I took the Downtown Segway Tour in April 2022 with my family of 5 and we had a blast. Obviously keep in mind that your guide is not expected to actually provide you with an in-depth historian-level background of each point but rather get you familiarized with the segway, ensure your safety and lead you to the different points. With that in mind our guide Rafael did an excellent job -his instruction was perfect and we were comfortable on the segway in no time - even my 8-year-old daughter!
