This hotel looks brand new and has a great location in Pelotas downtown area, the building has a feeling of a regular apartment building. The rooms are in a regular size for a hotel, with small tv, AC and a small working desk. The shower it's a little old and could get an improvement. My "king" bed, was two beds put it together, which isn't my favorite thing in a hotel, the rooms don't have much privacy as most of the face each other, so you need to keep the blinda closed at all time. Overall experience was fine, and what you usually expect in a hotel on a small city. Breakfast it's served in the lobby and it's included on the daily rate, the foods it's decent and helps to start a day. There is parking available on the underground

I really enjoyed my visit. The staff are kind and attentive. The breakfast every morning is delicious. There is AC in every room and the bathroom are beautiful. If I return to Pelotas, I will return to this hotel I would highly recommend it to anyone I meet.

Good hotel with a nice service. I had just a minor problem with the hairdryer (wasn't working) and the air conditioning (dripping water, but working fine).
