Making an appointment was fast and painless. PCR test was done quickly and on time. Results came within 12 hours. Perfect for the Canadian government requirements. I spent a day trying to book an appointment with other testing centers with no luck (all booked for the time I needed), so happy I found Fast Test Now.

Fast Test was fairly easy to set up appointment and provided email updates reminding us when to show up. Test itself was simple. Three suggestions: 1. Be able to answer the phone (although they did reply to our email) 2. We arrived for our appointments 25 minutes ahead of time. We waited in line outside past our 3:00 designated time (and their closing time). I suggest you let folks know that even though you are running behind, everyone’s appt time will be honored. 3. We were told results would be emailed within 40 minutes. Actual time was about 2.5 hours. I suggest you set reasonable expectations so we don’t wonder if our results are lost in space. Looks like a dump from outside but they do as promised! We got our results timely and accurately as promised. Reasonable prices. In and out service. Make a reservation so you don’t have to wait.

Can't get anyone at this company to answer any form of contact. I booked three covid tests at the end of December. They had a computer problem and double booked appointments in palm beach. When I showed up 30 minutes early for my appointments it was a three hour wait. I tried to cancel online and in person and could not. They have not answered three emails and chats since the beginning of January requesting a refund. They never answer the phone and the voicemail is full. I have used them many times other than this and service was great. I am just trying to resolve a problem and it is impossible.

I had to cancel the test scheduled for 1/20 because the trip was canceled. They were a little slow in first responding to the emails. I had to send it a couple of times but they finally responded. As of this date the refund minus $25.00 processing fee has been issued. That was the reason why l gave them four stars instead of five. Yes l would recommend them because they honor their cancellation policy and l’m sure there wouldn’t have problem with the test or getting the results.

A real life saver. As promised we showed up at 3 PM and got the PCR results back same day in time for our trip to Japan. Their system is efficient and fast- no in person paperwork or other BS. In and out in 5 minutes and we actually got our results closer to 6 PM they didn’t make us wait until 11 PM and we were very grateful for that. Still a little upset that in the end of 2022 we have to pay $300 to a private company for COVID tests in order to travel but that’s a world problem not something I can really blame this company for. Broward County does the same test for free but our results didn’t come for days and we were about to miss our flights. Thank you Fast Test Now for saving us :)

Scheduling was super easy, great communication, easy parking and excellent technician with nice space for the testing. Hands down a hassle free experience and would be 5 star if they had one more technician and didn’t run 40 minutes behind on our particular day (Sunday). Had to wait in the car because it was too hot outside the store.

Nice and smooth experience. Even though I made a mistake when booked the appointment by choosing the wrong package, they helped me to fix it at the appointment. No line. Taking the test took 1 min. Same night at 11PM I got my results. I like the kind of professionalism when everything gets delivered how it was promised. Great experience indeed.

Not recommended for Japanese people. Within 72 hours of returning to Japan, I traveled quite far by bus to test. However, after 10 hours, the certificate arrived, but it did not contain the information necessary to return to Japan. (I paid $150.) According to the Japanese organization Visit Japan Web, the required information is the collection method and collection time. . I contacted this store again, but there was no response, so the situation was quite dangerous. If you want to make sure you return to your home country, we do not recommend using the services at this store. I'm glad it worked out in the end.
