Ordered
two
pizzas
yesterday.
i
placed
the
order
at
10:10
AM
scheduled
for
delivery
at
6:15
PM.
I
never
received
the
order.
I
called
the
restaurant
5
times
last
night,
and
had
been
placed
on
hold
for
a
collective
60
minutes
at
that
point.
Called
again
this
morning,
and
was
on
hold
for
50
minutes
before
the
line
suddenly
closed.
I
havent
heard
anything
from
the
restaurant.
No
texts,
no
calls,
no
emails,
nothing.
I
reached
out
on
twitter
and
they
said
they
would
reach
out
to
the
appropriate
people.
that
was
almost
4
hours
ago.
I've
already
paid
for
my
food.
This
is
crazy,
it's
like
yall
just
took
my
money
and
ran.
EDIT:
They
finally
answered
the
phone
and
I
was
able
to
get
my
order
and
a
refund.
So
that's
a
plus,
but
the
lack
of
communication
and
the
time
it
took
are
inexcusable.
