We spent two nights at the Dive Resort next to Elite Scuba which is honestly the ideal as everything is on the same site. You wake up in the morning, get breakfast and head over for the dives. We did 3 dives, on 3 different dive sites with two breaks by the beach and one for lunch back at the hotel. We dived with Agus who was amazing, he is very attentive and has a good eye for macro. We saw a lot of nudibranchs some that we had never seen before. Would deffo recommend to dive and stay there. All the staff is very nice and sweet.

I took an advanced open water course at bali elite scuba tulamben just a week ago. All the dives went smoothly, Bli Erik as the instructor was super friendly along with bli Agus and Bryan. They explained all needed theories and insights very well, ensured that the diver enjoy their diving experiences. Bali Elite also provides a clean and spacious accommodation, good food, and 2 friendly accompany (there were cute dogs!). All in all, this is a highly recommended dive centre in Tulamben!

OW+AOW in 5 days! It’s an amazing experience! The instructor Jink is patient and experienced. He will lead you to all the best diving spots in Tulamben. We went to Drop off, Coral garden, night dive at USA wreck, Monkey reef, and a boat dive to Palung Palung in our 9 dives.

Amazing diving school. Did my PADI open water course here, our instructor Jink was very patient and always ensured that we are safe and well looked after. The staff in this dive resort are all very friendly and helped us immensely in gaining our diving confidence in our first diving experience. 10/10 would recommend this diving school for anyone coming to Bali. We will be back!

After not being able to travel to Bali for over 2yrs I knew once the borders open the first thing I would do was book a diving safari. I did just that with Bali E and they did not disappoint, it was the best diving I’ve ever done. I was able to hire Jink for 7 days of diving with a total of 12 dives starting on the first day on the Liberty Wreck in Tulamben which was excellent, great visibility and conditions which Jink captured on GoPro. Then the next day we were off to Menjangan where we did 2 amazing dives and the following day 2 dives at Pembutaren. All 4 dives were incredible conditions, great visibility, seeing everything from turtles to nemo’s, black tip reef sharks, schooling jackfish, box fish, everything again all being captured by Jink’s incredible photography. The rest of the 4 diving days were in Amed and Tulamben, which is another favourite place for me to dive, on the Japanese Wreck seeing everything from Pygmy Seahorse, cuttlefish, mantis shrimp, so many different types of nudibranch. Again with absolutely perfect conditions. I’m so pleased Jink was available to take me on this 7 days of diving because I know from diving with him in the past, he always knows where the best dive sites are, conditions and where to find the best marine life. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to see the best and have a stress free relaxing dive trip

Completed my Advanced Open Water (Peak Performance Buoyancy, Wreck, Deep Diving, Navigation, and Night) after 8 years since my last dive; My time here was a great experience, the instructors closely monitored and guided me through the whole course. The instructions were clear, detailed yet concise so it is to the point. Throughout our dives, the instructors made sure we were safe at all times and our dive exercises were conducted in a very safe and controlled manner. They prepared the equipment and brought us along the process for checking them to ensure they are properly functional. I also stayed at the on premise private chalet as part of the dive course package, all the basic facilities on premise are perfectly functional making it an extremely convenient a place to stay while doing the course.

Great experience diving here. I found this shop after our hotel ran out of spots and was actually cheaper too! If your looking for quality not quantity come here. Very small dive groups. Jink was very helpful and responded very promptly. Pickup and drop offs to the dive sites was seamless. The guided dives were very professional (Eri and Agus) and knew the dive sites very well (saw pygmy sea horse). The restaurant there was extremely good. Try the grilled snapper which is their special (grilled with coconut husks for the smoky flavor). When diving, go to a local’s dive shop, they are more familiar with the dive sites.

Love it!! 🫶🏼🫶🏼 i am a first timer in diving! they teaches us first in their swimming pool for all the basis skills. I Was almost stressed out since i am scare with deep water and breathing with mouth only 😂 plus i hav claustrophobia, so the suit itself and with all the vest with the oxygen and everything was actually overwhelming for me. But they teach me patiently. We then went to the first spot for dive. One guide/instructor accompanied me the whole time, understanding that i easily panicking.. 😭 i did it!! They calm me down and keep trying.. i enjoyed looking all those pretty fishes at Tulamben beach 😭 then we went to the second beach for looking at the ship wreck even deeper then the first spot 😩 i am SUPER HAPPY! My first time diving ever was here at Best! I enjoyed the experience so much that I also took my Open Water License and Advanced License here. Bali Elite Scuba Tulamben (BEST) is indeed the best diving centre, thank you Bli Erik and Bli Jink who have taught us how to dive. Clear instruction, friendly learning and training environment. We are full of doubts when we came, but after training with Erik and Jink, we had a great time diving - thanks to our great instructors. We stayed at Segara Tegeh, the same location as BEST dive centre.. It's a great place to stay, very clean and comfortable, with a great view of Mount Agung every day. Delicious foods available at the restaurant with very reasonable price. 100% recommended. We will come back for sure next time.

One of the best decision in my life to take the first open water dive license with BEST in Tulamben Bali. Definitely the “BEST” name is really describe how best the service is. My mom and I took the very first dive with Jink for 3 days (4 dives). On the first day we practice at the pool to learn how to use the dive equipment, suits, and how to swim with it. Jink was very very communicative patient to teach and guide us the noobs hahaha 🤣. We were often snorkle but not dive. So it took time to learn and get used to it. All dives were incredibly beautiful!! We dived in Drop Off, Coral Garden, and USAT Liberty shipwreck. The best one is USAT Liberty for sure. There was one time when my mom drowned almost to a depth of 20 meters and Jink was very agile to catch her up and guard us until the dive was finished. He also guided us to explore the shipwreck in a very exciting way. we followed him to enter the door of the ship, through the tunnel, and explore the masts of the ship 🚢. It’s like we’re in the “Titanic, Ghost of the Abyss” documentary movie Not only the technique, Jink also is really good at underwater photography! We love the angle he shot and how he guided us to pose. We also impressed bt the story of how Jink and Eri learned dive professionally and finally found BEST since years ago. The process really shows the result. Best service, best team, best journey. Will come again very soon !!

I am back for a review at a place that provides amazing adventure. Diving adventure plus it is a relaxing place noting that they have a some cosy chalets and a nice restaurant with local food being served. I will definitely recommend this place if you are looking to dive in Bali, Tulamben. Btw, contact the owner ad they do bring you to other places for dives as well. They provide good diving guidance and course with safety as their priority and will adjust the itinerary to your preference and needs.

I had 3 fun dives here. It was amazing. Thank you for introducing me to the new world! Specially thanks to the very professional and patient instructor Pak Erik. He taught me step by step to get used to the water. The diving spots, coral garden and liberty wreck, are easy and safe spot for newbies like me. some plus point: + the resort It is peaceful and quiet, and has a great view of Mount Agung. All staff are attentive and friendly. The dog, Doggy, is a people dog. She came to my room in the morning asking for a back message. + the food They have several fruit trees in the garden. I love the fresh lemon juice!

Enjoyed very much diving here. Although I had only one day, I could see amazing things underwater and complete my advanced open water and enriched air diver. Jink also took beautiful underwater photos and videos, which I got as a bonus at the end of the day.
