This library is great, I love that it is always offering new programs, I appreciate the efforts they make to provide so much knowledge and entertainment for the entire community. I am very happy that many classes have returned to being in person after the pandemic, and that they also continue to offeronline classes for those who cannot attend to the library. My only complaint is that the last few times I have visited it is very noisy. no one makes sure that there is a quiet environment suitable for study

What kind of library does not prioritize quietness. They say they have designated rooms for quietness, but they are instead used to hold classes, have people teach their kids, and people in meetings. This whole library is not meant to study but to socialize. On top of that there are librarians yelling at people who choose to study and remain quiet. They get furious and threaten their existence by causing them panic attacks to leave even while the person is comprising. North Bergen loves to prioritize activities and sports, but why is there not one place where a person can study for something as important for a doctorate degree. Absurd. People need to speak on this matter.

There are some very rare language books, such as Irish and Gaelic. Many dictionaries are eye-catching. The entire library is very warm and comfortable. But there is something wrong with the faucet in the bathroom

This is the worst library. The staff was rude and negative. They will give you the run around. Don't go to this library.

Horrible. People come to the library to do QUIET work. They allow people to use their phones on loud, have zoom meetings, and basically conduct interviews/therapy sessions right next to people trying to study and read in peace. There is no monitoring or regulation for silence. I have given this place many chances but this is my last. It’s a shame because it is spacious, clean and has free parking.

The library staff are really working hard to keep everyone safe during covid-19 while still offering as much service as possible. They are as polite and helpful as ever. Thanks to the staff for all the hard work and the community for working together to keep everyone as safe as possible in this situation. Update: library is still as great as ever. There are a lot of amazing events being hosted regularly and the service and staff are really sweet and very approachable.

The staff is great. However, it is SO loud. There is no section that is tucked away in a quiet section. You can hear children yelling and people congregating after classes having conversations. It really sucks.

We used the museum passes and had a blast. Everyone in the library is always very friendly.
