I had past experiences doing my eyebrows here with Taney and never had any issues. However they recently hired a new lady there named Emily, I basically paid this lady $30 for a poor wax job that did not remove much and she did not trim/groom the hairs properly. After doing a poor grooming job she spent majority of the time playing in my brow hairs with brow gel to hide the fact that the hadn't shaped my actual brows much at all....After expressing that I liked a more natural brow look she gave me a very unnatural shape, after taking the spoolie to adjust them more to my liking she told me I made them "look weird" HA! At that point her lack of experience was clear to me so I just left because I did not want to allow her to continue to play in my eyebrows and mess them up even more.

I loved my experience at Ulta Beauty salon. Everyone is so welcome. I’ve seen the stylist Christine , and she absolutely transformed my hair! She has turned my hair the best. It’s ever looked, she is very talented and patient!!100/10 recommended her! Me and my family are happy with the transformation . Thank you Christine !! See you next month 👍🏻☺️

Very nice store. I like to come browse, they always have a cute idea for a nice gift and not only make up. They sell perfumes, hair supplies, mami & pedí and body care. This store in particular is not very big, it felt a little crowded but now well stocked at the same time. It was my first time at this one.

I had never been to an Ulta Beauty store before today. My niece likes to shop there, so I went in to get her a gift card. First off, the store is very clean and modern. I was impressed with the lay out. They have all sorts of products and services to make you feel good about yourself, including some for men. The staff is fantastic! I got there when they opened and was greeted immediately and asked how they could help me. Special thanks to their GM Andrea and Lulu for taking time to talk and educate me on their products. I sampled some cologne and took a tour of the store. Very impressive! With the holidays coming up, treat that special someone in your life to a gift from Ulta Beauty. They'll help bring out the best in you!

Joanna is the BEST hair stylist!! I love the way that she highlights, cuts, and styles my hair, and always gives me great tips on how to care for it. I love my visits to Ulta where I am greeted so warmly by Elaine, Andrea, and, of course, Joanna❤️❤️❤️

They have a variety of products But I feel that their prices are expensive. The employees try to be very helpful. But I will never return and let me explain why. I do not appreciate companies that try to get your personal information. For the price of a mascara they wanted my telephone number. They said that I cannot return the item for any reason unless I give them my telephone number. I can't imagine why I would want to return mascara but I am against giving somebody my personal information Especially when I'm paying with cash. How dare they.

This store offers a full range of women's cosmetic and hair needs. My only criticism is the area for which waxing facial hair is located is smack dab in the middle of the store with no privacy screens. As a rule, this activity is something one does in the privacy of one's bathroom and without an audience. If asked, I would recommend the station be moved to the back of the store or at least screened if it remains in the middle of the store.

Good location! Had the product we needed in stock for deeper skin tones. The Fragrance associate was the kindest most helpful associate on the floor. I wish I got her name but I didn’t.

My niece and I were racially profiled at this Ulta location on November 26th. We had extra time before our flight and decided to stop in for some last minute shopping. Every time we picked up a perfume tester to smell a sales advisor stood directly in our face. The message they were trying to convey of us not being welcomed was very obvious. As a frequent Ulta shopper, this was a disgusting in-store experience. We visited other businesses in the plaza and had no issues.

Stacy the sylist at this location is fantastic! She is skilled, talented, and very knowledgeable in overall haircare. I sat in her salon chair, and left looking like a brand new person. I was also happy with the atomsphere and the overall vibe, it was great! The salon, yes SALON, located in the back of the store is clean and well kept. I shall return soon.

It was our first time going to the salon and we had an amazing experience all thanks to Stacy! She did an incredible job cutting and styling my daughter's hair! Well definitely be returning clients!

Coercing customers to share their phone numbers after they say no is not okay. This chain having a policy preventing returns with a receipt because you don’t let them track your purchases is wrong. I won’t be shopping at ulta while those policies continue to exist.
