Beautiful new location in Biscayne Blvd - Aventura , excellent atmosphere, urban style interior design. The food is so delicious, very tasty, wonderful presentation, I tried Ceviche carretillero as appetizer (classic ceviche topped with crunchy fried calamari) , causa de pollo, and the main course was a nice Risotto Pesto with Filet mignon (wow, what a delicious combination). Let’s talk about drinks, as a part of this new location the restaurant offering a new drink menu that includes Signature Sake cocktails (Negroni? Yes, Paloma? Yes (in a martini version), they use for cocktails some homemade sake liquors , flavored simple syrups. Is included also in the drink menu a selection of local Miami beer : Concrete Beach, Wynwood Brewery and Biscayne Bay Brewery, this last one is official sponsor of Inter Miami soccer team, Cheff Anthony Verastegui told us they will have a great promotions when the Team play at Home , to finish talking about drink menu their wine list is so fantastic, the list is not to large so is easy to order, they sell all the wines by glass and bottle, this is a great Boutique Wine selection from New Zealand, California, Italy, Argentina, Chile, Spain and one from Peru that took my attention, it is called Tacama Selección Especial: blend Tannat - Pettit Verdot ( then I made the research at home , what a surprise, many medals and awards) so I’ll try it next time. The service is very friendly, always is a pleasure to visit this restaurant: Great food, Great Service and now plus beautiful New Location and Fantastic Drink Menu.

Absolutely delicious! I'm a huge fan of ceviche and I have to say that this was one of the best that I've had here in South Florida. Service was great as well from our servers José and Enrique and the passion fruit cheesecake was heavenly. Was also impressed by how clean the place was. If you're looking for some great Peruvian food then this is definitely the place!

I used them to cater my party and it was a complete success! Everyone loved the food. I was very pleased with their service as well, from the person I dealt with on the orders to the person that made the delivery. Everyone is extremely helpful and professional. I will definitely use them again!

It's a little place with a huge and wonderful atmosphere. The food is awesome 👌 I really recommend it 1000%. Please the first choice: Pulpo 🐙 al olivo.

Good service and good food! Im glad the branch opened here; I go to the north mia beach restaurant frequently. Qudos to Xavier; once he noticed we needed service, he took over and he excelled! Im glad you recruited friendly and positive-attitude personnel!!! Bravo!

We went to Aji Carbon for Fathers Day and had a great experience. They sat us immediately and were very attentive to all of our need. Our Waiter Enrique did a great job, he also makes the best pisco sour. I highly recommend.

The food was delicious from the appetizer to the dessert, forgot to take picture of the last one🤭; the waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu, all the suggested dishes were on the spot, all very tasty. Thumbs up to the waiter👍🏼,Will come back again!!

The food was pretty good ☺️...it looks like Mac and cheese but its shrimp and mahi mahi fish over mashed potatoes with a Peruvian yellow pepper ceviche sauce.. very nice clean dish.

Terrible Service. First time there and my husband and I were looking forward to trying this restaurant. Wait staff saw us waiting to be seated and she basically saw us waiting but made us wait. After finally being seated…she rushed us. Noticed she gave baskets of bread to other tables but not us. Ignored us…. Basically… worst experience! And to boot….18% tip was automatically added to our bill. That horrible service was certainly not worth the 18%

I placed a carry-out order over the phone for a medio pollo a la brasa (half chicken) with fries. The lady who took my order said it would be ready in 20 to 25 minutes. AS SOON as I arrive, the bartender/cashier wanted me to pay the bill. I ask her where's the food and she tells me without hesitation and without checking that it should be right out. So in good faith I paid for the meal upfront. BIG MISTAKE! An hour later, is when she finally brings my to-go meal. Mind you, I had her check 3 times during the hour to check on my meal, and all 3 times she said the same thing, that it's almost ready. Also, three parties arrived AFTER me to dine-in. All three received their elegantly displayed dishes before me. Lastly, when my order came out the Bartendar/Cashier wanted to quickly wisk me away. I had to ask for sauce. When I got to my car, I opened the bag to make sure the sauces weren't spilling over and I noticed she didn't put napkins or plastic ware. By this point, I was so HANGRY (Hungry & Angry) that I didn't want to walk back in to request these things. Napkins & plastic ware are EXPECTED at every establishment when you order take-out. Even fast food joints know this! A COUPLE OF TAKE-AWAYS: #1 - Don't ever pay upfront when you order to-go here. This is their technique to get you locked into waiting more than what's acceptable. If I had not pre-paid, I would have walked out around the 35 - 40 minute mark. I TRULY believe if I would've told the bartendar/cashier that I will pay when my order is ready, that my meal would have come out in half the time due to the simple fact that I could walk out if they took too long. #2 - I got the impression that they look down on to-go orders. They REALLY want you to dine-in, due to the speedy service they gave the 3 parties that came AFTER me, ordered AFTER me, and received their dishes BEFORE me. Mind you, one of three parties had 4 people. Plus, napkins & plastic ware were not given. The chicken was good, but everything else was bad. I WILL NOT be returning here again. Mind you I have been coming here for over 10 years, but this was my first time ordering carry-out. If the Owner ever reads these reviews, I would seriously recommend making some adjustments. It's not a normal thing that an over 10 year regular decides not to ever go back. Going forward, I will now be going to the 2 or 3 Peruvian restaurants that are within the vicinity.

Best ceviche ever !!! Authentic Peruvian food and consistently delicious!!! Outstanding service and drinks always !!! I’ll definitely always be here.

On September 29, I went with a friend for lunch, we ordered the Ceviche Sampler, it was HORRIBLE, the pieces of fish were very large, the fish was gray and hard. I have never been served such a bad ceviche and I have eaten it in several places, as it is one of my favorite dishes. The waiter's response to our complaint said that many people ask for it; It's one thing to ask for it and another to eat it. Well, almost everything stayed there, not to mention everything and our $60 dollars that they charged us. WHAT HAPPENED, the food there WAS good
