I visited this hotel when it first opened for business after renovations some time in 2017/2018. I was pleasantly surprised by the design and feel after renovation. The place looked like a very modern tiffin/tea place and thought people of Masula are finally coming out of small town/ village mentality and daring to think out of the box. The owner spent lots of time and money in renovating this grand old hotel. Surely this place deserved five stars. Fast forward to mid 2021. I revisited this hotel in mid 2021 and was very much disappointed by the condo of the place. It seems like the owner did not bother to set aside some budget for regular maintenance. The place looks kind of run-down and started to look like all other places in Masula where business owners never bother to spend money for up keep of their businesses. The quality of food is OK to good. The place needs good cleaning, hotel staff need training in hygienic practices. As always the tea master is there with a big smile.

The whole place should and must have a vibe. The whole interiors are freaking amazing but it is very badly maintained. I tried dosa and veg biryani. Please do even give it a try. Not even worth a try. It's not so tasty but only that it is edible. No flavor in the food. Absolutely this place is a great place to chit chat with your friends. If you can compromise on the ill maintained interior.

Breakfast options are good and tasty. With growing competition, it's loosing it's charm a bit but they are still maintaining the taste

Great location with decent taste...and considerable crowd. Exactly on the face of the main road near SP office with tree shade also and good 2 wheeler parking available. This area also called as Naidu baddi centre. Near to many other renowned locations like LIC and RK hotel.

Neatly maintained clean environment. Excellent service and fantastic customer orientation. Even at 11pm they have served fresh food for my elderly father. Food items in general are delicious, specially dosa and chapati curry. Coffee is well made and served in ceramic cup. Prices are reasonable.

One of Worst food that I ever tasted in my life and I dont know what was the oil they are using for cooking but probably its not good for your health stay away from it
