At the entrance security very welcome and greeting politely. The service advisor also very helpful but my car take longer than the time that he promise to finish the repair and no info given. Is good to have coffee break station at the waiting room but a lot of staff from Nissan ( various dept) taken the snack , so it is for customer or for staff...? During my waiting time it was more than 4 people from nissan in and out taking the snack....😮

they don't fix the problem/ the object... they sugest me to change the automatic gear box(40jt) to fix the problems... and also, they broke the panel to open the hood of my car, then easily they said if you want to fix it, you can change it & will cost you A bout 2jt for 1 set(hood panel).. then i went to laksamana motor @ singaraja, 5 🌟 for them... they fix everything, i dont need to change the gear box, mr.putu was acknowledge me a bout the problems. laksamana motor, make me SATISFIED... GOOD JOB.. 👑 OF ALL MATIC TRANSMISSION

A years ago service was good, now the service very bad, this time never fix n focus the problems. Many time service and back again after service never fix it well. If need your car is good condition for long term. My suggestion you can stand when they're doing service. Now my car wasn't good condition and they have no responsible as a pofesional service. Be carefull guys for the trap, especially for the supervisor always offer a new one better than focus to fix the service. What a shame of Nissan car International because of un profesional staff.

Service is good Tell us to get there at 8.00 to check car in and nobody is there. 1 1/4 hours to check in car for service.... still 20 years behind western countries

The customer servis is quite helpfull But they make us waiting for 15 minutes from the schedule The waiting room is quite comfort, but the wifi doesn't work They serve us some coffee break which is quite good Overall the service in here nice

This place has been the best in Bali for Nissan maintenance. The staffs and mechanics are professional and know what to do. Always ready to advise and give the best solution for my car problem, even via phone call. Waiting room is clean, coffee and snack station available and consistent during this difficult Covid pandemic condition. Best product, best service.
