Customers beware!!!! If you order online and some of the tiles arrive damaged (15 48"x48" in my case), which happens often as my GC told me. Be ready to deal with major headaches! The driver who brought damaged tiles is not responsible and will not take it back. The store (closest process point, Miami Gardens in my case) will not pick up the damaged tiles either! You will have to drag the broken tiles back to the store to get a refund. This policy does not make sense! And the Co. had no other solutions for me. So you'll have to spend your own time and a lot of effort or pay more money for someone to take it back. Other than that, the personnel in the store seem like good people and will chat through your problem. Unfortunately they did not have a solution. I had to order exact same new ones from them to replace the damaged ones, so stay tuned if I'll have another epic return.

This review is regarding their customer service. I went to the store yesterday for a return. Alexis, a team member and CSA supervisor helped me with the process. I had not kept the receipt, but Alexis was able to locate the information and process the refund. She was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also very kind and patient. If you have to visit this store and need EXCELLENT customer service, make sure to look her up!!!

Terrible product and customer service! They sold us their NuCore product on the premise that it was the easiest & most durable vinyl product with no requirements for an underlayment and fully waterproof. With said information we had a PROFESSIONAL INSTALLER install the flooring. Not 6 months later, ALL of it is coming up and I need to replace ALL OF IT. I contacted the warranty, after which an independent inspector came to inspect the floor. He told us he makes a living off of how many people have issues with NuCore and his conclusion was there was no moisture issue - the problems came from not installing an underlayment! THE STORE SOLD US THE PRODUCT SAYING WE DIDN'T NEED ONE! Needless to say the warranty rebuffed our claim and we're out $10K. I will be reporting fraud to my credit card company and contacting the Better Business Bureau.

I visited the store on today and stood around for approximately 20 minutes waiting on some type of customer service. A gentleman by the name of Kevin stopped and ask if he could provide assistance. I was so thankful because looking at all of the selections could be overwhelming. Kevin was very patient and walked me through explaining the layout. Kevin's knowledge helped me finalize my decision. Thank you Kevin you were great!!!

I literally just left Floor and Decor and couldn't wait to write this review. The service was great in every aspect. Every employee was knowledgeable of the store and guided me to the correct person to resolve my issues. Ultimately the team guided me to the Flooring Manager Ephraim who stopped what he was doing and went department By department to help construct my a great bathroom and floor design from top to bottom. I highly recommend this particular location because they go above and beyond without having any negative attitude. Great customer service

I am renovating my bathroom and decided to check out Floor & Decor in Miami Gardens for the first time. As soon as I walked in the store the decor agent Rosario (Miami Gardens location) greeted me with a smile and asked how she could help me. I was beyond impressed with her customer service. Ms. Rosario was knowledgeable and dedicated over an hour of personalized time to pick out every item I needed for my renovation. Highly recommend you schedule an appointment with her when looking into any home renovation. We need more customer service agents like her!!

We had a great experience today with the team! The team on the floor of Chris P and floor manager Ephraim were so helpful. They spent time with us to make sure we had everything we needed and were very knowledgeable. Anything they didn’t have in stock they found stock in other stores and made sure to reserve it for us for an easy pickup. They were all very kind and professional.

Gm, I would like to thank Mr. Keith (Deco Manager) for his superb service, he was very, kind, had patients with me, Well knowledge of the brands that Floor & Decor carries. He had a smile on his face, his customer service was amazing, he is a Keeper. Great advise with excellent service by Juana Leon. But pick up is the worst, the men is not capable to lift anything to your car due to little bit of rain! They are useless, all the staff at pick up area are laughing and have fun to watch all customers get wet and no help! Also calling to get help is no answer, no customer services! Is dizzying like this!

I love this store, the people on the floor are very helpful and nice. I'm rating a 4 because I ordered 2 boxes of tile and it took them 2 hrs to find. Fortunately Ana the manager was relentless on trying to find them, she had a few employees help look for them including herself. She was even talking about many reasonable resolutions just in case we didn't find them. I'm happy I met her she really did understand the urgency. Thank you Ana!!

Kevin and Paul at Floor and Decor has been awesome and has served with excellent service. They made my purchase and help very easy. Also, Ms. Kay has been a wonderful assistant in helping with searching all my supplies. I was also informed about Pro Service and credit card in which I took advantage of the opportunity.

Kevin was amazing with assisting us with pulling a large order for us. Went above and beyond to make sure we were able to select the exact boxes we wanted and made sure we were got everything we came for. We truly appreciate his assistance with our large order.

First time going and will never go anywhere else! Didn’t have a appointment but there was a beautiful lady by the name of Ms. Franceline that was at a desk doing paperwork. And I ask can you call someone to help us? She said sure, do you have a appointment? And I stated no this is my first time and I have and idea of the tile that I want. With no hesitation she said ok. When I tell you Ms. Franceline was very pleasant and welcoming. Please ask for Ms.Franceline in the Miami Gardens store.

these 5 stars reviews must have been paid for. whoever left a 5 stars review, please try calling the store. they never NEVER answer! I had to reschedule a delivery because i am sick with covid and was not able to get a hold of ANYONE. i literally called 20 times. They could not deliver (of course) and they asked me to pay the full $200 fee again to re-deliver! i have never NEVER had such a terrible experience before. This store should be closed. I still don't know how to get my delivery. Also, please notice how only the good reviews get a reply but not the negative ones. Way to go!

The floor displays are horrible in the technique. Like always they have an abundance of flooring but some of their selections appear to be a little over priced,although great quality. The decorative pieces have become very popular and F&D is definitely keeping up with the trends.

Rosario Garcia helped me today in making my tile selections. I honestly could not have done it without her. As a result, i completed two full bathrooms and am purchasing it all today.Rosario is very talented and her customer service was above and beyond.

This Floor and Decor occupies the old “ Levitz furniture “ location where my uncle used to work at. It is well stocked and organized with the latest in floor fashions. From woods and floor laminates to porcelain granite and natural stone they have it all at very competitive prices. They also sell a good assortment of flooring tools and related accessories to make your DIY installation a success. A good selection of molding and baseboards are also on hand. The design team is very knowledgeable and willing to help you on your remodel. They have a fantastic array of mini areas designed and layer out to allow you to view in real time what your bathroom or kitchen layout may look like. The parking is plentiful and safe. The staff is helpful, professional and courteous. I highly recommend this store.
