I
was
working
on
my
laptop
as
I
work
from
home
and
I
went
to
this
place.
After
more
than
two
hours
working,
no
one
had
come
to
me
to
ask
me
what
I
wanted.
There
were
only
two
people
in
the
place
(I
was
one
of
them)
and
4
waiters.
I
asked
the
other
customer
whether
they
came
to
her
table
and
she
said
no.
They
only
bring
your
order
to
the
table
but
you
need
to
order
at
the
counter.
As
I
was
having
quite
a
busy
day
I
worked
for
some
more
time
and,
in
the
meantime,
more
people
started
to
arrive.
The
waiters
behave
like
kids
and
one
of
them
was
even
filming
or
taking
pictures
of
an
area
with
customers.
I
went
to
the
counter
and
ordered
an
orange
juice.
One
of
the
waiters
said
"OK".
He
didn't
tell
me
that
he
didn't
understand
or
that
I
had
to
pay
first.
I
spoke
in
Portuguese,
my
mother
tongue.
Portuguese
was
not
his
mother
tongue
and
he
understood
English
much
better.
Had
I
known,
I
would
have
spoken
in
English.
I
saw
people
who
came
after
me
getting
their
orders.
I
went
to
the
counter
and
asked
one
of
the
waiters
if
they
were
there
to
work
or
to
joke.
I
explained
about
the
juice
and
asked
for
the
complaints
book.
He
later
brought
the
book
to
the
table
and,
due
a
pandemic
time
reflex,
I
didn't
touch
the
pen
and
rolled
it
to
the
table
saying
that
I
had
my
own.
The
waiter
started
raising
his
voice
and
saying
that
I
was
rude
and
pointed
the
finger
at
me,
which
means
he
was
the
one
being
rude.
It
was
not
just
pointing
the
finger.
All
his
body
language
was
threatening.
I
have
a
deep
hatred
for
someone
pointing
the
finger
at
me
and
then
I
was
rude
to
him
for
that
gesture.
The
manager
came
to
talk
to
me
later,
when
he
arrived,
and
we
both
tried
to
talk
to
that
particular
waiter.
He
accused
me
of
lying
saying
that
I
neither
ordered
the
juice,
because
the
other
colleague
with
whom
I
had
placed
my
order
said
I
hadn't
done
it,
nor
had
he
pointed
the
finger
at
me.
Regarding
the
finger
pointing,
he
said
that
we
could
look
at
the
cameras.
How
convenient,
considering
that
he
had
his
back
to
the
camera!
Why
didn't
he
ask
us
to
check
the
cameras
to
see
that
I
had
indeed
gone
to
the
counter
to
order
something?
When
I
am
working,
I
don't
have
time
to
joke
like
these
kids.
If
I
went
to
the
counter,
it
was
indeed
to
order
something.
The
waiter
was
so
immature,
that
he
turned
his
back
saying
that
he
was
not
ready
to
take
part
in
that
conversation.
If
you
work
in
a
coffee
shop,
even
with
prepayment,
if
there
are
customers,
especially
when
the
place
is
practically
empty,
you
can
approach
them
and
inform
them
how
the
place
works.
