This Starbucks is a great disappointment. It’s absolutely filthy. Everything about just doesn’t meet the standards of a food service establishment. Garbage is over flowing. Counters are disgusting. Everything I touched was sticky. Service is horrible! My order was mixed up and I was the only one there. I will avoid this Starbucks going forward. Something must be done by their corporate office…

VERY VERY unsanitary!!!! The whole place is just disgusting! Sticky chairs, sticky tables, spilled everywhere!! There was literally vomit on the table and no one was cleaning it up. There is 10 extra baristas not even doing anything just walking around. Its always trashed whenever i come here. Very sad pls do better

Horrible place …it’s always dirty Baristas don’t care to clean the tables outside or take out the trash, the bathroom are always dirty and don’t get me started on the baristas attitudes, the music is always loud and doesn’t even sound like it should be playing in a Starbucks (explicit music), drink making is trash And my food is never properly warmed. Never go here.

They are open from 5:30 AM, but unfortunately its 5:53 and they are not able to make coffee because the machine is off? Did not say hello, did not san nothing. Why is this open at 5:30 if you cannot buy what you want? Shame! I’d rather give 0*!!! Update(11/19/2017): went in, nobody say hello, I ordered than I picked up my drink. Staff isn’t nice! The place is really nice but the music is way to loud. I ask mellannie to please turn down the music but she don't Pay attention to my request. The garbage is sometimes until the top and the tables always you have to clean by yourself because they don’t clean the tables . To be honest is very dirty The floors and the music high is not way to speak with out rise your voice 🎶 to loud …. Hope they understand that is a social place to relax not a disco place ! No name on the coffee after I scan the Hallandale Starbucks app with the name! After this the chasier charges twice, ones cash, and the second time from my app on the credit card this is rediculos! I when back and they returned my money back.

Walked in...nobody in line...maybe 4 people waiting for drinks. Ordered a caramel frap and a green tea iced tea. Despite 6 people working, it took over 10 minutes to get my drinks -- with multiple people, who ordered well after me, receiving their drinks before me. Very disappointing. Slow service...no personality...and no 'order' to their wait lines etc. Won't be coming back

Customers are complaining because of a filthy floor. The customers are the ones that throw the rubbish on the floor, not the employees. A busy Starbucks can't have someone clean up constantly after the piggish low class customers. Then stop going peeps.

zero stars. It took 5 min for someone to even acknowledge my presence although it was slow, and hardly any customers in their. There was one worker who looked directly at me, SEEING that I was there for some time, took another customer that just walked in as opposed to me. Maybe because I am an african american woman, and he was taught to think that I'm not a human being, and didn't care that I came there to spend my hard earned money. I'm not sure, but I'm certain that I will never ever spend my money at ANY starbucks locations. In my honest opinion- based on the history of starbucks employees and african americans, I think all people of color should STOP spending their money here. Clearly starbucks hires the same type of people with the same values. So I'm going to assume starbucks has those same values. I don't like to make myself a victim, because that's far from who I am; However- I know how I was treated, and it was nowhere near some of the great reviews that everyone else is leaving... I wonder what the difference is?

Dirty! Dirty Dirty! Drinks are not cheap to sit around tons of garbage.

Very polite staff and willing to go above and beyond for customers. The didn't have decaffeinated coffee but the lady was able to come up with a very good solution for my order. Thank you!

Absolutely love this Starbucks, while I usually mobile order and don't have much time in-store, the staff is always kind and smiling- saying "hi, welcome" and "have a nice day!". 😊 I come as often as I can, unless I'm running late to work 👀

This one is just the closest to me. Staffed are super friendly but the drinks are not all that for so reason and they run out of stuff 🙄

Come here a few times a week. Today, a staff named Nayah (who made the drink) remember my favorite hot chocolate before I ordered. I was so thrilled and that’s the customer service!!! Well done Nayah, you are the BEST!

I paid 8.29$ (!!!) for my iced blonde latte and there was no difference in taste between this drink and regular iced coffee with milk,although it was watery ( the guy told me they put 3 shots of espresso in this coffee and I added 1 extra).

Long line, asked for a double expresso and got almost nothing. At this rate I give them 2 years before going under. You can charge $6.00 plus and get nothing g back. Not even the free wifi and the "wannabees" being seen there will keep them in business

My happy place! This is a great Starbucks location. Great outside seating and alot of it... which you can not say for every location. It is a great spot to meet friends, study, or do remote work to get out of the house. The location is very clean and the staff is friendly. I decided to change up my order to an iced coffe, the barista made a great recommendation, and helped with all my modifications. My wait was short considerding i did not order ahead. Even days I have gone when the line was to the door, I have to say they are very effecient to get orders out quickly.

I go every day and the outside is always very dirty, they would have to do a good cleaning of the outside, perhaps with a pressure washer

I always have a good experience at this store(even during peak hours). Today Zack you stood out above all else. I hope you get to see this. And Starbuck do whatever it takes to keep this man he is the best thing you could do for business!

Fast service, bathrooms not kept as clean As they should be.

Starbucks. Coffee tastes the same (good though) in every Starbucks however here we got only half of the orders completed. Ordered two coffees, two shakes and two pieces of cake. Got two coffees, one shake and one piece of cake. Fail by the cashier. Not amused. At least the second and forgotten shake was immediately made when we were asked by the preparation crew why we're still waiting.
