recently had to take my pet to the Government Veterinary Hospital and was impressed with the level of care and attention provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions and guiding me through the process. The veterinary staff was knowledgeable and professional, taking the time to explain the diagnosis and treatment plan for my pet's condition. They were patient and compassionate, making sure that both my pet and I were comfortable and at ease throughout the visit.

I would give 0 stars if I had the option. Worst hospital I tell you They don't even see the pet and just write the medicine. I took my cat today and they didn't even look at it and just prescribed some medicine. And I lost my cat within 3hrs. She was just 2months old. If the doctors would have examined the cat she would be alive now. Please...please... don't visit here if you want your pets to be alive.

The doctor at this hospital is a money minded.... He treat only for pet dogs... Not for all one's.... Don't go there if u want a proper treatment. 😞😞

Good need to improve in providing free medicine in hospital. As per information medicine no stock due to lockdown. Ambulance need to start to save stray dogs met with accident , n cabins need to provide for inpatient treatment .

Even they have free medical supplies, they wont use them to treat pets they won't even use syrengies and tell us to buy from outside

Great service by Government of India. Didn't expect that everything is free inside. Medicines can be purchased from outside. Doctors are knowledgeable and empathetic. Sarva Jeevaaha Rakshanthu:

Poor management and negligent vets. They don't even bother to examine our pets. It seems the doctors come here merely for attendance and most of the treatment is done by the unprofessional support staff. Also, the hospital construction is long pending, so the atmosphere here is unhygienic. I would recommend everyone visiting this hospital only if they are left with no other options, otherwise they can take their pets/animals to Gannavaram Teaching Veterinary Clinical Complex.

I never suggest this hospital because the doctors don't even touch our dog then how they can conclude what the problem is. For them no need to do their duty honestly government will give salary for them in time. I am telling you all your pet in a critical condition don't take to this hospital it will die.

Even this one star is a lot comparing to their services... Look the nurses are welcoming but they lack of knowledge.. But the doctor , he is a very neglecting, useless individual who is there just to show off and sitting on his phone for time pass. Not only he doesn't diagnose the pet but he won't even take more than 5seconds to listen to you.. DON'T GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR PET TO DIE

Full careless doctors when I say problem he just say go and get 3 ml injection and that injection where my dog that's it . He didn't answer anything that problem just injection where it and go. Some people surveying to fake duty.He don't know anything..

Worst and Careless doctors. I wish I had never taken my dog there. She could have been alive now. I took her everyday as they told but they were just thumping my dog with a lot of injections everyday. I told them every symptom but they were never full ears. They said she is okay and will be alright. Her condition was getting worse. So we took her to other private hospital (wish I had taken her earlier). They said it was pretty serious and why didn't we bring her earlier. He did scans and all and we had to prepare for surgery that day. She died fighting the battle 😢 😔 . Now I miss her so much 😭
