love
shopping
at
Ulta
beauty.
I
like
that
they
have
a
bigger
selection
of
beauty,
products
and
hair
products
compared
to
other
places,
but
today
I
had
to
stop
by
at
this
one
to
return
an
online
order,
and
the
service
was
terrible.
They
seem
very
defensive
when
you’re
just
returning
something
and
not
buying
anything.
The
cashier
instead
of
just
saying
is
something
wrong
with
your
product
all
she
was
like
oh
did
you
use
it
and
then
when
I
entered
the
store
the
security
guy
told
me
I
can
get
online
for
online
orders
when
I
went
there
the
girls
like
you
gotta
get
in
line
over
there.
I
thought
that
Ulta
made
returns
easy
but
today
I
felt
nervous
that
the
cashier
wasn’t
going
to
accept
my
return.
I
had
ordered
the
Revlon
blow
dryer
curler,
and
it
was
too
hot
when
I
tried
to
use
it,
so
that’s
why
I
went
to
go
return
it.
I
just
feel
like
they
could’ve
been
more
customer
service
friendly
when
interacting
with
customers
even
if
it’s
just
to
return
something
it’s
not
just
about
being
nice
to
people
who
are
buying
if
you
are
rude
to
people
who
are
just
returning,
they
may
not
want
to
come
back
and
that’s
what
I
feel.
