Paliat (kelapa liat) @rm paliat tabalong hj. Mariam, south borneo, indonesia, mean thick coconut milk. The gravy made from thick coconut milk, keffir lime, kunyit (curcuma domestica). Commonly served with baung fish (mystus), patin (iridescent shark) and giant river prawn.

The restaurant of unique foods of Tabalong. River fish and river shrimp were very delicious because has special spices.

New taste for me, but overall great experience. You have to try their Paliat, Mandai and Grilled Patin. Their chili sauce will definitely spice up your meal. A must have!!

Great place to have meal with family, friends or business associates. The Ikan Patin and Mandai is a must try, along with warm rice and vegetables.

Must visit if you are in Murung Pudak/Tanjung. The taste of the food is unique and delicious.

Good taste. But the price is too expensive.. 100k idr just for 1 big galah shrimp and little shrimp . I recommend the fish with sambal or the chicken with red sauce.
