Horrible costumer service. I saw a 2 for 1 sign misplace. I noticed after I pay, never left the store and manager never gave me the face. I ask for refund since sign was misplace. No returns even seconds after i saw the receipt

Been to TNT a few times, and today’s experience was exponentially better because we were helped by Lasean. He was extremely knowledgeable about the inventory, showed us a YouTube video of how a specific firework we were considering would perform. Indulged listening to my 6 year old describe which firework she wanted and he showed us where it was. Their associates don’t make commission, so his assistance was purely great customer service in a place where usually you just kinda have to blindly grab and buy. Much appreciated!

This TNT shop is open through out the year and have very good collection of different types of fire crackers. Must go place if you are searching some fire crackers for specific occasion. They have a very vast collection with good deals.

Don't waste your time on store pick up. I ordered a specific item with 12 shots B1G1. And what they gave me was an item that was 6 shots each. So basically I ordered an item that would've been 24 shots in total and received 12 shots. Not even a phone call or an email apologizing that they don't have the item. They just substitute with what they think is fair. They just take your money and run with it. Made a complaint amd didn't even offer an explanation or anything. They could've at least give me something similar to the value of the item. Where is the customer service? I'll rather take the drive and go to phantoms fireworks.

Employees were so rude, they had no customer service. I was unable to have resolve my issues in store, then to able to get a manager on the phone took over 2 weeks of calling every day it felt like it was impossible..

They are well stocked and prepared for the weekend before the 4th. Sales are everywhere but we managed to spend more than we expected. However if we don't use them all, fireworks are fun all year. The people were so friendly and helpful.

It's a great and fun place. I when with my sons for 4 of July and spent 320 on all of this. Love it.

Check in process was waaaay smoother this year. I love coming here there's always a BOGO or some type of sale. You truly get your money's worth!

Excellent selection of amazing fireworks don’t wait till 11pm before toning in the new year or you’ll probably welcome it in the car. Lines can be long , but overall an amazing store !! We loved out New Years Eve celebrations and the products bought at this store made it so much more fun !!

At least a really good shoping experience, been the first time the person who checked me in walkthroug with me and explained everything single part of the store. That's a big plus with costumer services, whish to remeber that name of the sweet young girl. Let see about the fireworks effectiveness...

I WENT THERE ABOUT 5PM ON JULY 3rd AND THEY WERE "SOLD OUT" OF MY 2 FAVORITE THINGS... ROMAN CANDLES AND WHISTLING BOTTLE ROCKETS! HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE TO NOT HAVE 2 OF THE MOST POPULAR ITEMS THE DAY BEFORE INDEPENDENCE DAY??? I BOUGHT SOME REGULAR BOTTLE ROCKETS AND ABOUT HALF OF THOSE DIDN'T EVEN WORK PROPERLY! VERY DISAPPOINTED! THE EMPLOYEES THERE WERE VERY UNINFORMATIVE ALSO!

Went in the day before the 4th of July at 11am and parking was easy and there was very little wait to get in. Plenty of stock. Prices mostly the same as last year with plenty of B1G1 on Mortars, Roman Candles, and other assorted fireworks.

Outstanding customer service, that alone is incredible specially dealing with thousands of customers. I grabbed a shopping cart and was getting items I wanted, nobody complaining, everyone moving to the place of the line. If you want a great deal on fireworks, go to the main store, the little pop up tents they have at your local Walmarts are good, but if you want high tech fireworks main store if your place. The $25 manager special was awesome. Plus there are deals for all price point. You can spend a lot or a little, all up to your budget. Thank You for making this New Years Eve special. They prices was already high, they went up even higher. The big bang box that costed 999.99 is now 1499.99. Everything went up

Nice place for fireworks just be ready to dig really deep to buy anything. Next year everything probably going up another $20 to $50.00.

Great selection. Prices have gone up a lot thanks to Joe Biden. Long lines the day before a holiday but they move. No smoking allowed.

Yes they have everything you can't buy anywhere else and they act like it. The staff is loud and rude and the situation is totally unorganized. Very expensive. After standing in line in the hot sun for an hour almost to the front door they tell us you need a mask so everybody was turning around trying to fight the crowd to get back to their vehicles total chaos! Never going back

Place was packed they had buy one get one free sale going on. It's definitely super expensive nothing like when I used to go a few years ago. 200$ and I only got 6 items.
