Coach John may actually be a living saint. My son is on the spectrum and I thought he would never have time around neurotypical children. It's something I've been wanting for many years for him to help with his mental capacity. I was afraid most coaches would be afraid to take somebody on with this type of challenge. Not only did Coach John take him on but he did it in a way that made me feel as if I was doing him a favor by bringing my son to him. That's enough to make a grown man cry! We're about 3 months in and my son is showing improvements that I thought he would never be able to show me. He's moving in ways I thought he would never be able to move. I only coach John but all the other coaches have been so good to my son and his special needs. If your children have ASD or if they are neurotypical, this is the school for them! Coach John and the others will not let you down. The community truly is one of the best. Even the other parents are awesome, friendly, loving and inviting. Once my wrist is feeling better I will also sign up.

My wife and I are both in our 60s. We were wanting to learn some self defense. We started at Flowhouse BJJ recently and it has been a fantastic experience. Small classes, lots of personal instruction. The other students are the friendliest and most accommodating people you will ever meet. It all comes from Carlos the black belt instructor who teaches every class. He encourages a spirit of cooperation and teamwork among all of his students.

This was a phenomenal class. Carlos is an awesome instructor and can work with all levels from first timers to experts. The classes are a very welcoming and friendly environment. I highly reccomend ATP Jiu Jitsu to everybody. I personally will be taking more classes in the future due to such a great experience my first class.

Very professional atmosphere, as well as the instructor “Professor Carlos”. Multiple level students, always respectful, and willing to help out... I believe advancements, are more likely to be achieved at a quicker pace, in ATP, than most other learning environments. Not for everyone, but if your serious about learning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu; this is a fantastic option.

As a competitive athlete who enjoys trying things I've never done before Flowhouse is an amazing place when it comes to Bjj at ALL levels. After my first free practice I knew I wanted to continue and signed up immediately. The coach is very charismatic and is also a very good teacher. Highly recommended 👌

While traveling for work, I dropped in for the 7 am class twice. The morning class was small, but everyone was an awesome training partner. Definitely recommend checking out this school.

I’ve been going to ATP for about a year now and it has been a fantastic experience. Coach Carlos and patient and creates a very positive environment. The whole team is very helpful. I had never practiced any martial art prior to ATP and I’ve had great exposure to Jiu Jitsu. Best Jiu Jitsu in South Florida!!

Amazing place. Love coach carlos and coach john. When I signed up my kids I wanted discipline, focus, and to learn to defend themselves and that is exactly what they are learning in a great atmosphere. I would recommend FlowHouse brazilian jiu jitsu very highly.

I had a great first experience training at ATP Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. As a beginner, I was nervous to join a class of mixed levels and skills. Carlos divided up the members of class and took us through several drills and exercises. I had so much fun, the hour flew by! I was also really impressed with the facility itself, very clean and organized.

Carlos and Frankie are both very good at breaking down moves to beginners like myself and separating the experienced trainings from the beginner activities so that they can also continue to grow. Highly would recommend coming in at any age or skill level. They cater to anyone.

Whether you would like to enroll your child in a martial arts program to built their confidence and discipline, or you would like to train as a an adult, beginner or seasoned, FlowHouse is where you want to be for BJJ. I’ve trained in other martial arts, I was a little hesitant to try BJJ. But I’m so glad I did at FlowHouse! In just a few weeks my confidence, technique, and strength has improved. Head instructor and owner Professor Carlos is extremely patient, a master at his craft, technical, encouraging and gracefully takes you through the learning process at any age or level. Coach Jon is a wonderful instructor as well, all the kids love him! The school is clean, organized, ran professionally and inviting. If you’re going to try BJJ or you want to level up your game, go to FlowHouse!

We recently enrolled our almost 5-year-old son in FlowHouse Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! From the moment we arrived on day 1, we knew we had found something special. Coach Jon is an absolute legend. His skills as a teacher are unmatched. He has a remarkable way of capturing the attention and engagement of young practitioners, aged 5 to 7 which is no easy feat. His mastery of the techniques he teaches is evident, but what sets him apart is his ability to make learning fun and exciting. The energy in the room is always high, creating an enthusiastic and positive atmosphere. Coach Jon skillfully imparts not only the martial art of Jiu Jitsu but also essential life skills like discipline, attention, teamwork, and persistence. Our son has grown immensely in these areas already in just a few short weeks, both on and off the mat. Since starting his Jiu Jitsu journey, we have also witnessed a boost in our son's confidence. He eagerly looks forward to his classes every week, showcasing his newfound skills and knowledge with pride. It's amazing to see how much he has learned and how much he enjoys the training already. I wholeheartedly recommend FlowHouse Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to any parent seeking a fantastic martial arts program for their child. The combination of Coach Jon's expertise, his ability to engage young minds, and the holistic approach to character development make this school a standout choice. Our family couldn't be happier with our decision, and we are excited to continue this incredible journey at FlowHouse! Thank you, Coach Jon, for creating such a nurturing and empowering environment for our little warrior.

It was my first time coming back to BJJ training after 10 years. The Professor and Coach welcomed my friend and I to the training class, even though we were just visiting Miami from out of town. The instruction was well done with a good amount of time spent on drills in no gi single leg take down and defense with the last part of class rolling with others. The adult class had a wide range of skill sets and age groups and all of them gave us a warm welcome along with comments on how to do the technique effectively. I would definitely come back and train again.

I live and train in Pittsburgh but stopped in tonight to train. Coach Carlos and Coach Jon were welcoming, professional, and friendly. I feel fortunate that this gym offered such a great experience to an out-of-towner. I would recommend this place to locals and I won’t hesitate to stop by to train here again in the future when I’m in the neighborhood.

Coach Jon is so patient with my daughter. She has epilepsy and sometimes has silent seizures, but he doesn’t let that get in the way of her learning. Enjoying her watching her learn.
