Truly Madura signature cuisine! This restaurant is new location of legendary Bebek Sinjay. Of course it way larger than before. Dine in area and parking area can handle more than hundred people. Bebek sinjay itself is a fried duck with sambal pencit as the complementary. The duck itself is big in size, very tender in texture, and of course it taste excellent. It even better with sambal pencit, which is spicy and sour, as the complementary. Rice portion is very big, definitely will fill your tummy well. The price also very affordable. Beside duck, they also offers pentol (meatball), rujak, seafood, soup, and variety of beverage. Must visit restaurant when you travel around Madura / Surabaya. Worth the effort visiting this restaurant from Surabaya.

No doubt it’s one of the most delicious and most tender fried duck ever. I would have given 5 stars, but since I didnt really like their ordering system…. I think 4 stars is enough (for now).

👍 the new building 'bebek sinjay' restaurant has a large parking area, motorbike and car parking have their own places 👍 Bathrooms are plenty and clean. They have separate bathrooms for men and for women. 👍 There are so many dining tables available, you won't be afraid to run out of places to eat here 👎 Not all menus are available in the menu book, they often run out of other menus such as tempeh, tofu, etc 👎 Crazy queue to pick up food 👎 Ordered ice oranges at the cashier but when we took our drinks they said the ice oranges ran out so we were given a choice of iced tea or mineral water 👎 Rice is not overcooked, a bit hard Conclusion: I prefer to eat at their branch like Malang or Surabaya branch, they provide better food than here with the same price

Taste is ok. But service makes uncomfortable. Unfriendly staffs. None of staffs serve on the table. So the procedure here, every buyers order in a queue, then they themselves must taking the food in long queue again. Then go to the beverage picking up station in a long queue. Payment : cash, QR

Ah, Bebek Sinjay! It's a famous culinary spot in Madura, Indonesia, known for its delicious duck dishes. 🦆🍽️ Bebek Sinjay is a roadside eatery that has gained popularity for its Bebek Goreng, which is fried duck. The duck is marinated in a mix of spices and then deep-fried until it's crispy on the outside but still tender and juicy on the inside. It's usually served with rice, a slice of cucumber, and a spicy sambal that adds a kick to the dish. 🌶️🍚 The place is often packed with locals and tourists alike, all eager to taste the famous Bebek Goreng. It's a must-try if you're in Madura.

The place has special menu that only serve in their place called Bebek Sinjay. I would say I love this dishes. The sambal has unique tastes, the taste is mixture of sourness of young mangoes and the spiciness of the chili. The duck meat also feel tender, you can taste how rich the meat at the first bites. I recommend to mix the duck, meat, and the sauce together. It will give you richer taste on your mouth

Super crowded at iftar. You'll receive a number after payment for your waiting list. The food was super delicious. Best fried duck ever. The view was nice and there's a comfy and clean mosque in the area.

Went to Bangkalan @ Madura to eat their Famous fried duck.. It's a self-service concept (fast food) whereby I ordered the food and collected the food too to bring to the tables. The duck wasn't as tasty and soft as before .. But their rujak manis tasted ok ..

The price is very cheap compare to surabaya food. I order rice + fried duck + drink for only Rp 32.000(~ $2). The fried duck is very nice but the fish isnt very nice it tastes a bit like dirt. The down side fir service is that there is no waiter, so you need to go to the cashier order and take your food on your own. The place is clean, organize, spacious. YOU NEED TO COME EARLY OR NOT THE LINE IS VERY LONG

Naaah,, the queue is almost 5 meter long. They want us to queue to make an order, for a restaurant that can be well served with waiter to take an order. And they don't accept any card or QR, just cash. When most people traveling with less cash in their pocket to avoid unwanted trouble. They have big mosque and good environment. The Mosque are beautiful, i love it. But i didn't have a chance to taste their food, because it's not worth for me to queue more than 30 minutes, and declined because they don't accept cards or QR. And the food can be finished less than 10 minutes.

Good food, relatively clean place, plenty of food choice (not all consumers favors duck). Several things need to be improved: the taste could be better, the place still accommodate smoking consumers, toilets need to be maintained properly (I found my toilet door with damaged lock)

New branch of bebek Sinjay.. huge space of car and motor parking.. however need to improve services as take longer time than usual. We ordered 12 portion but have to wait for about 1 hour.. Mungkin karena baru, tim cabang belum siap menghadapi orderan yang banyak..

Just stop-by to accompanied my coleages taking away. To me, very popular but it’s too over-rated. I have tried their branch at Kaza-Surabaya years ago and would never come back. The meal was dry and cold, and the service was so rude at the time. So many competitors around Madura, even Bangkalan scope, way better taste, better service and cheaper.

To my surprise, they are now having a very large and new restaurant. The taste of the crispy duck is consistently good and simple. Its duck you know. It just should be like that.

A new place for bebek sinjay. Much better building from the original one. Most importantly the bebek still taste the same as the ones at the original location. But here you can eat at a more comfortable, cleaner, more organized environment. Also I would like to compliment on the efficiency of the ordering system. It feels like they are doing it quiet professionally. Kudos!

Good place to go. But make sure you come when you're really hungry. Make your long trip to go here worth it by eating the food until the plate is totally clean!
