Outstanding performance in health care. Compassionate personnel. Both doctor, nurses and techs were very courteous and had us out in no time. Would not go anywhere else.

Hospital is brand new, clean, Not a lot of people waiting. However, I thought that because they are a hospital not an urgent care, they would do actual tests on me. Blood work, an MRI, an X-Ray? Something? Doctor seemed confused oh what to do with me. Didn’t check my swollen finger. Also, they confused my vitals with someone elses. They had put that I had a fever when I didn’t

The most outstanding and professional help I've reviewed ever in an ER. I was amazed at how prompt the service was the moment I got in there. From the administration to the every person up to the Dr. were so kind and attentive. The facilities are beautiful and clean and very private.

The most attentive hospital staff experiencce in years. This could have something to do with it being a 15 bed, small hospital, but whatever the reason it was incredibly wonderful. New, well equipped and efficient. Skilled and personable physician. Nursing and support staff excellent. A+

I was at the hospital for 3 days. The humanity of all nurses of 2nd flor: Luz, Angela, Luis, Lina, Anise and Jeanna, was amazing. They care about my health, they took great care of me, with patience and listening to my needs. You have a wonderful staff. Thanks to them I have faith in human kind again. The doctors were amazing too, and the nurses from the emergency room too, I did not get their names. I am so happy to have an hospital with such excellent staff. I arrived this morning at 3:00 am the attention was wonderful and very fast, at the reception a very kind and respectful lady helped me, she explained all the paperwork I had to fill out and everything was very clear. The nurses who attended me were also very kind and very professional, they offered me very good attention and privacy since I had my eyes very swollen, my husband accompanied me and the attention and respect towards him was also wonderful. Finally the Doctor explained all the results to us and everyone worked very professionally and very fast. Thank you for the attention towards my health and the respect for the companions. Excellent care center.

When the doctor that was examining my13 years old daughter came to my daughter’s room to tell her she had a fracture on her foot, she starting saying what happened to her, he immediately interrupted her, rose his hand as a mandate to stop talking and told her “stop talking, I have to get out of here fast”. He told us that they would give her a shot and some crutches. He was dismissive and contemptuous. The nurse was rude in her demeanor, unprofessional and unable to accurately convey my daughters information. Overall I am dissatisfied with the service we received

I arrived at 11:11pm. Front desk service was wonderful. Paperwork work was fast. I was seen by the Nurse at 11:20. Doctor came in 5 minutes later. Was very attentive and polite. Told me the problem and gave me a solution. I was out by 11:50pm. I took my son to this hospital once before and it was the same experience. Overall I give them a 5 star. The staff, Nurses, and Doctors are great!

Excellent, professional and caring service from every member of staff. The facility is impeccable. The time is well managed and the discharge is easy to follow. The medication machine dispensing all discharged meds is a plus since it avoids extra time visiting a pharmacy. I highly recommend it. Thanks Baptist

One of the best doctors I’ve ever had. Dr. Martinez was more than just my attending physician, he truly showed he cared. He was thorough, explained everything in plain english, made my son and I feel at ease and safe. The nurses were amazing, such care is not easily found in the ER these days. I received a call the following day to see how I was doing. Baptist is the best hospital, I’ve been a patient since 1982 in Kendall. The doral facility is amazing as well.

The place was very neat and clean. . Dr Davis was excellent, explained everything that I need to know. Nurse Rosy and Sarah were very nice, they made me feel that I’m not a burden to them, very helpful. CT tech, I didn’t get his name, he was wonderful and made me laugh. Overall stay was excellent.

Had an amazing experience. Small hospital with a very friendly and family oriented staff. Nurses and doctors were great as well as all others. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. In the event I need to go to a hospital again in miami I will definitely go back to Baptist Doral.

I came in on an emergency, and they took care of me immediately. Everything was fairly fast, they got me on on IV and medication for all my conditions. It was about 3 hours total and we got all tests done. Clean and updated facility. The nurses and doctor were excellent and freshly up to date. I feel 100% better

Unfortunately for my husband is not the first time coming due to an Emergency, this time was for my husband and my daughter and I have to say from the moment we arrived to the moment we left it was a great experience. The front desk was very nice and quick to check in. Nurses and doctor very nice and caring, the facilities are great and super clean. Grateful for the way they took care of us.

The doctor was awesome Dr. Llack is very professional, knowledgeable and caring and the nurses were awesome. Jennifer and Julio took very good care of me. I didn't mind the drive from Hollywood to Doral. I recommend that facility.

Great experience! The hospital is clean and the entire staff is friendly, compassionate, and helpful. Dr. Baez took the time to answer all my questions and concerns and nurse Chris went above an beyond to make me feel more comfortable despite the circumstances.

I arrived and within minutes i was taken to my room and history was taken. From then on, the attention and service was excellent. The physician/practioner to extra extra care in applying the sutures and gently re - attaching my torn skin flap to my good flesh. The entire staff: registration, nurses, ER techs and physician were great. The were able to quickly give me an answer if they were going to be able to take care of a somewhat unique situation. After they determined that they were able, everyone worked together to admit me, perform the assessment and run the tests. Then they explained the results and provided followup information. I couldn't have asked for better care.

Went in to the ER today for an unexpected visit, and from the minute I walked in the door the service was exceptional. From the front desk registrar, to all the staff who helped me, Dr. Brittany Tyson the ER physician did an amazing job, keeping me calm and explained the entire procedure that would be taking place, and was very thorough with all she was doing. My nurses Cynthia/ Manuel and Luis the EMT were very good with asking me all the intake questions and confirming any allergies or pain. They did a phenomenal job and I was done in less than an hour, that’s rare from an ER. Being myself in the medical field. Kudos to the team for a job well done.

Dr and nurses are very nice and thorough with exams. The doctor is also patient answering my questions. Place is new and clean. All the tests can be done without having to be moved from the room. The prescription can be filled on the spot using the machine and it worked out perfectly for us as we need it to travel the next day. The wait time is reasonable, not like other long emergency room waiting I have experienced. Highly recommend the place!

I was here visiting and ended up in the emergency room. The Doctor and nurse Annett made me feel comfortable and the nurse told me everything that was happening along the way. Great environment, clean and fast. She even hugged me and made sure I completely understood my discharge information and she also located a pharmacy that was close and on the way back to my room. If it wasn’t a hospital I’d say I love it there.

I will start with the facility . It is beautiful . The personnel is awesome. I arrived with severe pain and they took care of me right away. The doctor the nurses and technicians were fantastic . I was out in 3 hours feeling good .
