I am mad at myself for how much I enjoyed this McDonald's. I didn't want to have Western food while in Bali, but I fell to temptation and set out to the Golden Arches for what I thought would be a traditional McDonald's experience. Though this McDonald's looked and felt like a standard McDonald's, the selection of food here was so distinctly Indonesian that the whole experience was hilariously among my favourite memories of Bali. Much of the menu revolves around fried chicken, and the spicy fried chicken I had was, without exaggeration, among the best fried chicken I've ever had in my life! The drink menu was equally entertaining, with options like Iced Milo all the way to extremely elaborate and immensely delicious iced coffees - I had the Iced Coffee Brown Sugar Float, and it was among the tastiest iced coffees I've ever had as well. The spicy chicken bites were also delicious. The fries are standard, but the ketchup is a unique Indonesian variety that tastes a bit like ketchup combined with chili sauce - it, too, was fantastic. Food here is technically a bit more expensive than at the nearby traditional Balinese restaurants, but if you want a small taste of home (they still have several usual suspects, like the Big Mac and beef burgers if you really want to be reminded of home) as well as a hilariously enjoyable experience, a meal here is truly inexplicably fun and memorable.

The most disgusting experience of my life. Absolutely stupid stuff. The staff does not cope with orders, they give out the wrong numbers, customers do not receive the order on time or receive a completely different order. It's just a terrible place. Worst quality service in my entire life. I strongly recommend never to come here!

I never eat such bad burger . it was terible the latuga not was fresh , ketschup was only the spicy not american .The meet not was cooking and cold .... For there price it was expensiv such meal. i not suggest to gob, better stop in a different restaurand where eat better as mcdonald .

Waiting >45minutes for 2 menus is crazy. They forgot. We asked where our food was and after that it took again a very long time. On top of that all the food was cold and we were missing a drink were we had to wait another 15 minutes for before we got it. No excuse, no sorry. Nothing

Went to experience McDonald's because when you're in a new place you got to try the McDonald's and compare. Parking is limited There is a drive-thru If you are to going there is a 2000 IDR fee They have a double Big Mac, double patty cheeseburger, match green tea mcflurry. Also serve fried chicken here. Very clean The staff do a personal drop off/delivery to take in customers.

I'm so disappointed today I went here, had a great experience, until this happened. I left with my kid for a bit to wash our hands, then I wanted to grab my coffee on the table and it was already trashed! Because some Indian guests took our table. Very disappointing. This is a self service chain restaurant, right? I haven't cleaned up my tray, it's still on my table I plan to sit a little bit more to finish my coffee then left. It will take me 2 minutes and they cannot wait. Do I need to leave my bag and everything so that you don't trash my coffee!?? And if my wallet is gone?

We visited MacDonald's again. My friend loves eating chicken and ice-cream there so we decided to enjoy some fresh air after a long rainy day. This time, my friend ordered burger set with big cola. I love potato chips there as well. However, MacDonald's is always crowded and kind of hot. I think it is because of the crowd. Anyway, we enjoyed it. We love it.

I just try fish fillet burger and i reslly love it!!! Creamy mayo was perfect with soft fish🥲❤️ And my friend keep repeat her order 'spicy korean garlic chicken'

It's Macdonald's... Pretty much the same everywhere.. was cool to try it in Asia though. Food was okay but waited more than half an hour to be served.

Bad service! We ordered two meals and add an extra fries to-go, but when they called our number and gave us our meals, they didn’t give us our side meal and fries! Since we ordered many food, we didn’t noticed that something were missed in our meals. After we took our meals and left, we still spent some time in the parking lot outside for paying the parking bill. Therefore, if their service were good, they should noticed that there was some food left and could give it to us. BUT THEY DIDN’T. Maybe they didn’t prepared the whole food at first? I don’t know, but really felt bad about it. We found there was some food missing after we arrived our resort, but we were too exhausted to get back to McDonald’s again to ask for them.

It was so ridiculous. I ask to the cashier about the promotion on the menu board on 1st september and she ask the girl with the yellow polo shirt and she answered it really unpolite, she dont even know about the promotion and she told me that there is no promotion about upgrade the frenchfries. And the cashier also really not friendly when she talk with the customer that want to pay with cash. Please fix ur service, i know u are in crowded situation, but please be professional. If u work with that behavior in another country u must be fired.

Interesting international McDonald food options however this location is very disorganized and not setup to handle the traffic that it attracts. At the time of our order (8pm), I was double charged by the kiosk machine and the front desk counter was unable to help. We waited 45 minutes for our order and only received half of it before we gave up and headed home.

Its open 24h with a complete menus available.. the only thing that they seemed very mind to serve manualy (machine only, where i didnt have the options for fried chicken menu that i wanted).. i had to ask 3 times for a manual counter service 🤨 well, its 5 am anyway so

The food is generally good, but the beef in the burgers is not tasty, in many countries the burgers are much better than in Indonesia. Ice cream like everywhere
