After a bad experience at another salon I came to Ulta and met Alena Rodriguez. She heard my story, understood exactly what I wanted and fixed my hair color issues! I really appreciate Alena’s professionalism, her great skills and kind soul. She is truly amazing and has a great personality! She is honest and compassionate! I would recommend Alena to everyone!

I’m so glad that I got to experience hairstylist Alena Rodriguez’s amazing skills and fantastic personality! It was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a salon. She was able to effectively remove all the brasiness from my hair with the perfect color toner/gloss, she also dyed my roots perfectly, gave me a lovely haircut (trim and curtain bangs) and did the new KC Express Treatment by Keratin Complex. I love how it all came out! (By the way, I definitely recommend the KC Express as an add-on to any color service because it only takes 15 minutes and locks in the color, adds shine, removes frizz, and makes hair easier and faster to style for up to 6 weeks) Alena addressed all my hair concerns and made sure that I was satisfied and happy. She also has an awesome demeanor and made me feel super comfortable. We had some great conversations that made the time fly by. I met her lovely client before me, who told me she drives from West Palm beach to get her hair done by Alena, and I can see why!

If you've never tried the Salon Services at Ulta, go make yourself a favor and book a haircut with Alena. Even though I only come once or twice a year, I've been getting my haircuts with Alena for a couple of years now. She is the sweetest, absolutely knows what she's doing, and always goes above and beyond to give you exactly what you want. 🫶🏽

Alena is hands down one of the best hair stylists, if not the best, I’ve ever had. 10/10, amazing! Highly recommend. Prior to my appointment, I read so many good reviews from other clients about her that I decided to make an appointment with her specifically, and I’m so glad I did! I’ve had so many stylists that do not listen to your vision and do what they want instead, and Alena was such a refreshing change from that. She gave me the most perfect balayage money piece and highlights in a soft buttery blonde and an amazing haircut - my hair has honestly never looked better. Even with the bleach it looked and has been so much healthier after she worked her magic. Not only is she extremely talented, she is kind, caring, funny and so dedicated to her clients and craft and making sure you are beyond happy with the end result. I just love her! Went last week to get my hair done and the stylist Alena was great, I let her do her thing and she definitely was a miracle worker. From the moment I walked in through the doors I was welcomed and asked if I needed assistance. Definitely going back to this Ulta again!

Went to the Salon stylist Alena, who was extremely rude and gave me attitude after i explained that the color was terrible , she basically ruined my hair. Now im going on a Trip with my hair ruined, this has no repair, i am very saddened that one caree to try to fix it. This is how bad it looks. The managers think that refunding me is going to help, i don’t care about the money its the way my hair looks and now my hair is ruined. NO one should any services with her. I cannot believe ULTA would not help me , employees have no compassion.

What a pleasant experience! There was a young lady that came up and asked if I needed help and actually provided really good advice, honest advice and suggested a very good product and even did some research about it on her own phone before suggesting it finally. You've gained a customer!

I visited this Ulta location to buy a few cosmetic products on a Thursday morning. I was at first disappointed as I was checking out because I couldn’t find Olaplex. I mentioned it to Sierra and she went above and beyond to personally walk me to the exact location and gave me a brief detailed product knowledge on it. I was very impressed and greatful for her and more reps should take note. Thanks Sierra for your great customer service!

I had a first time hair cut appointment with Alena. it was confirmed several times for 10am. I made sure to get there on time. When I got there the first thing Alena, who I never met before, told me she was running late. She pointed to the woman in the chair and said when she finishes with her. I had no idea how long that would take so I pressed her for an answer. She finally said 15 minutes. That was not going to work for me as I too had a busy schedule. No one bothered to call to let me know. Plus for $70 I didn’t want to wait for a hairdresser that was already looking stressed. For that amount for a haircut, I wanted good service and a good stylist. Too many choices out there. I left and she made no effort to make me want to stay.

Alena is wonderful! She is talented, kind, friendly and it’s a pleasure to come here! I came back for blonde highlights She did a great job with my highlights!

Wow! Beautiful store at the Riverwalk Mall near Civic Center. Pickup for my FREE e.l.f. Lipstick (reward from the “Fetch” ap), would have been easier if the Clerk who checked me out would have known what she was doing. Kept arguing with me!!!!!!!Oh my goodness. I also pointed out that it is “bad form” to assume EVERYONE speaks Spanish!!! Stars are for the store.
