Past
two
times,
my
family
and
I
have
been
here...the
service
wasn't
the
greatest.
The
first
time
was
nearly
a
month
ago,
and
their
restaurant
was
so
hot
and
understaffed
that
we
waited
nearly
30
mins
before
we
decided
to
leave
and
eat
elsewhere;
we
did
not
even
get
to
close
to
ordering.
The
second
time
I
felt
was
worse,
with
the
exception
of
the
restaurant
being
ALOT
cooler.
We
went
there
to
eat
just
this
past
Wednesday
(05/10/2023)
and
there
was
a
mess
of
things
going
on.
They
had
only
one
register
open
that
was
"Cash
Only"
because
both
registers
not
accepting
card
due
to
some
kind
of
error
(many
customers
walked
out
because
of
this).
The
other
thing
was
the
HUGE
mix
up
of
orders
due
to
the
issue
with
the
registers
AND
a
younger
manager
that
didn't
seem
to
know
how
to
run
basically
anything.
The
younger
female
manager
basically
ran
around
with
her
head
cut
off
and,
at
times,
cursed
around
while
trying
to
figure
out
orders
and
handing
out
food
during
a
mad
rush.
And
NO,
she
didn't
curse
at
any
customers.
Once
more
workers
came
in
and
assisted
her,
it
settled
calmed
down.
And
orders
were
handed
out
to
customers
more
efficiently
and
quickly,
unlike
how
the
female
manager
was
doing
it
early.
We
got
our
food
within
30
-40
mins
after
ordering,
I
had
to
use
the
DQ
App
to
get
our
food.
I
was
told
by
the
manager
that
it
would
be
"quicker"
ordering
that
way,
but
what
should've
taken
15
mins
took
twice
as
long.
I
understand
that
yes...things
do
happen
and
yes,
everyone
has
their
bad
days,
especially
in
this
case.
But
if
you're
overwhelmed
with
your
job,
either
you're
not
cut
out
for
it
or
the
simpler
thing
to
do
is
to
ask
for
help
when
needing
assistance;
most
importantly,
BE
PROFESSIONAL.
