    Delivered my nephew here because he was vomiting, at the front counter it was already crowded because the gentlemen on duty were busy taking telephone calls and receiving packages from someone while chatting with the person who delivered the package even though the nephew's condition was really weak😭 the queue for medicine was also very long, even though I was the last patient to arrive. There are no more patients inside, treatment is very slow, 5S is not implemented at all even though it is a community service

    The service is bad, with the intention of having to immunize children from the lobby, the information officer at the counter didn't even inform you that the immunization schedule was on Wednesday... you had to arrive at the immunization room then you were informed, it was no use waiting in line for a long time

    It's just that the registration staff didn't provide clear directions so I was confused about where to go and how. At least the doctor on duty was very helpful. Pay more attention to the registration staff. So that patients are more DIRECTED! Thank you, hope you are always healthy.

    Long. Even if I wanted to check the early pregnancy lab, I didn't get a call for up to 1 hour. Finally just go home. It's crazy, I'm currently pregnant, I'm holding back nausea, I'm holding back cramps, my body doesn't feel good. If there were 1/2 stars, this would be more suitable for a health center. It's no wonder you get a bad rating.

    Dentists are too busy telling stories.. just waiting to be called for a long time. 1st call after opening registration, still not called 30 minutes, then called, hadeh... Can you just sing the story... there are a lot of patients waiting... Just waste your time... Other polys are running smoothly Dental clinic from the beginning until now it's just the same Most of the stories....

    This morning in the dental department, they said they would serve wholeheartedly, but why are you so angry when serving patients?! I still use general wear, what's more about wearing BPJS... Please, ladies who have lots of teeth, if you have problems at home, don't take them to work, I'm complaining that I'm tired too, even though I was the first in line to say I'm tired, if I'm tired of lying at home, ma'am, so that the patient doesn't become an outlet!!!!     Today, 6 September 2023, I came here to take my sister for treatment. From the start I came in, the mother was very helpful, the guard with the queue number, the guy in the green shirt, cargo pants, really saluted me, I was very friendly, even in the public room, the doctor was very friendly, basically 👍 for all of them Until finally my sister was called to get medicine in the pharmacy room. I've been here many times for treatment and I'm still the same as the mother who wears glasses and is a bit fat and is the guard at the pharmacy and also the 1 guy who handed over the medicine to me. There are 2 mothers who are the same as that 1 guy. It's better not to go to work, in my opinion it's very impolite to look at the patient like "I'm doing something strange, they're looking at each other in front of my eyes and are very" both of them are curt. Please really help me learn to be ethical if I need to go to school again so I know what kind of etiquette towards patients.
