I loved going to this location until I got a letter in the mail from their attorneys saying I owed money. During Covid I stopped paying my membership due to financial issues and they assured my family and I that an over the phone cancellation would be permitted. Well, now a few months later they have not honored that and claim that I owe over $150 for not cancelling my membership. Why was I not alerted of this sooner before I incurred fees? No communication whatsoever. Please be careful with this location, they may get you too.

Haven't been you the Gym in months. Called several times to cancel my membership was told that it needs to be done in person. I went in person to resolve the issues in November was told everything was taken care of an it issue was resolved. After they charge me for the annual fee an charged for the month of November which they stated would be the last month of youfit charging my account. A month later they are still deducting membership fees from my account. This is such horrible service from a health club I wouldn't recommend this place for any trying to get on shape there far better options for you keep looking.

Everything is extremely dirty. Bathrooms are a complete mess, a health Hazzard. You should bring cleaning supplies, before take a shower 🚿. Lockers are falling apart, toilet door broken, no toilet paper 🤡👎👎👎👎👎

Gyms been going downhill in the past few months. Bathrooms getting more and more gross. They used to have dedicated staff members for cleaning and lately they've been having managers or front desk people clean when/if they have the time. Urinals are broken for weeks. Water fountains are broken for weeks. Water fountain filters have red lights (need to be replaced) for weeks on end. A lot of equipment is broken. Update: a month later and a response from the owner and nothing has changed. Urinals and bathroom stalls still leaking in the men's room, floors as dirty as ever, water fountains still not working. Complaint has fallen on deaf ears. Drop down to 2 stars from 3.

Good thing there is the movie room at this location to do cardio. Outside of it, the entire gym is too warm. It seems like it's kept to about 78F. That's not cool enough to work out comfortably. This is South FL! Other than that, plenty of equipment, treadmills and ellipticals. Good schedule with a variety of classes.

Staff in unprofessional, always dirty, bathrooms are disgusting, equipment in the theater room dont work properly, they dont stay consistent with replaying movies which is why I signed up, the equipment is not cleaned properly. When you try to cancel they make you go in when it can be easily done over the phone and/or via email for confirmation. No one wears masks which everyone should! JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ... THEY DONT FOLLOW COVID-19 REGULATIONS!

I absolutely love this gym!! The workers are very friendly and whenever you need help they’re ready to lend a hand as long as they’re not busy. For example one time one of the workers named Roberto was walking around and as I was about to bench a heavy weight he asked if I needed a spot and of course I said yes just in case but ultimately I was able to push it up! Overall I would totally recommend this gym to anybody, they just go above and beyond

This gym gives you a lot of bang for your buck. There’s a lot of equipment and I never have to wait long to use something. I go in the mornings and the bathroom/locker room is always clean. If the movie isn’t playing when I go to use the cinema cardio room, I just ask the person at the front desk to press play for me and they’re always super friendly about it. I haven’t tried all the classes yet, but the Zumba class is super fun! I think this gym is great even compared to other gyms like LA.

I finally had to cancel my membership after 2 years. This location has the potential to be amazing. I feel like all the staff has to do is walk around every so often and they would see what makes this gym annoying. Many people don't wipe down equipment when they are done, causing the next person to have to wipe before and after they work out. Machine hogging is next level!! One problem that gets under my skin is that people will take dumbbells over to the squat racks and do many different exercises while hogging the rack instead of doing squats and moving on. It's not fair to have to wait 15 minutes for one person to finish on a piece of equipment. I understand that people like to work out in pairs, I get that, but groups of 4 and 5 people? That's a bit extreme and it happens often at this location. I've pointed my problems out to staff and I've literally asked them to follow me and showed them some of the things I've mentioned. A staff member once told me to ask people to let me work out with them between sets when they are hogging a machine. I found that a tad ridiculous. I go to the gym alone for a reason. People will also routinely use 2 machines at the same time.. that's just selfish. Another issue is that people don't put equipment back where it belongs. I'm a small guy, it's exhausting to regularly have to remove 6 45lb weights from the leg press. This is ongoing. Not just a few times. Finally, I've just had enough with people on their phones and not exercising. Don't get me wrong, I use mine during rest but it's easy to notice when people are just scrolling social media for minutes at a time. ALL THE STAFF HAS TO DO IS WALK IS WALK AROUND. Other than a few cleaners replacing the spray bottles and paper towels, I rarely see them leave from behind the front desk. As a manager, I'd want to maximize each guest experience and make sure that everyone left feeling great. My advice to supervision at this location is to just have the staff make their presence known. It's simple and people are more inclined to follow rules if they know they are being monitored on some level. Not saying harass people but just look at what's going on periodically. I really hope this review helps make this location better. I'm writing it from a good place.

Just joined, and it's awful. Where to start - lockers the size of a bread box, locker room way to small for gym size, no shower heads in the showers. The men's locker room is 150 degress!! Good luck cooling after a shower. It's a scavenger hunt for weights, and I literally question the legality of the number of people in the facility at peak time.

Employees are all very awesome and super nice. The place is clean !!! S/O the one of the best manager Ty amazing customer service. Large choice of machines, room for floor exercises, love the sauna. Free Wifi and theres always parking. One of my best location 💪🏽

Sauna in the men's locker room hasn't work for 3 months. Water fountain has never worked only putting out hot water (tea water). Showers only have hot water so if you want to take a cold shower you are out of luck. When a machine breaks it takes 2 months to be fixed. We don't need a swimming pool not a racket ball court like in LA FITNESS but we need the equipment to work and be repaired in a timely manner. The staff is super friendly and the gym is kept clean thanks to them. That's why I give it 2 stars otherwise it would only be 1 star.

What started as a bad self inflicted experience ended as a fantastic customer service interaction. I forgot to update my card which caused non payment account to end up in collection. I was obviously upset but after coming in and speaking with the manager( Ty) at this location, I not only left happy but also eager to recommend this location. Ty and Anthony were very understand, helped me sort out the situation and I’m extremely grateful to them. Totally recommended!

Has a lot of equipment and is spacious but the restrooms could use some work and the staff need to enforce the re-rack weight rule. I shouldn’t have to roam the whole floor to find plates to squat with. When the staff start enforcing the rule then this gym will get 5 stars.

Everything is great! The staff is friendly, large gym with tons of cool equipment, and I personally love the cardio cinema room. The only reason I give 4 stars is because the machines should be cleaned more often and the AC is not always as cool as one would expect in a gym, especially during peak hours. Otherwise, I highly recommend this gym!

Read the contract. They can gouge you for whatever they want with no accountability. My story: they charged me my annual fee then closed my gym (in Miami gardens) less than a month later. They continued charging me till I paid an extortion fee to cancel my membership. If I had simply not paid for the service I was receiving they would have sent debt collectors after me. When I asked if the money I paid for the service I didn't receive could be refunded, they laughed at me and tried to upsell me on a nicer membership. This is normally when you'd call corporate... which is why they don't have any national number you can reach. Can't have the owners getting pushback for robbing people now can we? Your last resort is arbitration right? Well buried in the fine print is a stipulation that you have to go through a company that charges $250 per case. So here I am, a loyal customer of four years who threw over $100 down the drain. Don't be like me. Don't go here.

All I can say that this YouFit gym is very welcoming, clean, and organized. The staff is well-trained, and energetic. If there’s anything that stands out in this YoufFit gym, it’s the drawings that Roberto draws!! Not only the drawings are OUTSTANDING but the motivational quotes that are quoted by the fictional characters is what gets me hyped for my afternoon workout!!

Awesome place that has all your basic gym needs. Free weights, machines and they do offer Zumba classes. The only thing is their water fountain i believe isnt working right... If you like drinking warm water in between or after workouts then the water fountain is all yours 😂. Other than that the gym is nice.

The water dispenser, for water bottles, hasn't worked right in 4 months now. Urinals break frequently and stay broken for weeks. The gym is nice. Decent range of equipment. It can get pretty busy. 80% of the staff is amazing, super cool and great to talk to. There is one girl that's really annoying about the check in process. She has 0 customer service skills, just seems like she is trying to sell things. I bring a guest often and she always tries to sell them a membership. I hate commission based employment, it creates a hustle culture that dehumanizes all of us. There is also this one employee that has walked up to me mid exercise a few times and randomly gave me training advice. I had earbuds in, and was hitting bent over barbell row. This is a great exercise. So this dude stops me and tells me I shouldn't barbell row, I need a chest support. First of all, that's wrong. Second, I was working out with friends and it made me feel insecure. Dude asks if I want a personal trainer. Another person selling me stuff, at a gym. A gym I pay monthly for. Honestly the price is fair and gym is nice, but these two employees bother me. Just let me get a pump, Please

It’s a shame they are letting a brand new facility go down the tubes. The brand new equipment is now filthy dirty due to not being cleaned regularly. Floors are dirty (same garbage found on floor from one day to the next), walls need some touch up paint, water fountain is often broken. Staff at front desk are very nice.

Sauna and showers are always dirty. They should set up a new sauna or really clean it but stinks. Also the showers they cleaned it twice a month. I am very disappointed for the price there are better gyms

So... GYM is okay! Easy to join very reasonable terms and affordable! And that might be part of the reason why things are not so great! These are my complaints after 2 weeks of membership: 1 way too many broken or non operational machines! 2 sauna is stained looks really disgusting even after they "cleaned" it 😒 3 not enough weights to serve all the machines available! It is first come first served basis and that is VERY ANNOYING specially when the GYM is full and you have the machine available but not weights to feed it. 4 my new account had people subscribed at it as my companion! 🫣 people that I have no idea who they are! After asking the front desk how in hell that is even possible , they said they just don't know how!! 🤪🤣 5 no one clean the machines after using it and making it soaked and wet! 🤮🤮 6 paper towels are always empty and you need to gonwalk around looking for it. The disinfectant is way too deluded and I doubt it would help very much!! Better than nothing condition... 6 bathroom brings you that west Arkansas"truck stop" felling! Phenomenal! 👏👏👏🏆 In my POV that is due to horrible management! Or a management that reflects the mentality of owners. It is for sure one or the other! By the way they answer their negative reviews says a kot about what kind of people are behind the scenes! A LOT!! Basically always the same complaint, people being scammed with membership and or Horrible Hygiene habits! . Finally, the staff at the Dania location have a small attitude! VIP self entitlement! 🤣🤣😞 Anyway I think they have earned this review and hope it serves as an eye opener for improvements! The worse loss in any business is those that owners don't see happening until it reaches that point of non-return

A lot of equipment, cardio and stretching zones Sauna which is in the locker room is super cool, like it , you can refill you bottle with water free of charges 👍 and different classes which I have never participated but I saw how people were dancing zumba , was very cool, one day I will join And price is very good 👍 P.S When you pay $25-30 per month in USA, do not expect the luxury class equipment. The equipments are not brand new and not in a super condition , but they work good and you come to gym for making a good body and support health , Schwarzenegger build his body in the old basement room 😁

I’ve witnessed people getting in without paying memberships since the staff don’t bother to check you in. If this wasn’t a new business it would be falling apart for lack of care and upkeep. The trash cans are always overflowing, the sanitizer spray always empty, weights aren’t re-racked, filthy fans, bathrooms are out of toilet paper and dirty, equipment strewn about the gym and never return to its original place, most of the TVs are broken, and all of the clocks are wrong. Daylight savings time was 3 weeks ago. By the way there is a homeless person who stays in the locker room always sleeping on the bench mostly everyday.

Surprisingly the gym was bigger than I thought. Nice machines... free weights were all over the gym... but that's pretty common. (who re-racks?)(✋🏾ido)😄. Beautiful women everywhere to keep guys focused. All & all... I'm impressed 😎

If I could rate this lower than 1 star I would. The cleanliness of this gym was horrible. I am glad I am not a member of this gym. This gym is run by a third party (ABC fitness) who clearly does not know how to properly Run a gym….

I’ve been going to this gym four-six times a week since the beginning of the year. They added great new equipment but the way it’s arranged has several corners where the machines are touching or you have to step over things to use the walkway. Which, isn’t a big deal. But after 6pm, there’s no paper towels and sometimes sanitizer either. There was a two week period where I guess their paper towels were on back order and they were providing thin napkins. But the order came in, and STILL it’ll be so full in the gym and you can’t find paper towels to wipe your machines for the life of you. I thought it was a nighttime issue until Saturday morning around 11am… there were no paper towels and the garbages were full. I don’t understand, and can’t workout without wiping down machines. Bring your own paper towels and sanitizer if you feel the same.

Ashley and Emmyca were very helpful this morning with an issue I had with my account and they fixed it right away. The gym is clean and the equipment is very well looked after. I will deffinetly come back to this location when in the area. Thanks again for all you do and for the great customer service you offer.

We have been using this Gym for a while. The personal trainers Jeff and Anthony are really amazing. They have many years of experience and know what exercises suit for your body. It’s very economical, TY the manager is always very helpful and they have great customer experience.

Able to get fit with a partner and bring them everyday. Less expensive than planet fitness with more benefits in my opinion.

Great gym. I only give it 4 stars because the bathroom is ALWAYS a mess and never cleaned, nobody wipes down the equipment and they have the AC so cold that I cannot stay warm at all. Other than that, pretty awesome gym with plenty of room and plenty of machines. They just got a upgrade with some equipment

I've have been coming to this location since they open. They're pretty clean for the most part, they just added quite a few new machines and rack and I love it. I've been here on weekdays 5am,2pm, 4pm, and weekends when they open. The best time is 5am, but I'm a person that loves to work out in the morning. They have a decent machine for alternatives if the one you plan to use is taken, and overall a good gym that has all essentials. The only downside, which is nothing with the gym, more of the area, if there is heavy rain the parking lot will flood, and sometimes the gym has certain small leaks (not fault of the gym at all as they don't own the plaza and they're pretty good about it)

Great gym with all the equipment you need! Squats racks, benches, dumbbells, barbells, cable machines, cardio machines, classes, a cardio theater, boxing stuff… you get the picture. BUT, the staff was the real deal! CJ really his time to show me around and make me feel welcome at the gym. He’s passionate about his craft and people fed off of his energy.

I have been a patron of this gym for several years now. It is an excellent gym with very friendly staff that is well kept. It is clean and has plenty of equipment that can support people at all levels of training. Most recently there has been a big upgrade that is enough to support early power lifters (300lbs). It really is a great gym and I enjoy my time there (even though I would rather be sleeping).

My son and I just joined this gym a few weeks ago. So far it has been great. They have lots of equipment so 99% of the time there is no waiting for the machine you want. Most importantly, the entire staff is great. Two standouts are Ty and Tiera - they are professional, very friendly, helpful and welcoming. They make you feel like you belong. Overall, great place to workout, even for beginners like us, with excellent staff.

BRAND NEW HOTEL... Rooms were clean, spacious, bed was comfy. Great location if you want to stay close to the airport. There's a big plaza in the same area with restaurants, fast food, grocery stores, clothing stores etc.

The management at this facility has changed and the environment has improved so much! The place is clean and the staff is super professional, friendly and helpful! I love the classes as well! Not to mention extremely affordable! Would recommend!

Switched to Youfit not too long ago. This location's staff is very friendly and helpful. As soon as I spoke with them and saw the gym I was ready to make the switch. The gym is clean, open and has lots of workout options. I work crazy hours so being open until 12am is a real life saver! I can't wait until they resume to 24hrs again. Their hours and many convenient locations across Florida was all I needed to make the switch. This location is the main one I visit and, so far, I've enjoyed my experience!
