An amazing experience. BPJS approved my treatment and the orthopedic surgeon arranged for the procedure at this hospital. Brand new, state of the art, fantastic friendly, proffesional staff who looked after me beyond my expectations. Thank you everyone involved, first class x Doctor Hafidz Addatuang Ambong is a world class orthopedic surgeon. I have absolute admiration for his treatment and the wonderful services of Murni Teguh hospital at Tuban. Doctor Hafiz guidance has made my whole experience of the indonesian health service impressive, efficient and of the highest quality possible.

This happened on more than two occasions where I have come for my appointment at this hospital and the UROLOGY doctor is not here . The scheduled time is to come between 4 and 6 pm . I even called the hospital to check to see whether the Doctor has arrived and they told me yes he had arrived and to come before 17:30. I arrived at 16:30 and waited and unless I asked the receptionist while waiting, they wouldn't have told me that the doctor wasn't even here!!!! I waited 1 hour. This is not the first time this happened and I even called before I came. I understand if the doctor is in operation but the patients should be told instead of leaving them to wait for hours without any notice. Poor communication skills and organization on the part of the hospital.

Probably the cleanest and most efficient hospital in Bali. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good doctors and state of the art medical facilities. Good place for treatment of check up.

The doctor and staff is very friendly, The service is good, the quality is very clean. make me feel at home❤️ they have many types of rooms and I got an executive suites type room. comfortable, and i got very beautifull VIEW 😍😍😍.

Unfortunately I felt very sick and had fever so I went to the hospital. The nurses and doctors were very friendly and everyone explained everything very good. As I had dengue fever I got hospitalized but that was so good for me. I had a beautiful new room and even my boyfriend could sleep in this room. The food was very good and they asked what are my favorite dishes - this was really nice. All the nurses were very friendly and the doctor came every day and also explained my blood test. The best of all was that the hospital itself kept in touch with my insurance in Europe, so I had nothing to worry about and everything went right. Thank you so much for helping me and making me healthy again. 🙏

June 2023 covid business is still good, asking visitor to do swab test at rp.65k whats ever you got covid booster or not. i got Allianz health insurance but i shoud wait 3h in emergency room, without AC, water, toilet and privacy. i should call my insurance and get angry to the personal service to get some water and finally my room. my worst experience under expensive health insurance.

It's a private hospital that's rather clean & efficiently run. A Rapid Anti-Gen test was IDR 99,000. I was in & out in 20 mins. the result then sent to me via WhatsApp, as I had suggested. Retroactively, I have to criticize though that only swabbing the inside of one nostril will likely lead to a false negative. The correct procedure is to swab the cheek, tongue, back of the throat AND then a nostril.

Drs Ocha and. Tjok Aditya, have been my case doctors since admittance to hospital through the wonderful staff and doctors in the emergency department I have in my 80 years never been looked after better or with any better professional attendance. My experience there was amazing. I was hospitalized for three days for my pinched nerve, and the doctors and staff there were really nice and helpful. The rooms are spotless, and the food is delectable (they even have like gourmet bento box!). I definitely recommend this hospital to everyone! Thanks, Murni Teguh!

This hospital is very good. I came here because of a bacterial infection, dehydration and covid. The first check in the ambulance was smooth and calm. I entered the ambulance and was immediately treated, no waiting time at all. When they told me I get hospitalized I was scared, but the fear went away after I saw how clean and beautiful the hospital is. The staff is highly professional and as friendly they can be. I feel lucky to be handled by such heard full and lovely nurses, including the doctor who checked me every day. And also the staff in the office helped me as much as they could to provide me with all the documents I would need for my insurance in Europe. So I was always in touch with the staff from the office via WhatsApp, and that helped me mentally cause I was really sick and one pressure was gone with this support. So iam sorry, I don't have anything bad to say. Clean room, clean bathroom, beautiful view from the room over Bali (4th floor), and the food was amazing. I got so much European food but unfortunately I couldn't eat much because of my infection, and maybe because of covid. But the most important for sure is the staff working there. All lovely people who doing their work with much love and respect for the patients and never let you wait. Hope this helps peopel to decide where to go when beeing sick in Bali. After a busy, non healthy dispensary in Bali while very sick, it was such a pleasure to find a real hospital with very good doctors ( thanks so much Dr. Arie!), good materials, very modern and so sweet and caring nurses (many thanks Mama, Tri, Ratih... ) . Everyone helped me, even the administrative staff ( thanks Mr. Wayan) to get back to health and administration with insurance. Thank you so much everyone, nobody expects to go in Bali for holidays and ends up in a hospital but be sure you will be very well treated for even any kind of nasty disease.

They made me wait an hour to ask my insurance company for my test. I spent almost 5 hour but talking with a doctor and tests took just 15 min. Other time I had to wait. And they said that I need KT just to check Appendicitis not really trying to find other reasons why I have a pain in my belly. Hope I will never get sick again

Hospital environment is new, very clean and hygiene. Staffs are also friendly. VIP room allow me to accompany and sleep beside my wife(patient,madam Lew ) 24/7. Very great thanks to room 212 nurses who take care of my wife with professional standards and support my needs too(especially lent me the 2 pins handphone charger when I needed). Besides, both doctors were also very friendly and treated my wife's sickness in a very fast & professional way. Not forgotten the doctors and nurses at A&E department, their service are also very professional. Hospital also provide additional transportation for oversea patients to DPS airport which is very rare too. Overall, I and my wife really appreciated.

I’ve got tonsils problems couple years ago and I came to check up to ENT doctor- dr. Dian in this hospital (very clean, modern and comfortable btw) So we made tonsillectomy, dr. Dian performed it quick and technically great. She was really professional and careful. Anastasia went without any problems, (thanks to dr. I forgot the name) , quite quick recovery after! & all the nurses were careful and attentive! Thank you all for your great job and humanity!

The staff were friendly enough, almost apologetic when I questioned their price to see a basic doctor. Sadly the 1 star rating reflects on the rp540000 (sgd 54) quoted just to show an insect bite which has become infected. Bali used to be a nice place to visit as prices where more reasonable than Singapore's. Greed seems to have taken over since Covid!!!.... In answer to ur response, I've lived 11 years in Singapore and a walk in consultation to see a basic doctor for a minor issue has never cost me more than sgd30... The issue here isn't Singapore but the extortionate approach to a walk in patient here in Bali. A specialist was not recommended and I would be very surprised if the Indonesian patients waiting in the lobby were going to be charged what I was quoted ;)

Many westerners needing surgery would be sceptical about attending a hospital in Indonesia but I have recently had surgery at Murni Teguh Tuban Hospital and cannot speak highly enough hence 5 stars. From Customer Service upon entry on my first visit to see a surgeon, the nursing staff throughout, the Radiology Department staff and Radiologist, the surgeon Dr. Dewi, the theatre staff and prep team and post surgery team the professionalism was world class. From the clinic visit and referral to the surgeon, to operation day took 11 day's. The hospital is just over a year old and has the most modern equipment available. But the service throughout was outstanding. I have now seen Dr. Dewi twice since the proceedure and today was cleared and no longer need to visit the hospital.Thank you to everyone.

Clean, friendly staff, i did my medical check up here ( blood test, urinary test, electrocardiogram, radiology, USG, Mammography, pap smear ). I love the colour of their scrubs 😍, even the colour of the patient changes clothes/kimono is striped pink

I went to this hospital twice already. First time I went here I got very good experiences the nurses were very helpful and the doctor also very helpful and friendly. Second time I visit here was midnight for emergency cause I was so much in pain and they immediately handled me and put me in bed and asked me what I was feeling. I will definitely recommend this hospital for any emergency medical needs. Very affordable and good services hospital.

I went there for panaromic x-ray for my teeth. They are very slow. It takes 2 hours and I waited 1 hour more for the doctor. That's crazy. Think twice before you go to this hospital...

Bad Customer service, many times I text them and They only read my message. The Nurse only 2 people is good Service. And another it’s to bad. UGD is bad, i’m waiting more than 3 hours and then they come to talk and checked me. The Doctors is so so. Nurse is to slow, even 3 times i Called them they don’t come. They don’t really care about you. they gave someone else's blood test results, not my name. Not reccomended!!
