Lots of things that should be changed/ taken care of , considering it's a hotel/ Airbnb : Wet wall surfaces because of ac AC was not working on the first night, they said they will send someone the next morning, though there was no fan as an alternative. Not only did they forget to ask about the same ,next day ,they did not provide any solution to the problem. The bathroom was not that clean, plus had a big creepy vent there. Even the tv was not working smoothly, so I had to call someone for the same. We asked for renting a scooter, but they had only one which was broken. The property was good overall,but the rooms could have been more maintained. Good points, they did keep our bags safely , since we reached early to the Airbnb. People in the hotel were nice to talk.

I love this place, but there’s some issues with the room that i’ve stayed in… - On one side of the bed, the power plug was not working throughout my stay - Quite a lot of mosquitoes & ants, but they provided insect repellent as a solution Overall, the place is really cozy at only 4.5m rupiah per month with free daily breakfast on Airbnb! The wifi is reliable, huge Smart TV with Netflix account logged in and the aircon is really cold, love it! The location is great with amazing restaurants within 10mins walk away. Satisfied with my long-term stay here.

Apartments at a reasonable price. Many things like daily cleaning, cool aircon, comfy bed, kitchen, free flow water and coffee are included. Staff is so nice as welll! Only downside were the kinds of tourists that this place attracted, super loud even up until 3am. Bring your earplugs!

The room is only 150k per night and the place is really good, I got a small pool next to my room, and the room itself is big, I like the room’s design it is fresh and eye-catching. They provide you breakfast which are omellete and bread, and if you want to make tea, coffee, or you want to cook something you can borrow their utensils coz they have a lot of them.

Super satisfied staying in this place for a month. The internet was super fast (around 50Mbps), so this fits the need for those who wants to work in Bali. Theres also smart tv where you can connect your netflix account to watch! We also got delicious omelette / nasi jinggo as breakfast (considering the price, i was surprised we got breakfast)! The room was clean, only some of the paint has worn out but that doesn't affect me too much. Room is cleaned everyday and we can ask for new towel every 3 days. Linen is also changed per week I think (didnt keep track on this one). The places is located near famous places, such as Gusto Gelato, Milos, Naughty Nuri and many warung that has cheap but delicious food. There are so many laundry services near this homestay, but you can also wash the clothes yourself as you can dry it in their rooftop. My suggestion is to bring your own dryer or buy some rope to dry your clothes. The cons is the road only fits one car (Avanza). But this is not a problem since most of tourists use motorcycle (there is spaces to park motorcycle). All in all, it was a great experience staying in this place

You pay for what you get, and the price is including breakfast and netflix! Overall experience is good, if you use google map to search for the location, must be alert that the apartment is same gang as AAK warung. Google map showing one gang ahead of actual location. Staff very helpful and friendly, tried to arrange motorbike rental for us upon our arrival too. Definitely will come back again!

0 star. finished service. there are always lizards in the room, stained dirty linens, holey towels, the room is full of bugs, ants, everyone here absolutely does not care about your comfort. They will say sorry and that's it, they won't decide anything. I highly recommend not to go here, it’s better to overpay and go to another place to live
