, Siargao ⌚️ opens at 7am ☕️ Flat white costs P130, add P60 if you want oatmilk in your coffee

White Beard Coffee not only delivers exceptional coffee but also satisfies hearty appetites with its generous breakfast servings. Their breakfast menu is as good as their coffee selection. Whether you're fueling up for a day of surfing or simply indulging in a leisurely morning feast, White Beard Coffee promises a delicious start to your day on the island.

White beard coffee and breakfast was a nice experience in Siargao ❤️ we went Here twice for coffee and got to take home their cloud 9 take away coffees. Really good 👍 👌 👏 and I observed all the restaurants in siargao have smiling servers filled with a lot of joy and excitement to meet new people. It was very welcoming!!

I’ve been here for a few times but this time was not a good experience. I don’t know if maybe its just a new set of beans or the milk was too cold for my flat white (not steamed properly). As an acidic person that still loves coffee, I would not recommend you getting flat white, cortado or macchiato. However, their food has huge servings and price is reasonable and great breakfast place☺️ somewhat near the port for island hopping. I still love their cold brew🤙🏽

I ordered a hot cappuccino with half oat milk and half regular milk. This is my 4rd time here and each day it is consistently delicious. My partner ordered cold latte and also consistently delicious. Today we also had the tablea cheesecake. Wow. Awesome. Made from cacao bean and it is worth the visit alone. Also, staff are friendly and accommodating 😎

Found out about this place via a travel magazine on the plane ride going to Siargao and decided to give it a shot. Absolutely love the vibe and especially the coffee. Iced vanilla latte and peppermint mocha hit the spot! They also have all-day breakfast which looked great. They have three "pet" dogs that freely roam around and they clearly spend most of their time in the kitchen!

Best scrambled eggs! I love their caramel sauce as well, and of course their coffee is really good too. One of the places I keep coming back to every time I am on the island.

Great hidden gem! Stumbled upon this place near the public market and they serve great coffee and food! Staff are friendly and service is fast. Good place to hang around. Great ambiance.

Awesome breakfast place! The brioche french toast is delicious and aplenty, could not finish it, and the long black comes from good beans and is earthy. Staff very friendly and efficient, and the store design is typical of any contemporary coffee shop but comfy.

Nice service. They offer milk substitute ( Oat or Soy - Available). Food is good. Order sausage plate, corned beef and tocino. Nice place for coffee and chill

Cute small cafe. We enjoyed the waffles. Loved the creamy cloud 9 white brew! The caramel latte didn’t taste so nice… not sure what happened there.

I was expecting more to be honest. We arrived at 11:00 and there was no more sandwiches or French toasts, just waffles or rice meals. We chose wafles with eggs and bacon. Eggs had no seasoning, waffle was really regular and bacon isn’t good. Coffee is great, but overpriced. Staff is nice, polite and welcoming.

We found this place our first day in Siargao and was where we were having breakfast everyday. The french toasts are so delicious and the scrambled eggs and the bacon are at its right point. Their vanilla latte coffee is matchless.

10/10 would recommend! Great coffee, great food, and even better staff. We met the owner and he’s absolutely lovely. Would love to come back if we were here for longer :)

Lovely little cafe located a short walk from the Harbour/Pier. Lovely tasting food and drinks, all reasonably priced. Places to park scooters outside , would definitely recommend ☺️

A place for coffee lovers who love a casual ambiance. One of our tour guides hyped this place up so I kinda had high expectations. Honestly, my experience was okay but I’d definitely visit again for the coffee (and maybe try to bring my laptop the next time so I can chill and work). The range of food and drink selection is sufficient and not overwhelming at all. The french toast is good! They also have rice options for those who want a Filipino breakfast. For coffee, I would recommend the Cloud 9 and the Spanish Latte. Worth a try! :) Location-wise, not that great! It’s a bit far from the busy strip and the mud puddles otw make it harder to get to the resto. Nonetheless, it’s worth it! BTW you can also borrow their guitar and their sungka in case you get bored while waiting for your orders :)

Oh, White Beard. When I think of the island magic Siargao provides, I always think of this tiny little cafe near the edge of General Luna. Hands down the best Spanish latte I’ve ever had in my life. You can tell they use quality beans, because that stuff is poppin’. Their breakfast is also top tier. Had their eggs Benedict one time, and their French toast with Hungarian sausage on another occasion. The former runs out, so come early to order it! Make sure to ask for more maple syrup if you find the toast a bit on the dry side. The Spanish latte is pretty sweet, though, and makes for a perfect complement to the meal. But man, that Spanish Latte for real, for real!

  • 4/5 Trish 1 year ago on Google
Their french toast was soft, buttery and creamy! Would definitely recommend this here. Breakfast plates for the waffles/french toast with egg and meat was a generous serving for 1 person. Excellent price point too at apprx Php 200 per dish. I personally found the spanish latte to be too sweet for my liking. I'm biased though cos I really do not add sugar to my coffee. If you're like me, get their flat white instead. The creamy cloud 9 was enjoyable too. It was really creamy haha Please take note they close at 3pm AND last call for food is at 2pm! On our first visit we were really hungry so it was so disappointing to be told they can just serve drinks since it was near 2pm already. Also, less people during weekdays after lunch time. Better chances of getting tables during that time! TLDR: solid french toasts, their last call for food is at 2pm!

We had brunch here and food was awesome. Not a very nice location for the cafe cause there were a lot of puddles going there (idk if that's relevant lol) But food was great, coffee was yummy too! One thing i would suggest though... it was a bit disrespectful that the server was in such a hurry to put away our dishes even when we were still at the table talking. There werent a lot of people, there are vacant seats and tables available. Idk but it felt like they wanted us to leave already 😔 hence my rating of 3 out of 5 stars ⭐️

They got the bfast thing right. The iced coffee is a little off due to the round ice. Vibe is cool. Will defo recco to my friends

Tucked in one of the small streets behind the church in General Luna, White Beard Coffee is a favorite among foreigners as the place offers decent coffee and breakfast for a reasonable amount (by Siargao standards). There's no signage (destroyed by Typhoon Odette), but keep asking around (some may know it, some locals clueless). The owner is a local bearded man and he's oftentimes hanging around the cafe so watch out for him! He's quite friendly too. I'm not a fan of cold coffee, but if you are, their "Cloud 9" cold brew for Php160, is highly recommended by the regulars.

  • 4/5 Ria C. 2 years ago on Google
One of the best coffee in town! The owner is the one brewing the coffee and since it's family-owned, the staffs serving are family members who are attentive and friendly with the guests. The menu is typical American breakfast with waffles and sausages. The price for the food is okay and the taste is also good.

White Beard is a nice little hip cafe off Siargao’s main Tourism Road serving breakfast and coffee. Expect roads to be slightly rougher but it’ll definitely be worth the drive.

A hidden gem in the heart of General Luna. Heard about this place through a friends recommendation. Excellent espresso and breakfast food especially for the price. We also met the owner. Very nice guy.
