They make you believe it is a public parking (see pics) and once you enter you have to pay the minimum fare of $20 bucks, just for entering! There is always no one inside to suport you and if you stay overnight they will charge you at least $42. Totally absurd, they make money robbing and fooling people. Besides, it is a terrible place.

It's an absolute rip-off! Avoid it by any means! We were charged a $50 flat rate for two hours! I'll also mentioned that it reeked of urine! Disgusting. You also have to be extremely careful when maneuvering around in order to not hit someone else's car. We will never make that mistake again!

Expensive and dirty 20 dollars for 3 hours

They usually charged me 40$ for 24 hours on weekdays (only if you talk to the guys in the office, they'll change it to 40$) On weekend nobody warned me that they charge 50$ for 12 hours. So I paid 100$ for 24 hours! Twice more than car rent. I found SP+parking on Collins&13st. 20$ for 12 hours. Better than 100. Never ever coming back to this scam parking and telling all my friends to avoid it

Outrageously expensive. We weren't allowed to take a ticket. Had to pay 50 dollars for 5 hours. Even though we said we only needed 1 hour. Went in at 4 p.m. and left again at 5 p.m. Freedom, I could have offered at least 20 dollars for 2 hours. Never again Miami! And the parking garage is dirty and smells of urine.

Amazingly expensive, you would think they would maybe clean their stairwell but looks like that last time that happened was 1981. Standing pools of urine are a nice touch after being gouged for $50 (it was raised to $60 not long after we parked). Municipal parking a few blocks away is $20.

They don't charge hourly! Beware - look for signs! I was charged $40 for 49 minutes. Horrible cuz I'm sure they know street parking is ridiculous! Taking advantage of consumers...

Tried to take care of the employee who took my car thinking maybe that would help and made sure he took care of me in return… not the case I received my car with a crack in my bumper. Makes it hard to run and trust a valet service when service and time isn’t reciprocated. The excuse of being busy I feel wasn’t even applied as I was the only car that pulled in at the time. Can’t recommend parking and valeting even a scooter with them.

Extremely expensive. Overwhelming urine smell. Elevator broken. Homeless sleeping in the stairwell. Paid, walked to the 6th floor, then was screamed at by an employee who wouldn’t let us leave to pay $60 for the 20 minutes that it took to walk to the car after we already paid. Save yourself, park somewhere else.

Their sign is confusing. I parked there for the night and when leaving was charged $250.00. The 7th street parking garage is more reasonable and charges $20.00 for a 24 hours stay.

A flat rate should be for the day. Who the hell charges in 5hr increments. Luckily, I read the sign and was able to reverse out. $20 daily parking is very close by, sure beats paying $100.

Too expensive, and prices that magically increase once your car is parked! There are other cheaper fixed price parking nearby.

Very very expensive park if compared with nearby similar parks. My (ranted) car stayed parked all night long (approx 11h) and payed 75$ !. Avoid this asap. There are nearby similar parks that for the same time (24 hrs) charge only 20$..

Arrived on a Tuesday at 9:10 am and left at 6:30pm. Paid $40. Rate was $20 flat every 5 hours started. Somewhat expensive and the municipal parking on 13th between Collins and Ocean may be less expensive

There are no words. Go on your way. It's a scam. He invoices at the customer's expense. 1 hour, 2 hours or 24 hours is $50. They only have this word on their lips. Obligation to put a star but it deserves less.

Be careful, never park here. Prices are not clear, $180 for 10 hours.

Don't come here, they charge you 40$, no sign of the prices to be found. They told us 5 hours free, but after 2.5 hours they charged us... scam!

Parking was advertised at $30/day and got charged $240 (!) for 1 day 13 hours and 42 min!

never park your car in this parking lot! The daily rates are not clear! I was charged 120 dollars for 26 hours of parking. Employees acted completely wrong when I questioned the amount, and released me for 70 dollars on the condition that I paid in cash, meaning they probably kept the money for themselves.

We know that everything is business. But this parking is a theft 20 usd x 5 hours. A few blocks from here there is parking for 2usd per hour and 20usd for 24 hours. πŸ˜‰

Like everyone else, we did not notice that the price is for only 5 hours, and not for a day. Of course, such a sign was made specifically to deceive as many customers as possible.
