The receptionists are very inattentive, they spend the time talking and laughing among themselves. A total relaxation.

For new patients This is one of worst dentist I have ever attended. the Dr are not very professional The assistance are totally unprofessional They drop the tools and put the back in your mouth, they had the equipment broken , water from the equipment was flushing to the floor , No one did anything about it they recommend to do a crow job on one of my tooth that was not necessary, they did it to get money out of my insurance The Dr was attending 2 patients at the same time, he got confused on what he was doing. The Dr Asked the same question over and over again like he was not sure what to do Scary isn’t it? This is the worst Dentist office I have ever visit I give them “0” starts, but I gave him 1 so I can write the review.

The dental doctor instantly refused to provide service to my wife and me because we are simply Deaf. We never have a problem with doctors and our communication always goes smoothly. This is the first time we ever got rejected due to our disability. Please do not go there.

Terrible customer service center. They say when they give appointments when they don't. They hang up the phone when you complain about something. Today, 03/18/2024, two people from that center cut off my phone because they told me that I had an appointment and now they tell me that I don't have an appointment. When I call to complain, they tell me that I didn't make the appointment when I always leave. I do. On the other hand, they tell me that they explained to me that they were open every other Tuesday, when the contract says that there is service every Tuesday. I don't recommend it to anyone, they should train their staff to serve customers well. And I give it one star because there is no option to not give any, because they don't deserve one.

this is the worst dentist you can find, this people blow up the treatment plan of patient to take money out from insurance and extra money from patient. Please if you get assign from ins to this office, call the ins and ask for another office to go. Never recommended ( I think 1 start is at lot, CERO will be the best for them.

I had an excellent experience at Miami International Mall Dental. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. The dentist was thorough in explaining my treatment options and answered all of my questions. I appreciate the efficient service and minimal wait time. I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for quality dental care.

Went there on a Saturday for a deep cleaning and was prescribed an oral antiseptic that I was supposed to start that day x 10 days however DOB was wrong in the prescription so I couldn’t get it. Called the office manager who asked for the pharmacy id code to send the new prescription on Wednesday due to the Dr or hygienist was on vacation. I explained i was at work she asked me to google cvs code, not help or understanding at all, she even asked me to call them when i have the cvs code after work. Seriously after several days there is no point to get the antiseptic . Very disappointed. She also was very defensive even after i told her i was no blaming anyone because the mistake on the DOB that the only thing i wanted was the prescription as soon as possible by email.

Very bad service, been waiting for over 2 hours and still have not been attended. There is only one doctor for the whole floor. If you plan on coming here make sure to be ready to spend your whole day here. Do not recommend.

Terrible experience. We got an appointment and attended ontime, we Waste more then 2 hours after the appointment time to get in, then no one was aware what the appointment is about. When we explained the case, they said that specific doctor is not available.

Appointment (Doral) made weeks in advance, and confirmed twice only to realize that nothing was on the books on day scheduled. Staff appear inept and unprofessional. Inexcusable!

Don't come to this place, the staff laughs, screams and dances all the time, the receptionist doesn't know anything about what you are asking her and the assistants make jokes and are disrespectful while they serve you among themselves. This place is unprofessional.

I took my daughters to this place for the first time, to begin with they left me on hold for a long time on many calls until I managed to make an appointment, when the day arrived, everyone from the dental assistants and receptionists danced reggaeton, screamed and laughed even when they had patients inside being treated, very unpleasant place, I would never return without telling that my 3-year-old daughter was told that she had a cavity and that she should be completely sedated and it was not true, it was dirty in the furniture. There were no such cavities, I got home and brushed it and the dirt was gone. Terrible place, very unpleasant experience
