I usually don’t review until I’ve finished my stay somewhere - but I don’t think I need to wait for that for here. Booked the ‘deluxe double room’ and it’s fab. We initially started one floor up but after deciding to book for longer we moved downstairs purely as our room had already been allocated. Not an issue as we booked late, we were able to chill in our room/keep the room until the room below was available so was no problem at all. Same room and maybe even better (though I can’t explain why so). I’d recommend booking this room off the bat as they appear to be newer, and it seems to be where the good reviews come from. They’re only £18 or so a night too. Good lighting, comfy bed and pillows, balcony, good air con, fridge, kettle with coffee and tea. Wifi is hit and miss (when you’re connected it’s great but mine makes me log in all the time, could be an issue with my phone though). Very clean in rooms and grounds. Lots and lots of lovely staff all always working hard, the place is run extremely well. From the outside it almost looks closed, and there’s a little building works going on but when you enter it’s like a different world. I was shocked at how big it actually was and how peaceful. Pool area is fantastic, with a bar in the pool and resto beside, staff will always come take your order wherever you are in the area and you can pay at the end or charge to your room on checkout. Great Long Island ice tea and espresso martini. Great for all people, solo, couples, families, young and older, there’s a whole mixture of happy guests. We’ve stayed all over south bali now in many places and it’s often been hit and miss, or not ended up being how it’s shown online. This place is our favourite and we’re so glad we found it near the end of our trip. The only one singular negative I would have to say is later in to the night there are quite a few bikes coming through, even though engines are meant to be off past receptions, this in turn sets all the dogs off every ten minutes. This doesn’t personally bother me as I’m someone that uses headphones regularly and to go to bed, but it did keep my partner up till about 2am. We’re hoping it was a one off. Despite this, we’re hoping to extend again to finish the trip if it’s better the next two nights. If not, it’s no reflection of here and I would definitely return, but we’ll need some solid sleep before our flight! Thank you again to all the staff here for ending our trip on a high.

Very nice pool area, great location in the middle of the main street and still quiet. The beds are comfy and AC works. Great cappuccino! The wifi is annoying to connect to (you need to re-login manually (at least with iPhone) every time you did not use it for a few minutes). Breakfast was good also but ends a bit early. Hot water takes very long until it comes out but then it works (I thought first that it is broken)

Very nice and expansive resort. Wide variety of rooms offered refurbished to a high level. Pool looks big and has a bar situated next to it

Stayed recently June 2023. Overall it was a great stay, no complaints mostly all of the staff helpful, except for 1 older gent who was on reception, he was rude & not helpful at all. Stayed in a family room, Breakfast adequate, pool & bar service great. The only complaint was the shower took forever to get warm & the bathroom drain was clogged so flooded the bathroom every time we took a shower. I am happy to say that I would stay again…. Booking for September 2023

The place is very convenient and the pool is awesome. The only thing is the pillow, only 1 . Need to provide 2 pillows on each bed.

“8/10 value of money” Staff is great, hotel located Main Street, but also silent , nice pool, upper floor rooms are better, ground floor can be more noisy. some rooms , they do not provide kettle, but you can get hot water from restaurant. I had great 3 weeks there. 10 min by walk to beach and Beachwalk shopping centre. I can visit again and I will recommend my friends. Thank you

Rooms are fitted with UK power at bedside. Had to buy adaptor , Room really old. Not worth money, lots of noise at night. Room small. Mould in room, dents in walls, plaster falling off

Nice and comfy place to stay with family or friends. They have everything for your comfortable stay. They provide a pool towel which is included in the price. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I was amazed by their breakfasts, they are just great, I recommend paying for breakfast when booking a hotel, it will be cheaper and you will not need to think every morning where to eat. They have breakfasts from 7:30 to 10:30 in the morning, which is very convenient schedule. The hotel has free parking for cars and scooters. The hotel also offers a transfer service from / to the airport, at a good price of 200k. It is also possible to book various tours, museums and other activities on the reception. Every day the room is cleaned and bed linen and towels are changed. Each room has a balcony or terrace with a table and two chairs. The hotel area is quite large and includes a swimming pool for adults and children, as well as a spa area. I recommend to consider this option to stay in Kuta Beach

Great place to base your holiday on. Awesome swim up bar and lagoon style pool. Good friendly service not to mention perfect position to start yr nightly pubcrawl down the main street of kuta

Loved it and will definitely be back. Considering it’s on the main road you wouldn’t think it. So quiet and with the big gardens you would think u were in the middle of no where. Was worried when I heard a turkey and rooster near pool and our room being near pool but once our door was closed we heard nothing. The breakfast was awesome. The pool is amazing and staff are all very friendly. Definitely my new favourite and we have stayed at quite a few around this area over our years travelling to Bali.

For the price it’s not bad to begin with, but just not what I expect when I go to a Hotel. Pool and garden als also fantastic. About the rooms: it smells like an old dust room, there is a bad smell. Room is also dark: you get the feeling you are in a cheap American motel. It just didn’t feel right to me. Slept really bad, but there is nothing wrong with the bed. I just get the feeling there is a reason for the bad smell, maybe mold? I don’t know for sure.

From the street it looks derelict. 10 meters inside you enter a tropical paradise. Wonderful gardens, an excellent pool, super bungalows in traditional style, a first class breakfast. Thank you particularly to Ayu, charming always, smiling always. Perfect.
