My review is not so much about the agency itself, although there are some things I think they could handle a bit better. In general, the agency is what you would expect and were for the most part very professional and courteous. However, there should definitely be more vetting in regards to listings. This villa and its owners should be steered clear of at all costs, JI0152Y Villa Jimbaran, also known as Villa Jasmine. The owners are very dishonest and cheating people, and you will be screwed out of money. In my case, not only with a security deposit, but with other services and amenities that were either non-functional or not as advertised. I would highly recommend using this agent, but use them for renting a different property. If you rent this villa, you will be cheated and taken advantage of.

Interesting, but no outcome. Bali was once a cheap destination, but thevalue propisition has gone, most properties are valued in US Dollars.

Staff was amazing, very helpful with showings, answering questions and negotiating rental agreements. Very professional establishment :)
