The staff doesn’t seem efficient. They close cash counter at 2 pm, however the closing timing mentioned is 3 pm.

It is a new bank in the town obviously the accounts are less but the staff works slowly so it takes time for every financial issue

Employees are good and polite they really helped me a lot infact they came to my home and complete all the procedures But problem is bank policies if you go home loan to this bank they will loot your money before disbursement , Charges they will apply on home loan. 1. Login charges 2. administration charges 3. Notary charges 4. Legal charges 5. Technical charges 6. Mod charges 7. Estimation charges 8. Processing fee charges After paying all this charges they will disbursement home loan all this charges u have to pay from your pocket before approval. I paid 40000 rs /- without insurance before disbursement. I wont recommended this bank for any loans they are doing a very big scam with needy people. RBI should need to look into this policies.

I visited the Bank for Demand Draft. Below is the reason I faced *They asked me for an account of ICICI Bank with a cheque book . As I mentioned right now I don't have cheque but I have an icici debit card . * Bank employee said that without the cheque we don't create a DD and it's not possible. * My concern is who carries the cheque every time ? I don't know why it is not possible to create DD with the debit card ?? Anyhow, i just went to SBI near to this bank and got DD within 20mins with a SBI Debit card. Please fix this kind of issues. Thanks
