Wanna know how zamindars of forests used to live 100 years ago, then this is the place. Only good part is the room size they are huge. Dirty linen, bathroom doors don't shut, toilet flushes dont work, full of cob webs, plug points spark, constant power cuts with no reliable power backup.

Came here on a weekend. The resort is good, it's outside Hyderabad. There's a GoShala(cow shelter) beside the resort on a farm. For Family events or office events you can try this resort.

It's under developed resort, spacious, peaceful and private. Here events happen from corporate, media, marriage, birthdays and family getaways too. Its reasonably priced and the whole resort can be booked for the event. It has 10 rooms within resort premises. Few more can be booked just nearer to the resort building itself. It has a swimming pool and its good but can be maintained bit better. Just around 8 km from Shamshabad town. Kids too have play area. Plots are being sold around this resort in 300 acres by individual vendors. If vendors mutually agree to maintain the resort, it gets more good shape.

A little bit far to the city, but the resort itself is very huge to look at, and has excellent rooms. Swimming pool is one thing which is very good as it did not contain any chlorine. If you are planning to go here, make sure to carry all snacks and water, as it is a bit expensive inside the resort.

Kindly check before booking for party. As the lease person is telling lies that whole club house will be personal for party as there are land owners who has rights to use club house any time.

Area development is very high, One day it will become like banjara hills and film nagar

Worst experience. The staff is very rude and very arrogant. The manager (Jagan) has no respect even for the plot owners. Any other staff or any other place is far better than this.
