Great service, we had a fantastic snorkeling trip to mangangan island, the reef was magical!

Thanks to Dona for her activity suggestions and for her help for our 2-day stay in Pemuteran! We were able to do snorkelling and the excursion to the Ijen crater. Although the journey to the latter was long, everything was very well organized. The guide on site was fantastic, we had a great time.

More then a guide or a driver, Dona is also a very trustworthy young man, who gained our fully respect and friendship! We needed for our journey on Bali a couple of transportations and got a lot of offers. We have picked up Dona‘s offer with some constraints…but now I can say, it was the best decision ever!!! Not only that he and his team were always there at the defined time, but the drivers (Dewa) are also very good, very respectful and can good English! Next time on Bali we will let Dona probably organize our entire program, he has a lot of interesting ideas!! Thank you, Dona!!

I had seen Dona on the beach with some other of his customers and while he wasn’t able to assist us at that time his communication was very clear as to his program the following day and when he could fit us in. Dona’s price was more than reasonable and he turned up promptly at our villa. His knowledge of NW Bali is comprehensive and he pointed out many places upon our route and gave us some tips as to things to do at our destination. We were so pleased with the service we booked again for the next leg of our journey and while Dona couldn’t accompany us this time, his driver Agus was similarly extremely polite with safety the number one priority on the road. Do yourself a favour and don’t book any other driver!

Dona is very kind, helpful and funny! He showed us around Pemuteran for a whole day, took us to a nice restaurant, showed some real photographic skills and even dropped us to our next hotel in munduk ! Very helpful! Dona organized a 5 days trip for us (3 days around Pemuteran with snorkelling and 2 days in Java with Bromo and Ijen trekking). Everything was perfect and price was fair.

Meeting Dona has been a wonderful experience. With him, and thanks to him, I have been able to do several things, including the tour to the Ijen Volcano from Pemuteran (Bali). Incredible capacity for organization and work, both he and his entire team. Absolute confidence in him / them. Apart from that, he gives you all kinds of advice, help... whatever you need, or wherever you want to go, he makes it possible. The trip to the Ijen Volcano has been one of the most beautiful experiences of my life. Words fall short. I think that something totally mandatory to do if you travel to Indonesia. Through Dona I also snorkeled at Menjangan Island. And he also managed a taxi for me to change destination. Very good atmosphere and full trust with him and his people. Very professional, and full of love and attention. Absolutely recommendable both Dona and the Ijen Volcano tour (among others).

We had a great day with Dona, who showed us Pemuteran! We saw grape fields, a temple, salt fields and shrimp farms, mangroves, a bamboo forest and a beautiful sunset at an amazing viewpoint. Along the way, Dona made beautiful pictures for us as well and we talked a lot. He is a really friendly and helpfull person, who also knows a lot about everything we went to see. We highly recommend!
