Ambience and professionalism are really bad! Why do they still have 4.7 stars?! AC is broken, constant noise of motorbikes on the main road, constant chatter between staff inside and outside the venue, barking dogs, music suddenly going up and down in volume. Masseuse seemed to double as a receptionist and was constantly interrupted. 170k for a deep tissue in this environment is nonsense. After about 10 minutes of the massage, masseuse asked me if it’s Balinese or deep tissue massage. Doing small talk with customers and asking them whether they from and what’s there name just felt uncomfortable in this environment. To give them some encouragement, skills of the masseuse are 6-7/10. Ambience of the place is horrible. Avoid.

The worst massage experience ever!!!! It’s on the main road and all you hear is cars passing by.loudly. I literally just left the spa. Renovation next door with drilling throughout the massage. no aircon! And btw the promo for 100k per hour is just for body massage. Foot massage is 250k

Technique was good for 100k but time cheating. Paid for 1 hour massage but was only massaged for 45 min.

You get what you pay for. I was curious to go to this place because it has very good reviews, the massage was good, and it is very cheap (100k for one hour Balinese) however, it is next to a main road, very noisy, the place is also very small and you will be literally next to other people receiving a treatment, with just a curtain in between. I was looking forward for the end. I won’t go back
