Our bathroom renovation was complete and complicated. We fully remodeled the bathroom to include a sauna. From the beginning, Peter and his team were extremely professional. All the work was coordinated and completed as promised. When there were deviations it was usually because my wife and I asked for some kind of change. The investment and the process were well worth it as the results are amazing. We are enjoying our bathroom and have nothing but good things to say about Saunas by Design. We had spoken to a number of contractors, but went with Saunas by Design because they were the only only ones who knew details about saunas that no other contractor did. Peter and his team were excellent! They were reliable, trustworthy and hard working. You can tell that they take pride in their work. They meet with you to understand your goals and really make the sauna custom and unique to fit your style. This was important to us as we didn’t want a standard sauna that we had to pick from a catalog. The sauna exceeded our expectations! Our interior designer was so impressed with it, she will be referring her clients to them.

It was a pleasure working with Sauna by Design, Peter answer all my questions, he was courteous and always on time. He guided me through all the construction process and gave my GC all the indications necessary to prepare the area for the sauna correct installation. I am very happy with my sauna design it gives a modern and unique look to my bathroom.

Great customer service and so so happy with our sauna. We had a six person barrel sauna installed in our back yard. They took the time to go over options and were so nice and knowledgeable. Blown away by the looks, feel and quality of our barrel sauna. Plan on going in at least once a day 🤙
