I did 4 dives here and my wife did her advanced diver here. The instruction is great and the organization is awesome. The shop is run by Germans and they’re super classy and professional. The amount of knowledge amongst the staff is amazing and they love teaching new things while still being able to maintain a laid back environment. I highly recommend them!

Thanks to the team of no fear for this great experience. Never dived before but I felt very much supported from the beginning until the receiving of the open water license. My dive instructor Wayan did an amazing job, he helped me to understand the nuances of diving and definitely sparked my interest to have diving in my every itinerary when going on holidays in the future.

During our honeymoon on Bali we headed to Amed because of the great diving options. While searching online I already spotted No Fear, we're Dutch so Deutsch is pretty close. For my wife it was her first dive ever and it's great to dive with people who let you experience diving on your own pace. We received excellent instructions from Wayang then he took us on two dives (had nice lunch in between) and then back to the diving centre and after that our hotel. We had a great time at No Fear Diving completing our PADI open water course. The owners of the shop, Oliver and Julia, we’re extremely friendly, and helped relax my partner who was a bit more afraid of trying scuba diving. They also helped us pick out a diving mask and snorkel, and rented us some fins to go snorkelling. The instructor Wayan did a good job getting us through the course, and ensuring we completed all the relevant exercises. We started right in the sea from the first day with a beach entry. We even got to dive down to the quite shallow USAT liberty wreck on the second day. All of the equipment seemed to be quite new and kept in good condition. Overall we really enjoyed the whole experience and hope we get the chance to return to Amed one day!

First time diving… I took the open water diving course (PADI) with No Fear Diving and wow, what a experience from Start to finish. First off, Oliver was great when booking the course. Provided all of the information and was great at communicating though our booking process. Now to the diving - wow, what an amazing team. I was fortunate enough to have Jonas (Day 1) and Mayan (Day 2), both amazing instructors, great English and I felt safe at all times. As a complete beginner day 0, I was fully confident at diving day 2, after completing all theory and exercises in the water. The lunch included with dives is great and the equipment is super well maintained, which is a must when doing a risk inclusive sport. I now have my PADI open water license and can begin exploring to 18m! Thanks No Fear Diving for an amazing experience!

I did my open water course at No Fear Diving. My boyfriend is a dive instructor and was allowed to teach me! We rented the equipment and although we were not doing the course with Jonas, they took us with the other students to the dive sites. The staff was very kind and we had the best time!

Amed was a great experience, and in large part due to the amazing team at No Fear Diving. And the dive sites are incredible! Everything was very streamlined, the owner (Oliver) was trustworthy and responsive, and the team very friendly. I did my Padi Open Water, and the team was really good at explaining the exercises and the dives, as we did them in a calm area a few meters down, off of the beach. I unfortunately got sick halfway through the course, and even then No Fear was able to accommodate streamlined continuation of the course at a later date at no extra charge. All in all i can highly recommend No Fear Diving, both for their professionalism and their support for new divers.

We went there to do the Discover Scuba Diving and we absolutely loved it. Everyone was very nice and spoke both German but also perfect English. We felt like we were in very safe an professional hands and would definitely come again!

I just finished my Open Water Certification with Ivan and No Fear Diving. It was an incredible experience. When I was struggling with a portion of the training, Ivan helped me through every moment and worked with me to overcome it. If I had more time in Amed i would absolutely go diving with them again!

What an absolutely cracking dive experience. Jonas and the team dished out a super refresher for me, and my Fiancée Rosie discovered scuba. From start to finish the trip is fantastic, very friendly and informative. AC car rides, drinking water, towels lunch and the gear is really good(reliable). You literally just need to bring swimming stuff. Jonas introduced Rosie to scuba, he was cool, calm and incredibly informative. We cannot recommend this experience any more, fantastic English, and German, and tons of other languages spoken. Thanks guys. We will be coming straight back next trip to Bali.

We went diving with No Fear Divers for a day. The communication and booking in advance by email was super easy and trustworthy. When we arrived on site, we were warmly welcomed and instructed by our diving instructor Sanne over a leisurely tea. My husband had two trial dives and I had a refresher. No Fear Diving Amed did an absolutely AWESOME job getting my two kids started for a lifetime of enjoying SCUBA. Oliver helped set the plan up via email, setting up a complete package from airport pickup, to our stay at the lovely and private Amed Ku Villas right behind the shop on the beach, to a personalized dive plan that ended up being perfect for both instruction and fun. My wife and I used to dive a lot, but pretty much stopped once we had kids. Recently, I became aware children as young as ten years old can get a Jr. Open Water certification from PADI, so I set a out getting them into a course. My twelve year old was nervous about the idea of being many meters below the surface of the ocean, but instructor Wayan was a patient, kind, and deeply knowledgable teacher. He took the time to make sure our kids understood the theory required to keep them safe underwater and oversee their gear on land, plus that they could confidently perform all of the backup actions necessary if they should ever need it. This is a long review, but learning to dive properly is a big deal and this shop is serious about doing it right. If you want to become a competent diver, get a good start. The gear is in great condition (both newer and also better maintained between dives than any rentals I have previously used) and they even have the very small sized gear required for kids. In addition, support staff makes it easy to have a great day out. Putu did lunches, water, driving, arranged porters for the gear, and generally assured our comfort during our Bali vacation. I seriously could not imagine this trip to Amed going any better and the seamless teamwork and planning at No Fear Diving made it possible.

I decided to give it another try on this current trip in indo and checked trip advisor for a high rated dive centre in Amed where I was staying. No fear diving has a 5 star rating, and with good reason! From the initial point of contact via email they made everything really easy, making every effort to help me regain my confidence on the whole process. The equipment was new and well maintained and Tasha the instructor who took me out on my refresher and my first dive was superb. She was really professional and genuinely cared about me feeling confident and having a nice time under the water. A total super star 🌟. We unfortunately had food poisoning one of the days we were meant to be diving and the staff were very understanding and helped change our days so we still got to complete our course. They are great with customers who are very nervous about the water. Could not recommend them enough.

A month (35 days for Balinese calendar) after a person had passed away, the family brings an artifact representing the deceased to the temple. Then they pray for the soul. The tallest tower has 11 roofs, like all the other national temples. All the towers have odd-numbered roofs, which represents incompleteness of human being without god.

He took time with his students and showed confidence in them which I saw help them get through their trouble/anxiety and perform the tasks easily in the same session. We had a great experience doing our 4 open water dives to complete our PADI training. I am 65 and afraid of the water! Never really thought I would achieve my PADI certification but thanks to our lovely patient dive instructor, Johan, I did it. ❤️

No fear diving in Amed is a fantastic dive centre, If I could rate it higher than five stars I would, a brilliant bunch of people. I did two day dives and one night dive all of which were great and the night dive looking specifically for the macro life was spectacular (Dive guide Ivan has an awesome eye for macro life), I would say one of the best dives I've ever done. Oliver the owner was very friendly and accommodating when I enquired as to whether I could carry out a private day of diving at short notice. I will definitely be revisiting next time I am in Bali to hopefully do my rescue diver certification. PS they accommodated my non diving wife who was shown where she could wait for me at their reggae bar on the beach or the best spots for snorkelling she was also provided with lunch to have with us all, so she felt involved which was great, she is planning to return next year and do her open water course with no fear, something she had been nervous to do prior to meeting the guys at no fear diving. PSS that shaun the sheep nudibranch in the uploaded pics was a dream come true to find for me (thanks Ivan!)

Just completed my advanced open water course with Sanne Oosterwold after not being in the water for a while. Sanne quickly built my confidence with her very thorough explanations which made me sure I could trust myself and her in the deep blue. A beautiful environment with beautiful people to continue diving. I highly recommend No Fear Diving Amed and hope to return one day soon.
