I am a regular here for the hair services. I like this place for hair cut and color. But they have no value for customer time. Appointments are usually made weeks ahead. They will still double book or even take someone else during your appointment making you wait. I wish they value customer’s time more and give single undivided attention during your appointment.

Susanne Elite Stylist was absolutely amazing with my hair. The time and care she took was so great. I am super picky and have never gone to a colorist without a friend referring me. Will definitely be coming back. She is an A+ color and stylist!

I think the prices on the shelves should match what you are charged at the cash register. When I brought this up to the person ringing me up, she said "yeah, ok". 🤔 I am referring to the NYX glosses. I wasn't going to make a big stink over a few dollars, but I also won't be going back.

Yesterday I went Christmas shopping for my daughter and the cashier Aliorlany went out of her way to help me. She was kind and helpful and gave great customer service! It’s always a pleasure to shop at this location, the staff is super helpful and knowledgeable!

I normally love shopping at Ulta beauty. I like that they have a bigger selection of beauty, products and hair products compared to other places, but today I had to stop by at this one to return an online order, and the service was terrible. They seem very defensive when you’re just returning something and not buying anything. The cashier instead of just saying is something wrong with your product all she was like oh did you use it and then when I entered the store the security guy told me I can get online for online orders when I went there the girls like you gotta get in line over there. I thought that Ulta made returns easy but today I felt nervous that the cashier wasn’t going to accept my return. I had ordered the Revlon blow dryer curler, and it was too hot when I tried to use it, so that’s why I went to go return it. I just feel like they could’ve been more customer service friendly when interacting with customers even if it’s just to return something it’s not just about being nice to people who are buying if you are rude to people who are just returning, they may not want to come back and that’s what I feel.

First time visiting this location. I wasn't able to pick up everything I intended to get as their fragrance section is limited unlike other locations and they were sold out of other items but at check out Diana was personable and eager to to answer a few questions I had. She was informative, attentive, kind and helpful.

I love this location! Items are always stocked up, staff is very friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect for parking purposes.

In the midst of the crazy Black Friday shopping. Silva helped me so much. She took the time and answered all my questions and helped me understand how to apply products and made me so comfortable. Thank you so much Silvia
