If I could rate this hotel less than 1 star I absolutely would! This hotel was not only unkept, but its completely unsafe and a fire hazard. We were assigned to room 601. Upon leaving the lobby to go to our room, we got stuck on the elevator for 20min. Then we noticed that our room door didn’t lock; somebody kicked the door in. The floor and bed/chair had large visible stains. There was no fire extinguisher in case of a fire. The blow dryer was melted. Fire HAZARD! My husband is handicapped so there would be no way we could escape due to the emergency exit stairs being locked. No towels in the bathrooms. The least to say we are not staying. When we asked to speak to the hotel manager, Miranda, she was very rude and unapologetic! Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. They will NOT refund you your money. We have more photos that we have already provided to our attorney.

Wished I did my homework on this inn before I booked. My room felt unsafe, the locks didn’t work. I had to put my ironing board and luggage as a door stopper, there were stains all over the curtains and rugs, the bathroom was disgusting I didn’t even shower or let my kids shower. There was hair all over the tub and mildew. I didn’t get full size pillows, they gave us decorative couch pillows instead. 6am loud music is blasting. I got into my room at 1am after my flight and got no rest. The hotel reeked of weed, cigarettes and old dirty carpets. I came with my family we needed a hotel to stay overnight and got two separate rooms and both had horrible experiences. Next time invest a little more and get a safer hotel room. Area isn’t the greatest, cab driver even said to be safe. Not the hotels fault, but they are responsible for the lack of hospitality and appearance.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I won’t advice anyone to go here, this place need to be reported and shut Down! Me and my family came here for a stay of 2 days we checked in late on Friday night and left early Saturday morning for an outing we came back late Saturday went to sleep just to wake up to my daughter historically screaming “something is crawling on her” I went over to the bed to find bed bugs 🐞 crawling around i immediately called the front desk and she advised me that someone will come up to my room,NO ONE CAME! Me and my family went to the front desk showed her the video of the bugs and she advice me to send the video to a number for management 20 mins later I get a text “Bed is to straight to be there for 2 days “ Now I’m Pissed! Went back to the front desk and asked her who sent me the text and she said she did ( The phone number was her personal number) I advised her I’ll be getting a police report and calling channel 7 police was called and spoke to receptionist. Sorry I had to write a book about the Hotel! This is more like a MOTEL I AM WARNING YOU! FILTHY PLACE LOBBY LOOK OK BUT THE ROOMS ARE DISGUSTING! FLOORS ARE DIRTY PEOPLE IS HANGING OUTSIDE,LEFT ELEVATOR DOOR WOULD NOT CLOSE! EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS A NO NO NO! This hotel should pay the customers to stay there. The hotel was absolutely disgusting it smelled like mold and everything else. There were questionable people in and around this place. There was one elevator that worked so we had to wait 5-10min waiting to get to the room and the elevator sounded like it was give at any moment. The pool was closed the internet was down the phone in room was out of service hell the phone at the desk was not working either so if there was an emergency how would they call for help. There was 1 towel in our room and no rags we asked for some we were told to bring the dirty ones down and we just checked in. And 1 more thing the pictures that they have on there site are not anything like the hotel really is.

In a word this place is Just depressing. Had some real halfway house vibes. The worst part was that the hallway to my room smelled so badly of smoke and garbage and mold and body odor but I couldn’t hold my breath long enough to get to my room. I wish I was exaggerating. I booked two nights and told them after the first night that I would not be coming back, refund or not. After making me jump through some hoops (Manager was only reachable by email) I was able get a refund. If you’re try to save money do yourself a favor and spend a few more bucks, sleep in a hostel or your car. No one should give this established their money.

Not trying to tarnish the name, just an honest review of the place, I’ve been traveling the last 2 months straight and stayed in many many hotels. -They charge a $22 a day resort fee, not sure why there is no pool, no breakfast, nothing. I was told it was for “parking” … you can find much cheaper parking on SpotHero - They do not clean your room during the day for a multiple day stay. - My toilet stopped flushing, and no one came to fix it. - Shower head sprays water all over the bathroom and that makes you use 1 of only 2 towels provided to clean it up so they don’t steal your deposit. - Location is terrible, right next to highway and hospital so you’ll here honking and sirens at all hours of the night, also not in the safest neighborhood to walk around in. -All of the rooms have smelly carpet that was probably installed at least 25+ years ago, full of stains. - Room felt damp/humid, AC did keep it cold but had like a damp feeling, makes you think there could be mold. - For a big bed (king or queen) they give you 2 small square pillows. As well as previous guests hair in your sheets and blankets. -The cable package they had looked like TV from 1975, football game was so grainy I turned it off because it gave me a headache to look at. -Service at front desk was very stand-off ish and offered no solutions, kind of had a “too bad” attitude. All I was asking for was flexibility with the resort fee due to how unpleasant my experience was and she had no empathy or care for the situation. I’ll also note I was very kind, I know she herself didn’t make my trip poor, but by not making any attempt to make it better is not what you’re looking for in hospitality staff. Absolutely would never stay here again, nor recommend it to anyone. I’ve stayed in lots of places, some more expensive, some even cheaper and this is the first time I’ve had such a bad hotel experience I had to right a review. My only advice is spend the extra few bucks at a different hotel, because by the time you pay their “resort/hotel fees” it’ll end up being more expensive than a nicer place anyway.

Be very careful of this place. The first issue you notice when you walk in is the lack of safety and concern. The hotel is not in a safe neighborhood and they allow anyone to walk right in at any time of the day. On top of that the rooms are very outdated and not clean. Stains on carpet, mattress, and the shower floor peeling off. And to lick the icing off the cake, the staff are FAR from welcoming or accommodating. I even got charged my security deposit due to getting a small blood stain on the sheet when I had a serious injury and the staff was aware. Says a lot. This is not even close to 4.5 stars. 2 star at the absolute most.

This so called hotel is 10 times worst than a public shelter, smelly, filthy carpet, dirty cover sheet. My wife and I were supposed to spend 4 nights, since we were so tired after a long flight, we were obliged to stay for one night after checking in on January 19th around 10:30 PM, so we check out the next morning 01/20/2024. Guess what, they did not charge me under my reservation on Priceline, they asked for a $100 refundable security deposit which I have not got the $100 refund back to me yet and they charged my card for 4 nights $326. Now I am trying to get refunded by Priceline since the hotel did not used Priceline’s prepaid reservation. So forth, it has been more than 12 days neither tho so called hotel, nor Priceline has not refunded me yet. The hotel is scamming people because the front desk did told that they will only charge my card for the hotel fees and the security fees which was $190, since I had a Priceline’s prepaid reservation, but they did the contrary. I would not advised anyone to even spend a night on this public shelter. For me this is a zero review…!!!

Honestly I misjudged the place when I had first got here. The rooms are super comfortable. This is my second stay here and I love it. Front desk was wonderful and super helpful with me.

This was absolutely the nastiest hotel I’ve ever seen. They showed is two rooms. The first one had wet carpet and damp bed sheets due to the sliding door of the room being off track and it couldn’t close completely. And the room was dingy and smelled like mold and body odor. We asked for another room. The 2nd room was just as bad and had food crumbs in the bed. After that we checked out and asked to be refunded . Of course they refused. I wouldn’t let my dog stay in such filthy conditions. I think I actually saw bed bugs in the 2nd room. The health department would have a field day with these people. I’m amazed that a place like this is in business! The Miami Gardens hotel is a complete dump.

Awful stay. Room stank of cat urine, bathroom was grimey & dirty, had to rig the tub so it would drain, carpet was damp and sticky, sliding door to the outside would not close & lock fully, the tv did not work, the lamp and phone barely functioned as well. The pillows were hard and we only had a sheet in the bed until 3 hours later when we finally were able to get a blanket (that should have been in the room to begin with.) Literally the WORST hotel room I’ve ever stayed in AND they said we couldn’t switch rooms since we’d already touched it. And there was blood on the walls… whaaaaattt. They didn’t offer a refund or anything when we spoke to the manager at check out, hopefully Priceline will be refunding our money. Do not stay here 🤮

Not a great stay, good for the money but service was okay and hotel was kinda gross. Asked for extra towels and only got one when we needed more than one. No cable which was fine but they lied to another customer about it. Went to the front desk to check out and the customer asked if they had cable and the front desk said they do when they don't. Overall place was pretty gross and service was okay, okay place to come if you're on a budget.

Had a very nice time here! Front desk was super helpful and friendly! Rooms were clean and very comfortable! I highly recommend this hotel !

Beautiful hotel ! Such an amazing stay for such affordable price! I was honestly impressed when I arrived. The place was very well kept and Maranda was such a pleasure. Staff was very helpful and made my stay a breeze. I highly recommend staying here anytime you are in town. A steal in this area!

This place is over price, I was given room 607 next to the elevator shaft it was like if I was sleeping under a bridge noise from the elevator going up or down was real bad. They charge a 100 dollars security deposit for a room the don't look clean at all..

I must say , the most important thing for us was that the rooms were super clean, you can tell they maintain the hotel very well. I would recommend for everyone to stay here, it’s also 10 min drive from the beach. High 5

After traveling all day, and dealing with numerous delays my wife and I got to this hotel. We waited for almost an hour and a half just to check in. There was one young lady working and a line to the door. The one upside was Carlton he apologized for the delay and got us a cart for our bags and even helped us up to our room. We then needed pillows and the security was happy to help. For the cost we were pretty much satisfied, but that wait was terrible. Maybe more than one front desk clerk! If coming here keep in mind the price.

It was a very good vacation. The rooms are beautiful and comfy, the location is perfect, the food and the crew are amazing. I had a really good time and I’m definitely going to come back again! Thank you for a great vacation!

Location is horrible… after entering the room I checked the bed there was hair all over the dirty sheets. Empty pill packet behind the bed. What looked to be mouse poop on the dresser. Microwave and fridge is just sitting on the floor. Luckily was able to get a refund. No one should stay there. Uber driver said everyone who lives here knows not to go there.

Overall a great stay! Very good location has a lot of restaurants! Very close to hard rock stadium which was very convenient since I had to go there! But overall worth the price and amazing front desk staff!

Great greeting from the bellman he helped us with our luggage in the rain. The front desk was very friendly. Smiling throughout the check in process. We couldn’t get into our room, but the bellman made several trips downstairs to fix it. Great first impression! Will leave an exit review upon check out

The plasterer was coming from the ceiling in the bathroom, you have to pay extra if you want a microwave or refrigerator in your room, hotel have homeless people on the outside and any can walk into the hotel. They did not have clean towels, the pillows were a joke. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. This hotel is nothing like the photos. I wouldn’t even give them one star rating. The bed squeaks and my room was by the evaluator so you could hear it open and closing all the time. Found hair all over the bathroom and it was very dirty. Been had ounces but never agan. I I forget no cable just local channels.

This was the worst hotel of my life, I never saw anything, people, I went to plug the television cable into the socket but it wasn't enough and it was the only socket that was nearby. There was a fight at the entrance because the television didn't work and my family was more than an hour at the reception because the system broke down and they didn't want to know about helping them and when I went to ask for towels there weren't any!! There was literally only one towel in the storeroom, this place is in terrible condition and when I went into the room the carpet was all torn up and the room smelled like mold I had to go to the supermarket to buy product to make the room livable I wouldn't recommend it for my older child and worst enemy

Nothing was working, the only 2 elevators were out of service, I had no WiFi connection in my room, the Pool was closed. Everything felt dirty and smelly. And even worse when we arrived to our room there was a second door right next to our bed you could open it and behind it was like walled up, no idea maybe it was an access to the neighbors room, or maybe not but I still felt very uncomfortable you couldn't even lock that door, to be fair the staff was very friendly and they changed our room. I wouldn't recomend this place to anyone especially if you have Kids. I got really creepy vibes in there
