Worst hotel that I’ve ever stayed at. The walls in my room were literally falling apart. I went to notify to hotel staff and they told me that they would have an engineer look at it and would call me to let me know if I needed to change rooms. They called to let me know that it was “fixed” and that I didn’t need to change rooms. Of course it was not fixed. I went back to speak to front desk staff and the manager was rude and refused to speak with me. The poor receptionist Celine was given the run around and other staff was rude to her when she was trying to help resolve the issue she finally talked them into giving me a sorry a… $134 credit to my stay when I paid over $500 a night and couldn’t be in my room without an engineer there. Also while easily spending over $1000 at the beach. I told the manager that I would contact corporate if they didn’t make this right and he said nonchalantly “okay contact them then”. They then moved us to another room where the sick was clogged and wouldn’t drain. Again, the engineer had to come and look at it. I had zero resolution. So I went to social media and blasted them publicly and wow.. corporate responded so fast and hotel staff informed me that their GM just called and chewed everyone out for what they had done. I have yet to hear from them on how they will make this right. Definitely NOT a 4.5 star hotel. I will NEVER stay here again. Mind you… I have two young children who has to see all of this during Christmas.

It is good hotel. Nice pool and beach front. Friendly staff. Rented two bed room for a week for 4 people. Everyday we should ask for enough towels and water. The hotel just put standard two small bottles and two towels. Also the cleaners do not change the bed sheets. They only tidy up the beds. There was few stains on the sheets and we noticed them for 6 nights we were in the hotel. The breakfast buffet menu is good but it is not very attractive and their food are more expensive than other hotels in area.

Absolutely loved this hotel! All the decor is chic + beach + artsy. I love all the small details, clean spaces and kind staff. Oscar and Brianna were especially nice. I will absolutely be back. It’s quiet and away from the loud bars. The gate out of the pool goes directly to the beach where lounge chairs are included + beach games. Bike rentals are complimentary. The restaurant is great too + room service and pool service.

Amazing! 10/10 for a couple in their 30’s on a business conference trip. After staying at the W South Beach before staying here, it’s safe to say that Nautilus was hands down a 10/10 MUCH better experience. 🙌 It’s a vibe. The staff are ALL so lovely and helpful. There’s a great little convenience/cafe in the lobby to get a morning latte or wrap if you’re on the go. The beach and pool are both great spots, both with food and drink service. Daily towel change and room clean included, unlike many hotels now trying to be all “eco friendly” not washing towels 🤌 The restaurant at the hotel was perfect. Great food, not too busy, great service, music. Must: check out the rooftop at sunset Room: book a beach/pool view to watch the sun rise Eat: must eat at Ole Ole Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

Do not stay here. The management team sacrifices the entire guest experience for a never ending rave concert held at the pool. The music is thumping from 1pm to midnight. This is not a vacation experience. The hotel employees are wonderful. The design is great. But management is more concerned with hosting loud parties than providing a good hotel experience for paying guests.

The lobby and area by the pool are very pretty BUT the room I was in was a totally different story . The bathroom is very small and the caulk around the shower was peeling off. I stayed on the fourth floor and the bed took most of the space . There was barely any room to move around and get ready. Behind the nights stands and chairs were so dusty . We didn’t spend much time in our room which is why all of the above didn’t bother us much . But for $300 a night I expected better. Staff is very nice and accommodating . Drinks were good and the food by the pool came out fast . We loved the direct beach access with the chairs and towels . The hotel is close to pretty much everything . Location was great but the state of the room was very disappointing

Overall, our stay was ok. All staff was very welcoming and professional. I didn’t appreciate the fact that we had to pay extra $26/day for an umbrella at the beach. Also, if you need more than 2 chairs, you have to pay extra $. Drinks prices are ridiculously high. I saw a guy paying $42 for 3 bottles of water. The beach closes at 6 pm. Wish it was open at least till 7-8. The pool closes at 7 pm which was such a bummer. It’s beautiful at the pool once it gets dark and we didn’t have a chance to stay there because it closes way too early. Not staying at the hotel again. But if you don’t care about the beach and a pool, the hotel might be a good option.

Ronavia was great. She upgraded our room for my birthday, provided a fruit platter, gave us free drinks. The room was very spacious, but it didn’t have any full length mirrors and bathroom was a little small. Staff is great as well.

Had such an amazing experience here! Special shout out to Oscar who was very accommodating & kind. By the pool, Jordan, was very attentive and friendly. By the beach, Isaac was also very friendly and accommodated us tremendously. Even the gentlemen in the front of the hotel were very nice! Location is perfect, rooms are clean, vibe of the hotel is serene & calm which is perfect to come back to after a long day. If you’re looking for a place to stay while on vacation I definitely recommend the Nautilus - their hospitality truly is what made me love my experience! Amazing staff & service. Will definitely be back when in Miami.

Enjoyed the amenities and service by all staff. Oscar was very helpful and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make sure we had an exceptional experience. It was also my birthday weekend and he certainly took care of us. It's the little things that count. Be sure to check out the rooftop. Awesome view of the beach. Some people don't know about it and Oscar was kind to take some time out of his day to show us around and give us a tour. We liked the quick walk to the pool and beach right behind the hotel. Walking in long distances in very hot heat temperatures is tough so the short distance to the beach worked out wonderful. Shout out to Edwin from the Bar and Issac from the Beach. They also took care of us and made sure we had a pleasant experience as well. Hello again from Chicago!

What a great experience from the minute we walked in. There was group of us friends that ankle stayed here and Oscar and Alexis were OUTSTANDING! I can’t even put into words how he would go out of his way to make sure we had the best time. Edwin the bartender was also great ! We wish we had went to the inside bar sooner on the trip. We were mainly by the pool bar and didn’t meet him until our last day for a final goodbye drink with our friends. Overall this hotel was a fantastic experience. Everyone is very personable and welcoming.

My family and I checked in early but we didn’t know we had to pay to be able to get our room available earlier. Although, Martha was extremely kind and set everything up for us without us even having to ask! She was very professional and kind. The staff who clean the rooms are also very kind and welcoming. We look forward to staying at this hotel mainly because of the very good hospitality.

Hey guys, this is generally a great hotel but not fantastic. We came as a large group and actively swim in pools all over the world. The pool here needs better maintenance to handle all the sunblock used by patrons. All the kids got rashes. So parents beware. Sticking to the pool area, the facilities supervisor (red head female) was absolutely rude to our group when we requested an umbrella. Also check in the service/counter manager/supervisor was not kind at all to the assisted person travelling with us, and thus had us waiting an additional 30 mins, after traveling by plane to this location. There was no sense of being welcomed by this individual and we felt like we were bothering her. However you can tell here the vibe is off between management and the hard working team here. Beach access and location is 10 out of 10 here. This is a real review and not a bought one. ;)

The hotel is nice. Location is the best. The only thing I don’t appreciate is the extra charge for the umbrella for the beach. Staff is very friendly tho, specially Isaac at the beach, he is amazing and polite.

Listen, this is not a generic review. Now, I’ve been to lot of places around the world, and this is one of best places I have stayed. Shout out to Cesar and the entire front desk staff. There’s a cafe where you can get coffee, the person who works there is named Lucas. He makes the coffee really good, better than Starbucks in my opinion. And he’s very friendly. Definitely take advantage of getting coffee from him. The hotel itself is super beautiful, the pool is a bit small, which didn’t matter go me because I went there for the beach. There’s a nice walkway that getaway you to the hotel’s private beach and this is very convenient. I highly recommend staying here. Happy travels y’all!

We want to give a special shout out to Edwin who was our server at the restaurant. We were extremely pleased with his service and friendliness. My family and I really appreciate his kindness and attention to detail in taking care of our needs. Edwin we miss you! The hotel was well kept, smelled nice and the front desk Staff were top notch too. If there was improvements to suggest I'd say brighter hallway lighting, stronger shower water pressure and more toiletries such as towels and toilet paper. Overall the experience was wonderful. The beach was stunning and the pool was pristine. Our family enjoyed our stay. Le Anne and Monica

Second stay here at Nautilus by Arlo and this hotel never disappoints! Amazing customer service, check in & check out is always fast and efficient. Our uber driver even said how friendly at attentive the valet staff were while he was waiting for us. The pool staff are incredible as well, attentive and so welcoming. The pool has a small 6 inch pool area for kids, which is great. Walking distance to beach, and beach has chairs and umbrellas for guests. Beautiful walk way to the beach, covered in bamboo. Right now ( May) the beach is covered in seaweed - only complaint! 10/10, I can't recommend this hotel enough, will be back next year for our yearly trip.

A great location - close enough for a quick walk to everything South Beach, but far enough away to be laid back and easy going. This may have been our best stay yet of all the Miami Beach hotels we've visited. The staff is so friendly and helpful that we felt like family. Micos was the attendant on the beach - he was incredible. We are hardly a memorable couple, but he always knew who we were, what we liked, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. The entire pool staff (it would be unfair to single out one) was very welcoming and attentive. We were genuinely sad to check out when it was time to go home.

The spread was not only extensive but also of high quality. From freshly baked pastries to a variety of hot and cold options, there was something to satisfy every palate. The delicious breakfast was a great way to start the day, and it added value to the overall experience. However, I was disappointed to learn about the hotel's policy of charging $25 for an umbrella at the bech area. While I understand the need for additional charges for certain services, this fee seemed excessive and unexpected. It would have been preferable if the provision of umbrellas was included as a complimentary amenity, as is often the case in many other hotels. Despite this minor drawback, my stay at Nautilus Sonesta was largely positive. The cleanliness, good service, and delightful breakfast contributed to a pleasant and memorable experience. I would recommend this hotel to travelers seeking a comfortable and well-serviced accommodation option. Just be mindful of the additional charge for umbrellas if you plan to enjoy the pool area.

This hotel gave our Miami trip an amazing experience, the hotel staff was wonderful and took care of us by changing our towels, cleaning the room, and always greeting us everyday. Issac was so helpful and welcoming and made us feel at home when we went to the beach.

My husband and I recently stayed here for 6 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The room was very spacious, clean and bed was very comfy. The property is beautiful, and we loved spending time at the pool and beach. The staff was super friendly, especially at the pool and beach - shout out to Isaac at the beach! The location was perfect for us and we highly recommend it, hope to visit again!!

The property was beautiful! It’s an amazing location right on the beach and you have beach access as well as a beautiful pool! The best thing about the property is the staff! I came to celebrate my partner’s birthday and was connected to Melody before we came and she took our stay to another level! she made sure his birthday set up was ready by the time we came and also made sure the front desk followed up with us to make sure we were enjoying ourselves! I’ve been to Miami many times but this by far was the best stay and I will definitely be back!

We spent 4 nights here and had the most relaxing time. Great service, friendliest staff, and best location. It is in the middle of everything. Very good direct access to the beach, good dining spots are all within walking distance. Few opportunities for improvement - the dark color painted hallway makes the place feels narrow and a bit intimidating. The bathroom is functional but I would appreciate extra space for toiletries.

We truly enjoyed our stay, the best part is the staff, super friendly and accommodating. The place is very clean. Pros- nice pool, good food, the location is good for us not being in the middle of everything, clean and updated rooms, very cozy. Cons- the pool furniture is nice, but the cushions need replacing (dirty and moldy), the beach was dirty and probably could use a quick rake near the water. Will definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed staying here. It seemed more personal than the usual big resorts we stay at. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. No hassle at the beach with chairs. You get two free with your room and they always made sure you were happy. Pool team was always friendly. Room had a great view of the ocean. Construction going on a few buildings down off site but never bothered our stay. We thought the drinks and meals were very expensive for state side but the whole area is similarly priced so I guess we just didn't know that. Love the beachside walk all the way down to South Beach. Clean, safe and interesting. Thank you Arlo!

The hotel is in amazing spot. We walked every where and it was right on the beach. You get you our chairs at the pool and beach with the room. The hotel common area was beautiful too. We returned pretty early from our cruise and the they held our bags until the room was ready. They also held them for us after checkout because our flight was later in the day. The room itself was great. I would just say the glass bathroom door can cause issues when taking a hot shower. There ended up being lots of water everywhere. Very small issue still a great place to stay

This was a great hotel overall! I loved the price but the people really made the experience worth it! Nicole was our waitress at the pool and she amazing. She was so friendly and accommodating but more importantly, she had great recommendations on food and drinks. All her recommendations were amazing and she was great at ensuring that we were okay and satisfied with meals/drinks. Definitely going back because of the hospitality and great service Nicole provided.

Amazing stay. Came for a bachelor party and was treated to nothing less of a great time. Prior to arrival, Ronavia helped set up my group with plans and great accommodations. When I arrived, Jeremy was super helpful in recommendations and accommodated our group so that we were close together and the groom-to-be was taken care of with my request. Pool is a MUST and a cabana is highly recommended. Francisca was our host and treated us with frequent check-ins and very fast service - and GREAT recs. Frozen drinks are a MUST too! Nicole, Julian, and Valentina also gave great recommendations and made sure we were set up with all we needed, including helping us get to the beach and additional cabana requests. Definitely get to know the staff - their background and knowledge makes for great conversations and will only be nothing but helpful for your stay in Miami. Also love to meet new people, so on a personal level it was great to hear different perspectives on drink spots, food in the area, and of course 5 star service. Nothing but a great stay overall, and will definitely be staying here again when I inevitably come back craving the amazing experience we had.

Came for a birthday trip and we were immediately engaged by Oscar. He preformed excellent customer service and made us feel like family any time we saw him in the lobby. We had such a great experience at this hotel. Oscar has truly made our stay. The lobby bar is a must and is very cool. Pool is incredible as well. Definitely recommend!
